The thing is 1-5 players don't mean much (no disrespect towards you tho). We all have to try and see if it works for multiple days. I had 2 days ago 5 games in a row without DC and then in 1 game I got DC-ed twice (see my point?). We all have to test it for multiple days and multiple matches in a row. Then, and only then if we don't get DC for the period given, we can conclude it is fixed. Edit: I'll play in the evening probably so I'll post my results, at the moment don't have that much time :D

We're not trying to shift blame and we've mentioned it here and on Twitter, we want to work with HT to fix this. We currently have some lines open with them directly, however at the moment we're not able to find any obvious causes - only symptoms (again that it seems like Balkan-region ISP's routing through t-com are hitting problems). We additionally have had an Albanian ISP reach out to us and adjust their routing away from t-com and so far they say they've had positive feedback from their customers.

After using free VPN program I concluded with my friends that I do not get disconnected and they do. So somewhere between Croatia and Frankfurt the packets are lost. Hrvatski Telecom just puts the blame on Rito Games and their servers when there is a problem in the transmitting packets. There is nothing else to do other than spamming T-com or trying to figure out if T-com is connected to some ISP that has problems. Maybe you can point that out to them since your mentioned Albanian ISP as well having no problems after routing away.

After their responses on Twitter and Facebook, as predicted they don't care about this issue whatsoever and won't be doing much to fix it... GG WP I guess it is time to abandon this game??

Luckily,or sadly enemy team also got discconected.So managed to win. Its also luck or sad that 95% of players are not on Boards. There is group League of legend Croatia Community on FB...Everybody is spamming about the issues about attempting to reconnect they have. And they're all in miserable state cause game is unplayable,they're getting leave busters,losing LP,losing their teammates LP just due of the reconnect thing. We are all calling Hrvatski telekom,but all they say is..mkhmkhm...have u restarted ur router? YES WE FKIN DID. Then they have no idea about what we are talking..like..is ur internet stable...? Provide them this thread so they can upvote and vote in the pool so Riot sees how many people have problems. Also provide them KR Fuze tweet and tell them to spam T-Com as much as possible. Thank you

Hopefully it will be fully fixed soon.

Pročitaj thread i komentare, ali svjesni su i Riot i poslužitelji interneta (ISP) da postoji problem. Po mom mišljenju negdje je zastoj tj. negdje je problem kod odašiljanja paketa, sad se treba otkriti gdje točno i to treba popraviti, to može biti bilo gdje...

We regard all regions equally important, however we can't control issues that don't reside on our network, as in this case.

The thing is, everything worked fine until patch 9.3. Even with patch 9.4 the issue is still here. I've sent my ticket with Tracert file so hopefully it should help.

In this case my premade ( Lee Sin ) got disconnected at the same time as me. You can see in the clip (and I've said it in thread itself) I can see enemies moving and their actions but I am unable to do anything. You can see me clicking to move few times but when I realized I got Riot'ed again I just accepted my fate. It is like I stop uploading my packets and still download packets of the match so I can see other players. I don't know why but this is so frustrating, is it time to move on to another game since we don't get any reply whatsoever? Or should I stick with the frustration and hope my game doesn't get decided by coinflip disconnect? Find out in next series of **Riot Trolls You**.
