: Greetings. As you might know, the duration of your loot restriction is based on your behavior. If you start becoming more positive, or even just neutral, the restriction should disappear after a few weeks. Continuing to show negative behavior will make it last longer. That means you're still slightly negative at times, or that there's a mistake with your penalty. I don't know if you're behaving well nowadays, or if you still get into arguments at times. --- >What comes into consideration when it comes to loot ineligibility? Sadly, we don't know this. Riot doesn't publish details like this, simply because players could use the information to trick the system. What we do know is that the [machine learning system](http://en.volu-eu.org/pbkb_general_user_view.php?art=17) knows pretty well what positive and negative behavior is, so we can assume it's based on that system's "opinion". --- If you're sure you aren't negative or toxic anymore, and believe this is a mistake, I suggest you [submit a request](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) to the Player Support :)
Acording to the Machine Learning System, is it possible that the ineligibility period to be extended by reports? If yes, then is it necessary to remind everyone that players report people for nonsense? Must I be everyone's hctib? and have no bad games? at all?

: So they should remove Yasuo from game because some random silver cant deal with him?
I know you probably hear this from a lot of people... But I reached high gold on other accounts. Check Chaos Seed if you want. Chech UnholyFervor (unranked but look match history. Only vs plat/diams) I have an ideea about the game and I know why am I doing things. I can differ counter strike from league of legends. I still have a hard time dealing with him. My knowlede of the game is vaste and I am looking forward to expand my knowledge. So. Explain me. How to counter him?

: First of all, don't play normals, play ranked. In normals you get people genuinely trolling for fun or trying new champs, or even people scared to play ranked because they fear to lose ranks and the like, not to mention people that are way more willing to go afk, flames and other pleasant things because well, they know they are not even going to lose LPs for that. So, if you want to got even a bit more chances to get (and face) serious players, you got to play ranked. Then, let's assume you are really good as you said. Mid is a good position to try and help your team at the best of your possibilities, and even more if you play assassins, because you can roam and possibly get kills even if you team are unable to assists you in the process. Of course, that's far from being enough most of the time. A botlane that, say, crushes at minute 7 because whoever is there simply don't know how to play, is probably beyond help and you will not be able to win the lane for them. The jungler is usually in a position even worse than yours, because he will almost certainly got less gold and exp, and will have the additional pressure of other lanes in need of help....which is another reason why having a winning mid laner it's great boon for him too. However, even if the early game is not fantastic, it's still not over because, simply put, when TF becomes a factor LoL turns into a different game, and even the best laner possible may be powerless without a team able to assists him (depends a lot by the champs that are being played tho). You probably already knows how incredibly things can go wrong when 5 vs 5 becomes a necessity: people going solo against 5, people that refuses to leave lane, people farming wolves while the rest of the team is being slaughtered, people rushing solo to baron cause the enemy is taking it and well, why not give them a kill too, and so on. Tanks becomes more important, and the tank that was 0/5 in early may be almost unkillable nontheless now, and well, if he knows how and when to go in during a TF, he may swing a game against a enemy team made instead of glass. All in all, while a winning team usually wins, that's never a sure thing. Remember that in low elo organization is almost always a luxury, and entire game can swing left and right because of that. So, what can you do? Well, what you are already doing: play mid, win your lane, try to help as much as you can, prioritize towers over kills, never surrender, and if you are so inclined, play more ADC and/or support. If you are good as you said, that's where a good player is needed because it's probably the most important part of the map and you definetely not want to pleave it to someone who MAY be going to feed.
His question was how to win a lost game, and your answer is to play ranked? Please...don't act smart...Don't give personal opinions where knowledge is necessary. If you are bad at league, and have a lot of things to learn, don't even think about going into ranked. That's retarded. You just ruin people's games because you're too stubborn to understand your actual level of play.

