: Hello fellow Shaco main! Glad to have you aboard the clown wagon! I will try my best to give you some advice that may help you, although I am only of Plat-level, I am sure that if I have found success with Shaco, surely you can too. Before I begin though, I must state that with almost no information to go on (from you) there is very little I can help you with specifically, so for this post I will give you some general information and try to give you some confidence in your gameplay, if there is anything specific you would like to ask (especially about Shaco, been my main since beta) then please do, it will make helping you a lot easier. :) Firstly, let nobody tell you otherwise, Shaco is PERFECT for low ELO, more so than Rengar, more so than any assassin jungler. If a lane is not warded and the enemy doesn't have flash up (you can make them burn this in 1 gank) then it is usually a free kill 99% of the time. I don't have to tell you but in low ELO, people hardly ever ward their lanes, better still, they love to over extend and mindlessly push without knowing the dangers, EVEN BETTER THAN THAT when Shaco ganks them and they are hit with the grey screen of reality that they messed up - THEY STILL don't learn what they did wrong. This is Shaco's dream, because you can repeatedly gank a lane and the enemy doesn't know how to handle it. For low ELO carrying (I got my smurf from bronze 4 [placements] to silver 2) I believe there are 2 win conditions as a jungler: 1) Camping 1-2 lanes so hard that the enemy either AFKs (legit strategy, especially as Shaco in low ELO) or they are so weak and underlevelled that they are practically useless to their team and/or tilted (a bad attitude always results in poor performance). 2) Split pushing For the first point I already touched on it, as Shaco you have the insane ability to camp 1 lane for a good 5-10 minutes straight. The second point is what you transition to into the mid to late game as when it starts coming down to teamfights, Shaco is extremely weak and starts to fall off (the curse of having your burst/initiation AND escape on one spell *sadface*). As you can see, Shaco fits the profile to aim for BOTH of these win conditions, because it fits into his game plan perfectly, every single game you will want to camp lanes to get yourself and laners fed (but more importantly - put your enemies behind) and every single game you will end up split pushing because no matter how fed you are or how well you do in the early game, Shaco will always be a crappy teamfighter. The key is knowing when to transition to a split pusher (you can usually get the "feel" of when a good time to move to this stage is when everyone's grouping up or people are travelling in groups of 3 minimum). If you don't know what split pushing is or have any questions about it, feel free to ask me. Anyway I think I'm just about done typing random things that you might find useful, is there anything specific you would like to ask? Thing is, I'm not just some random higher ELO guy, I've actually carried an account out of bronze and into silver (which I assume is probably a goal of yours at the moment?) with jungling (mostly Shaco) so I have a good understanding on the game dynamics and how you can abuse them at that ELO. Last thing, props for making this thread bro, it's always good to want to get better and asking for advice can be pretty intimidating, so good on you for wanting to improve :)

: Well man idk but Shaco is quite risky, unless you get really fed early and go for crit build to insta everybody your team gonna get screwed late as if you are not able to take out carry in fight, you got to split, unfortunately people are always fighting, they never wait and you gonna lose just because they are 4v5. Only hint I can give is focusing on countering enemy jungler everywhere, in his jungle, during ganks and get objectives. You really need to push your team into rotations fast, any longer game may end up really bad for you (here you might want to go for tankiness and tf if things don't go well). Since you chose really hard thing to carry with now (assassins) gl with that, and btw people tend to tryhard more and not give up in ranks, maybe that's why you got a problem there.

