Can I do it in practice tool its easier to see packet loss. I also created few custom games for test: aaotrox - 46ms ahri - 33ms akali - 33ms anivia - 47ms annie - 50ms When I have 33ms game feels so much smoother.

I feel like there are 2 servers I connect when I connect into game. On one I have 35-38ms and it works super well on other one I have 60ms+ and I have packet loss. If this info helps you

Okay ! I am on telekom slovenia and I have this issues for almost 2 weeks now. I'll provide you everything you need since I have no life :) At the moment logging into client is okay but that happened before. It is very inconsistent. It works one hour and then it doesn't the next one. In game packet loss is less frequent than before but still not playable for ranked. If you have any other questions just ask me I'll answer asap. Also last game I played I had 20ping less than usually on east???? but now is 58ms again :( (it used to be 41 in the past what happened?) It uses TeliaSonera IP carrier to connect you directly to Frankfurt, and we believe the problem exists somewhere between your ISP and their upstream provider. Please contact your ISP directly and ask them to troubleshoot -- if it's not their network it should be the network of their partner. This also applies to other ISPs using Telekom Slovenije, eg. providers from Kosovo.
So there is nothing you can do about us since our ISP says it's not their fault :/

: This issue is affecting the entire region, as we see reports from Bulgaria, Slovenia, Romania, Armenia and some other countries. After first spotting the problem we disabled our peering at Bulgarian Internet Exchange and left it off for the weekend. The latency was higher than usual (as expected), but the game was playable. Afterwards we checked with BIX and with our datacenter operator and decided to turn it back on yesterday. Our team is currently tracking the issue and if we're unable to resolve the problem today we will again disable the peering at BIX. I will keep you informed.

: I am from Slovenia as well and I am having the same issues. ISP: Telekom Slovenia (SiOL) League is literally unplayable for the past 4 days. I am playing Russian roulette with loging in, if i get into client I cant create game lobbies if I do however get blessed with being able to create a game lobby then I am having packet loss everytime more spells are being used. I made a support ticket, everything is still the same even though he said problems were fixed. :(
Yep I'm legit saying everyday. Tomorrow it will be fixed I believe and then in the morning I try to login and it takes +10s and I'm like let's try tomorrow.

I've personally found in the past sometimes using forums, twitter, or other public method of contacts can help - as other players can also report they're having the same issue, so the ISP doesn't believe it's a single-user problem. I also have same ISP (Slovenian Telekom). There are not as many issues in client as few days ago but ingame is just unplayable. Packetloss after every 10 seconds makes me want to ragequit. : [23-06-17] Issues with Bulgaria and surrounding regions
My client doesn't work since 3 days ago. I learned I could use VPN in client and when I got into game I turned VPN off and it worked okay. But yesterday my client worked normaly for few minutes multiple times. Today I can't even log in anymore and if I somehow get into game I have HUUUUUUUUUUGE packet loss and it's not my internet fault because all my other apps work perfectly.
