: Can you stay in Challenger without playing that much? What LP do Challengers reach at end of season?
You don't understand my question. I know what LP decay is. My question is: in the end of the season, when people are about to get their frames, I presume everyone is tryharding to get to the highest elo possible. In that point, how many points do top 200 (challenger) players have? Right now they are from around 900 (#1 EUNE) to around 300 (#200 EUNE). Do they get progressively higher? Like, at the end of the season, does the player that's challenger #200 have like 1000 LP, unlike now when they have 300?

: After playing on NA, EUW, and EUNE for like 500-600 games, here's a little statistic about each:
In truly high elo, EUNE and EUW are practically the same. I have had Challenger accs on both. The difference is only noticeable below Diamond.

Same here. Had this problem about a week ago, was fine for a few days, now it's back to square one. Game is completely unplayable. From Bulgaria as well. And honestly, their excuse that it's 'not on their end' sounds like total bullsh*t to me. A new patch rolls out and bam - _mysteriously_ the bug that is _totally not caused by them btw_ reappears for thousands of players again. They just don't give enough shits about us to address this properly. Why would they care that a couple of thousand of EUNE trashes can't play. I mean EUW and NA is working fine, so everything's fine, right?

A little update for me: I can now play games safely. Have even started playing ranked. My client is still pretty laggy - logging in, picking, etc, but games run fine.

On a bit of an unrelated note, on behalf of all players that were QQing about the issue being ignored, thanks for finally keeping us updated. We did not complain because the issue wasn't being tackled abruptly - some problems are slier and trickier than others and we do not expect you to get things up and working in a matter of minutes. What made us feel discriminated and upset was that for more than 12 hours there was an absolute lack of response on Riot's part, which left us completely in the dark and unaware of what's going on. We can wait for weeks if need be, all that we need is what You just did - keeping us in tune with the issue, even a single sentence of the likes of 'We are aware of the issue and are working on it.' is enough. But such prolonged dead silences are really unprofessional and I don't think we were being childish for complaining that EUNE players are being mistreated. Just an opinion that I think many would agree with. Anyway, thanks again for finally keeping us posted. We appreciate the effort you put to provide a smooth gaming experience and hope the issue will be fixed soon and without too much hassle.

I managed to log in - still with some delay, but nothing as dramatic as yesterday - and even started a game. I was lagging a lot, however, even though my ping was 35ms, so there is still something faulty going on.