Sháco (EUW)
: You want to split push when your team is pushing another lane (hence the "split" part of split push), so if your team is being pushed themselves, splitting up from them may not be a good idea, generally you need to use your best judgement and the more you play split pusher champs (Rengar can be too, though his teamfighting is 10x better than Shaco) the more you will get a feel of when is a good time to do. The important thing is to tell your team DON'T FIGHT, if they get engaged on, that means they got caught and you being there (as a Shaco) wouldn't change anything, so you can rest assured that your split pushing was not the cause of that almost-ace. During this time your team is supposed to be stopping the enemy recalling, poking back and forth so that nothing is actually happening except what you are up to in another lane. If they send 1 dude after you, you can 1v1 them, or better still, your team can now 4v4. Best case scenario: your team stalls 4v5 WITHOUT FIGHTING, you take down a few towers and the inhib. Worst case scenario: your team gets engaged on, you get a tower or nothing at all. In both scenarios, you being with your team WOULD NOT help, so split pushing is actually your best course of action anyway. Enemy at baron and you're at their inhib tower? Take it, don't recall, don't group with your team RIGHT NOW if you have the chance to take something. If you die for the inhib then the inhib is basically free, if you get away then it's 100% free. Not a free inhib because they got baron? False, they were going to get baron anyway, wasting your time trying to get down there and contest it would give them a free baron. Split pushing is a way to punish teams that don't immediately act or do things quick enough. Split pushing in solo queue is extremely easy because teams don't move as a team, it takes 1-2 guys to decide what's happening, then the rest to follow, the lower ELO you go, the more split decision making you'll find. Those 3v5 baron teamfights you're talking about is exactly what I'm talking about, the thing you have to remember is as much as your own team mates are dumb and won't listen, your enemies' are just as bad. A few questions (not related to split pushing): Do you camp lanes? I'm not talking gank twice in 2 minutes, I mean gank > make him burn flash > walk around the tribrush > gank again > walk back > gank again, if you are ganking correctly then you WILL get fed and snowball the lane, it's not at all a bad idea to kill the guy, go in the brush, wait for him to come back, then kill him again, 99.9% of the time the guy will assume you recalled (since that's what EVERYONE does) it is by far the easiest and most effective strategy to win the early game (providing you know how to gank of course). Do you pick up the red trinket fairly quickly? Most of the time nowadays I am confident knowing where my enemies place wards in the laning phase so I like to play the vision game by rushing the yellow trinket upgrade then buy pinks whenever I need them, but at lower ELO I find denying vision is better than having vision (since your guesses are better than their definite knowledge), ALWAYS grab the red trinket, it will make camping lanes 10x easier. How many pink/green wards roughly per game do you buy? You probably hear it all the time but most of the games I know I've messed up or I get caught resulting in not being able to carry, it's because of a lack of vision. 3 wards from your support isn't going to cover much, you should almost always have 3 wards down, if you are leaving the base with more than 75g and an inventory space, break the habit and always pick up a ward, even if you have no idea what you want to do with it right now, grab it. Vision = wins, can't exclaim it enough. I don't have a EUNE account, I'm sorry. If you can record your games or have access to replays then I'm happy to take a look and try give you some feedback. The problem is I can talk a lot lot lot lot lot but I still don't know what areas you're struggling in. If you play the camp, split push, and vision game correctly, you will win most of your games, so I guess we should look at those areas? Is there anything you KNOW you need to improve on?

He just said: Go Shaco and carry them. I know you can do it. That is just my motivation but in ranked I can't understand what I am doing wrong.. Tell me how to splitpush better I always tell my teammates to wait and group up.. push but they do things like 1v5 3 baron others teamfights etc. If you have an EUNE acc just add me and spectate me and see how I play.(if I can carry rankeds or not) Thank you again for your help.

: There isn't a champion that's gonna carry you out of silver, it's your playstyle that will do it
Many people said with Shaco you can get out of silver.

: Well here's an example one: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/store/sales/satisfy-your-sweet-tooth-sugar-rush It was open from August 26th to September 1st, so about a week. As for the Surrender@20 query, I can't answer that definitively. The only **official** place for news is the League of Legends website - Surrender@20 normally does have these details, but I'm not going to say "yep, definitely" - because if they don't it'll be my fault! :-P
And where I can see this official place can you link it to me?

: Hi NSyndicate, Riot do not announce far ahead of time when they are planning on opening the legacy vault, nor is there a set timeline. I'm afraid the only thing you can do is keep checking the news - Riot will not make exceptions, as if they made one, they'd have to make it for everyone. There's plenty of legacy skins that people would love to have, but they all have to wait on them coming out of the vault I'm afraid!
And can I see the news when Workshop Shaco is avabile even on Surr20.com?

For 1 day? 2?

: Hi NSyndicate, You will get whatever you paid back for a refund. So even if a skin is on sale, for example, you will be refunded the RP you paid originall. You can find more about the refund system at this FAQ: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201751864-Content-Refund-FAQ
Why I didn't got the RP back from the icon ?

: Workshop Shaco is in the Legacy vault - these skins are released at random times, sometimes only a few at a time. There is no set timeline for Legacy skins being re-released, you just need to keep an eye on the news and announcements :-) You can find a list of them [HERE](http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Champion_skin/Retired_skins) with some more information on the Legacy Skin project.

: I think refunding legendary/ultimate skins you don't use anymore is the best way to use the refunds. Also I think he will return next time the legacy skins come on sale.
