: It's kind of a double edged sword. You get a buffer to make up for a bad lane but also lose the advantages the other greater runes offer, along with stronger rune paths. The only role that would benefit from this with as minimal as possible lose of power is healer supports, and even then they're losing out on Aerie.

How many times did you have to w8 like 20-30 gold afk at base for a full item because of a minion you missed ? The debt isn't added to give you a long sword advantage against your enemy laner , It's meant to solve all your money problems you might ever face due to your fails :D

: I'm not Riot and i didn't quite understand your middle part. But i would assume that the way it is now follows the principle "Keep it good, short and simple". The Diffrence to the old Masterysystem(s) is that before you always could put your skillpoints how you wanted, (with the introduction of the keymasterysystem you had this system were you followed a path and on some masteries you had to split up 5 points threw a choice of 2 masteries). So you could go 18/12/0 or 18/6/6 or 10/10/10 (last one without keystones, bad decision mostly). The New System allows you not to have masteries from all 5 trees, only from 2. So why should you see all 5 at the same time? Second: While current masteries let you have either the choice of 3 1 point masteries or 2 5point masteries plus one keystone while amsteries have just a small impact on the game, new system lets you to choose on primary 4 times between 3 runes (together you choose 4 runes out of 12) and on secondary you choose 2 runes out of 9 (again, these 2 runes can't be from the same "tier"). Also even most "normal" runes feel more impactful as current keystones. To have already a view of 21 runes is pretty much for the impact they have.

Let's say you can only see each tree separated , so you see the first tree , you choose what you see suitable , then you see the second one , you pick what you see suitable , But since you aren't familiar with the masteries , you also wanna see if the other 3 trees could have better options for your playstyle , so you go and take a look , you find good options , but you don't know if it's better than the other , so you need to compare . but you cant since you can only see 1 at a time . You get it ?

{{champion:28}} Primary role assassin but played tank 90% of the times because her kit and range doesn't allow her to be assassin she have no gap close just the movement speed and her stealth is hard to use in team fights against a good team enemy flash or stun her she can't keep up , she can only be played as offtank so how is her primary role assassin ? {{champion:76}} so she is assassin because of her spear ? because after the rework this is not going to assassinate any one in a good game ... and we should forget about her going in with her W alone and getting out without dying because that's what any assassin should be able to do go in get out get a kill at least or make a trade without dying ... and why she have heal that give attack speed if she is assassin ... {{champion:84}} after her ultimate range got reduced she can hardy get to people i know she does strong damage but now she can be easily kited or stopped in a team fight with good players she only rek low ranks ... 1 vision ward she is over she have to deal with hitting full combo and not getting a kill and losing all her energy ... All other assassins have in and out mechanics except those 3 in my opinion

This type of topics has been around for years and still getting posted and always the same 3 replies: 1-those people who claim that you are just noob that blame you teammates for his loss 2-those who say the game wants to keep you at 50% win rate which i see that reply doesn't explain anything at all. 3-people who say "yes that happened to me too " and then type their life story ... No one ever replied a true explain for the issue or even a logical one. The whole issue without long phrases is. You get win streaks --------------->>>> you get teams that are bad COMPARED to the teams you had during your win streaks , and don't say it's not the team it's u. ok let's say i was 0/1000342512152 score but my enemy laner didn't leave his lane and before min 20 the rest of my team totally lost it . OK i am bad but they are bad too Another example but this time i won : i won my lane so hard my team was not cooperating they were flaming but i managed to carry the team fight or just backdoor. I WON but still the same issue , that happens after a win streak the team is getting worse. doesn't matter it leads to a loss or a win the team is baad that's what everyone is trying to say they don't say there team is making them lose but they say they get worse after winning streaks if u got it then explain it and if u don't then don't reply 1 of the 3 replies please

You probably need to have less emergencies. Emergencies are just that - things that don't happen often, are very few and far inbetween. If you had 3 emergencies in a short space of time you either: A) are having really bad luck B) Didn't plan around it You need to be sure you can give around an hour to a game without interruption. If you think your dinner is going to be ready soon, are going to have visitors, are going to get told to do your homework or whatever - you shouldn't commit to a matchmade game at that time. I don't think anyone is going to say LeaverBuster is flawless but it does exactly what it's meant to - looks for AFKing and Leaving, and punishes accordingly. Whether this is because of a server issue (which would be 1 of your x permitted 'leaves'), your computer blowing up, or simple "cba playing this" - LeaverBuster can't, and won't, differentiate. The server one is a fairly rare case - I'm not saying it never happens because of course it does, but out of all the LeaverBuster punishments I'd say server issues would probably make up less than 5% of them - and that's me being extremely pessimistic. Realistically, I would say less than 1 in 100 would be server issues (personally), but that's maybe a bit biased.
You didn't get my point i mean what if i had bad life system and left 3 games But i changed my system . my net . my pc and every thing is perfect now i won't leave i will never leave . server dc me and i get ban what about that?

It's not just because of ping . We would like to join tournaments too and travelling all the way to Europe just to join a tournament isn't easy for most people. So a North Africa server would be a great solution for this problem not just ping . And would actually give a better Game Support i guess.

: Hey Ones, Leaver buster would not have issued this punishment for a server incident that caused you you disconnect from a game. It takes multiple manual leaving occurrences alongside player reports for an account to be issued with the restrictions you described. To contrast, if a player chooses to leave or go AFK it most certainly would firstly issue a warning, then proceed to restrict an account if the leaving pattern continues. We understand that their are a variety of reason why someone would need to go AFK or leave a game, however we want to discourage this from happening as it negatively impacts the 9 other players in the game.
Ok let's say it takes 4 leaves to get banned . I had to leave 3 times for emergency . Then i planned not to leave again and choose right times to play. I get disconnected because of server issue . I get banned. Tell me how you deal with that .
