Summoner ban request

I would like to have an option after game to BAN a summoner from all my future games as my teammate. I don't care if in half a year he/she's getting to a reasonable level, so he/she will be able not to die 10 times before minute 5. I want to be able to set a mark on summoners, that I NEVER EVER want on my team again. Up it, if you agree fellow summoners :) Thanks for reading this.
