In Effect is looking for a Head Coach

We are a team consisting of players in low-mid diamond with peaks of high diamond before and recently rebuilt the team around our core roster of 3 players knowing each other for a few years now. We finished the tryout phase last week and currently have a 7-man roster with subs for jungle and support if the mains cant to play, so we can maximize our time to practice as much as possible. Our goal is to build up a team for the long-term and we want to go as high as we can in the semi-pro scene, growing and improving as a team with the aim of winning tournaments like Go4LoL in the end. We usually play around 3-4 times a week, practicing in scrims and FlexQ during the week and then playing tournaments or Clash, when it will be released, at the weekend. Right now with the roster complete and 7 guys eager to improve and practice as much as we can, we are looking for a head coach/strategic coach, who is able to lead a semi-pro/amateur team in low-mid diamond with a deep knowledge of the meta, drafts and macro. You should have experience in coaching either traditional sports or esports teams in the amateur area and be able to analyze our games and do VOD-reviews with the players, creating a game plan for champion select together with the team and setting in-game goals for the players to work on in the game. Unfortunately though, there is no payment for this position. We as a team offer a friendly and competitive environment with players, who are very experienced in working on a team and dedicated to improve and learn not only indivually but most importantly as a team, aiming to build up a team that stays. For organizing or theorycrafting team-related aspects, we have a Discord server aswell as a Google sheet with a schedule, pages for every role, a tier list, picks and bans strategy aswell as statistics of our scrims with a match history, where everybody works collaboratively.
