Guys wtf ? The whole point of URF is to unbalance the game ... Also its not better when you could pick your champ because everybody picks the most op and tries to win every game like where is the fun in that ? Everybody is just hard trying. The only thing that would be good is to actually be able to ban even if its random. The "real" URF was shit ... The second urf was also shit, now this urf is pretty much the best that we had. Would be awesome if the next urf has bans and is random. AND PLEASE STOP SPAMMING ABOUT IT BEING UNBALANCED. IT IS MEANT TO BE UNBALANCED TO SOME EXTEND. I fixed it, i was minutes away from going back to 8.1, but now one of the things the guys recommended worked so yeah, im keeping the 10 :D

: Out of interest, have you uninstalled and reinstalled your graphics drivers? Windows 10 uses different drivers and the upgrade experience tends to cause problems - a clean reinstall of the drivers is recommended.

Yeah, i did because i also had issues with the drivers 2 weeks ago about the video card underlocking itself to 850mhz but it no longer occurs now as i got it fixed.

: While I kind of get why you'd limit the framerate, I've never really noticed frame skips (or worse, screen tearing) myself. This is despite league running at 150-300 fps and my monitor having a 60Hz refresh rate.

Screen tearing never happened to me but frame skips happen even at ~200-250 fps

Vertical sync cant be set to higher value as my monitor is 60hz, i havent tried to turn it off but if i do ill have to limit it to 60 fps anyway, im not really into playing with 600 fps because with these 60hz i always witness frame skips.

: Im pretty sure that your problem is caused by MSASCui.exe. It's a process related to Windows Defender. I use Win10 as well, and this process eats up all the 2nd core of my CPU and causes stuttering, even though my fps counter is always high. I recommend disabling Defender via group policy and always close this process in case it shows up again.
