For my team, everything related to Clash went smooth. During Clash, Loot and Store were very slow which is understandable (assuming high load on the servers). My team fortunately won the cup. We got our rewards (the banner, orb and the icon), but we did have problems with it, both due to high server load: * There were troubles opening the orb. After restarting the client, the orb wasn't even there so we had no idea what we got from it. * We barely made it to the icon in loot. My suggestion is to make the icon activate automatically, similar to the banner. I am not sure how the Trophy works, but it isn't displayed on anyone's profile. _A reply on that would be useful._ There is also some confusion to me when the next round Clash will be held. It's usually over the weekend, starting Friday, but oddly enough this time it was on a Sunday even though my entire team was ready since Thursday? Speaking of, when is the next Clash Cup? Some (looking at the boards, seems like 98% of players) find it unnecessary. I like the Clash feature and I think you should definitely work on it. It gives me the chance to work my way up with competitive league of legends, as a team, against a team. On the other side, there are **A LOT** of problems with Clash. If anything, to me it just looks like the servers are on a very high impact from all the people requesting the same request and the server having to process it all one by one. If this was happening to me, I'd get more servers (or at least turn on more servers during Clash) which will distribute the requests evenly. Or even a Clash-feature dedicated server that will cooperate with game servers. I am a curious programmer and very interested in where exactly Clash is failing to work. This is just my assumption. : Hey guys, We saw some of the services that Clash relies on with some borderline unhealthy timings, so we're working to clear that up before entering the scouting phase. Hopefully we won't see further delays and have it cleared up by the next timer, however we're actively monitoring and keeping an eye on all services - and making changes as required to try to ensure no impact to live services as we've seen in the past.
