Try saving the profiles using the Application Detection option (in the Profile Manager section) instead of the mouse's onboard memory. In the Basics section, it will say 'Onboard memory: Stored on mouse as Profile 1' or 'Onboard Memory: Not stored on mouse' depending on how you configure it. This should fix it, let me know how it goes.

You were downloading AIR + the game, which is 14GB, your friend was just downloading the game update.

Wel Humpelstilzche already answered to your questions, i just added the extra bit ;) The first question is impossible to answer though, because you get key fragments through honor, the more positive player you are, the faster you get them. --- 2 days ago, i for example got 2 key fragments the moment i logged in for sportsmanlike behaviour :P
: I believe it's 12 key fragments in 30 days or what ever the duration is. At first they come in 2x4 frags then 2 frags and finally you start getting 1 frag at time much slower. I got first 2-3 keys pretty fast. Now I'm 1 frag into the fourth one and got 1 drop in 4-5 days or so.

Hello Let's see if some of these following fixes may help you: Try to launch the "LeagueClient.exe" located in C:\Riot Games\League of Legends as an administrator. You can do this by right clicking the .exe and selecting the ‘run as administrator’ option. --- Run a netsh winsock reset: * Press the windows button + R on your keyboard * A new window should appear, type “cmd” * Another (black) windows should appear, type “netsh winsock reset” * Hit enter and restart your compuer --- Make sure you have Framework.NET 4.0 and Framework.NET 3.5 installed.

: It's been a while. I tried this, there's not much of a difference, unfortunately, besides a real bunch of programming-warnings and errors (mostly javascript) that are shown. Perhaps the OSX compiler is buggy. I've seen strange things every time LoL client is updated. Icons register is damaged after updates and often applications that I use often, pop up as 'Aplication used for the first time'. It's a pain in the behind..
First few days after each update can have some issues but their mostly cleaned by the end of the weekend.

The client populates that based on the supported resolutions displayed by your monitor. Manualy it can't be changed.

: I've have this issue since the new patch 7.14. And no I haven't installed the creators update, because it sucks. I once installed it (months ago), but my performance was so bad because of this. Had to go back to the anniversary update.
You need creators update as windows will be having more major updates in the future and there is a way to fix the lag that the update brings :) About current league problem, get hextech repair tool and try reinstalling the game with it: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/224826367-Automated-Troubleshooting-Hextech-Repair-Tool

You're issue is a somewhat unique, i forwarded it to a wrenchman.
: Problem with Loot. Key drop chance is way too low for me.
You can only earn key fragments from games you've won but remamber that with every key fragment you get, the chance to get another goes down a bit. So you have to play quite many games and win in order to get free loot from the boxes with the keys.

Nah unlikely, their just new or young players who don't wish to chat or don't know english. And even if they are bots, report them and they will be checked out.