: ''if you are lower than gold,it means you are nearly as stupid as your team mates.'' All though I find your advice usefull, I think this is quite a rude statement. You I assume you haven't seen me playing any game, so judging based on me being placed in bronze is quite unfair. 'What you mostly should do,is use your brain'. That's what im doing, but learning stuff in a braindead elo is harded than it looks like :).
There are two things I hate about people: 1)Everyone fights to make his uneducated opinion public. 2)Everyone asks for respect regardless if they deserve it or no. Respect is earned not owed. I don't owe you respct. Before that, you must prove yours. If you are lower than gold you are ineligible to earn respect in League. Anyway, here are some more tips: -People sustain that watching your own replays make you see your mistakes, thus turning you into a better player. That is incorrect. If you don't know what you are doing, you shouldn't watch a guy that doesen't know what is doing. -Look minimap every 3-7 seconds. Or as often as possible. Turn this into a reflex habbit. When looking on minimap, don't just pay atention to the colors of champ icons. Look where is everyone. If they gather at drake for a TF you must decide: Push hard top or TP there to help? If you don't see enemy top,mid and jungle check Herald and try to reset it (that's a top laner job,as the Gatekeeper of Herald). If enemy mid laner is over-extented punish him for that, then leave lane so your mid laner can recover with farm and space. If you see your jungler getting chased, you might get a free kill. The main thing that separates high ello from the bronzies is map awareness. -Wards are not just for supports. And if they are, turn yourself into half support when behind. The goal in League is to make money. Killing your opponent is a way to make money and assure that he isn't making any for a short period of time. Prevent your team mates from losing gold by giving up on 800. You surrender on 800 gold, and your team will get kills/objectives/saves/plays only from map awareness. -This is very important: IF YOU ARE BEHIND,BUY DEFENSE! If you get oneshoted under tower, don't buy Rabadon/Infinity Edge... If you are AP,you cna try Rylai or Rod Of Ages. If you are ADC and you play vs fed assasin, you can buy Sterakk, early Guardian Angel. -Be nice! If someone is insulting someone try to get between them. (Ex: {{champion:34}} and {{champion:268}} both called mid and started argueing and insulting each other. I surrendered on top lane, and went jungle. I gave {{champion:268}} top lane and I told them: "You just have to play with each other 30 minutes from your entire life! Tomorrow you won't even remember each other! Don't act like precious princesses! You can have my top if you want. I will gank you guys, make sure you get fed" and we crushed enemy team. Yeah,I was 3/9 bks I hate jungle...but playing jungle,I understood the hard work of a jungler. I gave kills to my allies and let myself carried after I did my teammate duty.) -The most frustrating thing to see when you have someone under tutelage,is to realise they don't even read the skills....Before you play a champion,READ ALL THE SKILLS CAREFULLY and then think "hmm..so I can do this while that happens" or "so by doing this,I can escape from that!". Try to understand champions. If you think a champion is OP,play him. -If you are losing lane, then you are doing something wrong. and I don't care if he got away with 4 hp or less. He outplayed you. He didn't? then you fucked up. Accept it before he snowballs out of control. (Ex:I play Mundo A LOT! I once lost vs Yasuo because I maxed my Q by accident and I all-in-ed him early. That game was lost,BUUUUT...Next game I played against the same Yasuo !{{sticker:slayer-pantheon-thumbs}} I maxed my W and my E 2nd and I only traded with him after I got Sunfire. Guess what? He got ganked...and I solo doubled. :) If I wasn't goofy,I would have won the 1st game too,but I refused to admit that I did something wrong and that costed me a lot. At least,I learned from mistakes. That's what you should do!
: if you are lower than gold,it means you are nearly as stupid as your team mates. If you lost lane, don't let the enemy laner gank. Whenver he roams, push your lane hard! The ideea of this game is to push whenever YOU CAN! Don't obsesively push like blind plebs. Don't start TFs if you are the losing team. If you are behind, ward up and wait with your team to get someone caught. Kill enemies 1 by 1. In this game, the victorious team will be the one that punishes most enemy mistakes. You can lose 4 TFs in a row, then hunt down ADC and APC near enemy base and win the game. Happends more than it should. Also,Baron/Drake traps work good. If there is a guy in your team that is wining his lane hard, help him snowball. Stay with him a lot,and keep an eye on him in case he needs help. Die for him if needed. If he gets shut down, enemy team gets 300+ gold and your last hope is dead. If they get you or the support, they get ~200 gold, depending on your level and your hope still lives. If you are a jungler and the enemy jungler ganks more successfuly than you, consider buying Sightstone to ward jungle entrances for your team mates. Try to prevent them from making mistakes. Map awareness and wards usualy help you carry as the "behind guy". ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS: Tank Job:PEEL THE CARRIES! Not to focus! Absorb as much firepower and CC as possible for your carries. Support Job:PEEL THE CARRIES! Not to focus! Sometimes,BUT ONLY SOMETIMES try to ease your carry's job in focusing. (Ex: If your Xerath tries to focus enemy Nidalee,if you are morgana, you can waste your Q or Twin Shadows to slow Nida,so Xerath can land skillshots) Carry Job: Focus down the closest target/one who deals most damage WITHOUT unnecesarrily endagering yourself.
Those are just the very basics...You should better look up on youtube and try yourself some things. What you mostly should do,is use your brain. "What should I buy if enemy laner kills me under tower?","Should I push if I know enemy jungler is at red and my laner recalled?","Should I push this wave before recalling?","Is -X- laner good? Should I go give him some ganks to set up lead?","Is it too dangerous to leave tower?" Et Cetera

