: It did work. It actually worked quite well in many regards. The main issue was speed. A case could take many weeks before it was completed, allowing the offending player to ruin far more games before getting punished. Another problem with speed is that when Riot bases their systems on reforming, it's important that a penalty is handed out quickly after the games in question has happened. This increases the chance that the player will remember the games they are sent logs of, which again increases the chance that they'll improve their behaviour. With the old Tribunal, I often experienced cases where players simply couldn't remember the game in question, because it happened 4+ weeks ago.

the tribunal should alert the player in a few days that he is in the court for a bad behavior first place and then the player will know what happens after a few weeks if he get banned,but for riot is not interest in this just to get more players in the data base and bann a few 90% never get punished.

The algorith is faster but it can be outplayed for instance i saty at base after 2 mins i go in jungle stay 2 mins and so on and litteraly im afk just to troll my team and he will not be punished,a code cant realisticaly decide that this player is afk and troll but if some1 watches the Gold he made from other players the its obvius that he didnt help the team

I liked the idea that i coud go and vote against players i would not want in my team becouse they are destroing the fun of it.Maybe DOTA2 is better after all like the community,after 4 years of playing lol i consider from day to day to leave this game becouse of the toxicity of this community.Bad way RIOT u make the game new but u let the toxic people to get in and the normal players to leave,its going in time in the wrong way!!!

i dont want o punish fast i just want the trollers noobs out of ranked,in normal if u troll i dont give a damn %%%% dude,its normal but if he takes soraka support whit nosupp item and farm from adc and never heal no1 just farming and splitting whit her in ranked com on..... its stupid and nothing happens :) next match and u get the brother of him next match and just go feed becouse the jungler ciudnt last hit buff and shit like that in gold elo...
