Connection issues like these are personal, or we all would be experiencing same issues. I belive your network had a temporary corruption and the game client just dc'd. In most cases, the fastest way to fix this is to restart your computer and then reconnect. How often are you having these dc's? Are you using wifi or ethernet?

Make a folder called **PBE** to **C:\Riot Games\** and install PBE there.

: i am having issues in game too every 5-6 min i have "attempting to reconnect" while everything else works fine in that time, i ran ping test while playing game, pinged the euw servers and i had 0% packet loss while i was having that "attempting to reconnect" on my screen riot being riot will still blame it on your ISP like every other time

One way to fix lobby chat bug is to change your ward. You're having some corruption with the client files or there were a network issue, best is to send a ticket to Riot Support when you're having this issue.

You can manualy download your recent drivers from here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download To disable V-sync, go: Display Properties > Settings > Advanced > 3D

It's a maybe that the game has a bug with your recent name change and that has issues with adding friends. Is this issue happening to every person you try to add? Maybe try add another person and see if the issue still exists. If it does continue, wait a week or so and try to add then. If you're still unable to add players, send a ticket to [Riot Support](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en).