: I'm confused; Riven crushes Cho early on. You have the level 1/2 cheese on him, combine it with ignite for first blood and 2 free waves of farm. He only gets difficult when he gets to 6, BUT, you can still bait his silence and dive out of his knock-ups. When he does reach 6, and if you think you can't beat him then, just roam mid and make that Anivia wish she'd never been reborn. Alternatively, use your Q and E purely for dodging his knock-up if he pins you beneath your tower, and wait for a gank from your jungler. It gets difficult after 6, admittedly, because you'll struggle to deny him farm. BUT, if you all-in right after he's used his ult on a minion, he can no longer cast his dumb true damage on you, and you'll have the upper hand easily. So in short, get under your tower, wait for him to ult a minion for a stack, and then go ham on him as he tries to waddle back to his own turret. You'll either force his flash, kill him, or at least get him out of your lane so you can farm up more. Just for the love of all that is good, make sure you've warded your river before trying this; last thing you want is to dive on him and get Udyr'd. In terms of items, Hexdrinker into Maw is great, as it'll reduce the harass you'll take from him significantly. Oh. And if he tries to save his ult just for you, do not engage him. That true damage is nasty, and you may as well wait it out; most will get impatient and use it on a minion for the stack eventually. tldr: Be patient with him! Don't try to trade, or go ham on him until you know that his ult is down. Don't even engage him until you know this, or are very confident that you can win the 1v1. Hope this helped. I don't really play Riven or toplane, but this stuff seems like common sense to me unless there's something I'm missing.
usefull stuff! thank you! but you should try to play Riven vs Cho top....it's frustrating...>.<

Well here is the problem: You don't continue to zone him as right now you can freeze the lane and gain a massive 3 level advantage.

: Greetings. There have been some server issues on EUNE today, Riot is currently investigating this problem. Check out [this post](http://boards.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/announcements-en/Z45VXNos-eun-1492016-games-not-starting-properly) and keep an eye on the [Service Status](http://status.leagueoflegends.com/#eune) for further updates :)
How come EUNE are the buggiest?...maybe we should exclude Poliand! :D and make them a new server. Just a random ideea.....
: BUG after champ select
well, the Champion Select became really buggy because 80% of League Of Legends is logged in for free shit...
: I also interpreted it as 'I wanted to play Riven, but am scared to play it into Cho'Gath. Should I pick it or not?' and I would have given the same advice. There's no need to be rude to each other. If it's laning advice you want, rush Hexdrinker, dodge rupture and bait out the silence. If silence hits, rupture will be harder to dodge and you can't shield nor effortlessly disengage. If he doesn't have silence on cooldown, don't trade. At level 6, roam (unless he gave you kills).
Hexdrinker won't help. His R deals true damage and completely ignores HexD. I asked for ganks in a game vs Cho,and jungler gave Cho 2 kills. I am now looking for a good spot to hang myself.

: Ignite and go ham on lvl 1. Cho is weakest on lvl 1. If you fail that, try to syrvive till 6 and roam. Aa-Q-aa-q-aa-aa -q -aa - ignite will kill him or force him back, regardless if you got silenced or knocked up. You now zoned him as he will be lvl 1 when you are lvl 3. If he tp's again, you go ham again. Make sure you have mr runes
I do that. I can fast combo with Riven. cancel AA animations, cancel Q animations. I get him low hp,then he hugs tower until he recovers all health back....and then I can't even get close to minions.
: Maybe you could pick it anyway and learn how to play the match-up?

: I'm a terrible league player.
I play mid lane a lot. I love Kassadin. Always loved him. But my biggest problem is getting ganked. And wards don't help at all. I need items early to get advantage. Not lose 75 gold to know when I am 3 seconds away from death because of mobile champions. {{champion:64}} . Stealth champions have a huge advantage in the game because the ways to counter them are silly. Only inches of true visibility that stall. Champions move. I sometimes play top if I'm getting sick of ganks.

wards are useless in league. I miss the old green wards. That were invisible. Not trinkets that refresh every 2 minutes and last just 1 minute. It will take less time if you actually use chat for good things: cheering your teammates, explaining things, team coordination etc, but you must do it in a non-offensive way, e.g. you can tell your bad teammate to play more defensive in few ways, "play def and try to farm" is good, but "stop feeding, noob" is totally bad
