"Fixed" is a wrong word. Your MMR isn't "broken", it's just lower than you thought it was. Plus it's not a permanent "fix", because as your rank changes so will the MMR requirement to get "positive" LP gains. But yes, the only two things that influence your MMR is the outcome of the game and whom you played with and against _(similarly to how your LP gains fluctuate depending on whom you play with)_

Each rank has its own "target" MMR, above which you gain more LP than lose and below which you lose more than you gain. The only other factor in how much LP you gain and lose are your teammates. For example if you happen to end up on a team where the MMR is on average higher than the enemy's, you will gain less LP and lose more than you'd do if both teams had perfectly even average MMR. This is why in one game you can win 15LP and the next one will give you 19LP. The basis behind your story is this: Your MMR is below the "target MMR" for your rank, which is why you're usually losing more LP than win. If you will keep up your recent winrate, you should quickly get out of the hole you found yourself in.

"Can" and "want" are two different things. You can dodge ANY match. Alt+F4 for the quickest way, [X] in top right corner as the "intended" way and the slowest way of not picking a champion. Yes, you can get demoted. To get demoted from a Tier your you have to lose at 0 LP while your MMR is at a level 'predicted' for the lowest Division of a lower Tier. That is, to get demoted from Silver to Bronze, you first need to be playing with people around Bronze 4. How many games would it take? Well, it depends on what level your MMR is. Usually your rank is lagging behind MMR and only when your LP gains and losses are more or less equal, your MMR is at a level 'assigned' to your rank. In a row, I'd say around 20 losses, if you're starting with an MMR which results in you winning ~25LP and losing ~15LP.

First of all it's not a stun, but a root. Also regardless of the Rylai's slow, you're expecting the enemy to not do anything for 3.5 seconds and it cannot be reliably used as an engage. W only matters in a situation you're describing, if you have at least two front liners and doesn't matter once teamfights break out, because everybody who wanted to get in range would already be in range, so the root is a mild annoyance at best. Yuumi is a "win more" champion, which is why her stats are terrible and people don't want her on the team. _Side note: Where were you for the past 3 days?_

Current amount of ranked accounts on that server is the number by the lowest division of the lowest tier _(This season it's Iron 4, before it was Bronze 5)_ 5. Copy the url of this page. 6. Go Wayback Machine _[[archive.org](http://archive.org)]_ 7. Paste the url you copied in point 5. 8. Pick a date around the same time of a year in a year of your choosing. 9. Compare the number of players now to the number of players in that particular year. 10. Realize practically all servers are down by ~40% players\* ######\* - Make sure you check the dates after you select a snapshot on the Wayback Machine. When I was checking multiple servers I found that at least one doesn't have an actual backup for like half of either 2016 or 2017 and it redirects May to like August or September. Most likely EUW.

Thankfully it doesn't happen all the time, but now that I think of it, it does happen around the same time during a match other people have problems.

True, there are threads like that from 2013. Personally never suffered from it and it looks more like a bug than anything, since it only affected people with 95LP+ and losing a game while at 0LP/win would almost guarantee a promo the next match.
