Have you read what i said? change your rune, change your boots, you don't need magic resist in that game, locket is super good, looking at jhin kda, he was playing defensive, that's another reason why font of life and locket would help him. If you are serious about ranked, learn at least 3 roles and play anything except support, then you can influence the game more.

: How Do I Stop Being Toxic?
There is plenty info how not to be toxic. But the main thing i wanna point out. If you gonna be toxic, what will that change ingame? Your team suddenly gonna play like pro and win the game? You gonna make their league experience better? (for example if a newbie is playing that is feeding). Here what happens: You waste time (in which you could try doing something useful, if you still think the game is winable), you insult, make experience worse for others. In return they start also wasting time and flaming back at you. So at least 2 people gonna waste time, get flamed, have a bad experience, even if it's only 2 of you, you guys make experience for the other 3 worse also, promoting toxicity and lowering morale of the team, not doing anything. Which then may end up, some of those 3 guys starting flaming at both of you, going afk, etc. It's an endless cycle, where hate promotes hate and makes games worse for everyone. You will never make anything better in this game with hate/flame. I wanted to keep it small and simple, but oh well.. here it goes. So you have 2 options: be neutral, don't say anything, try to carry, mute others if needed. Be positive, cheer your team up, praise them even for small accomplishments, if this step doesn't work at all, see option above.

Don't take everything seriously and personal. Also there is mute for chat and even emotes. Stop caring what people say, there will always be flamers, trolls and kids, just laugh irl and ignore them. Put your perception from negative to positive. Actually...the thing is, none of those are even the reason. It's mostly of how the state of the game is now. Back then, late game was possible, turrets were not cardboards and comebacks were also possible. Season 8 everything changed. Especially with new runes.
I don't get you. You say you need help with you being toxic, now you talk about the game state, so which one is it? Comebacks are still possible, been there, done that. You won't change anything being angry or typing on forum. Accept the game as it is or don't play. Every game goes through different states.

Not only some missions not completing, but some get only "some value" out of the game. Kill 8 dragons. Progress 3/8. I killed 5 dragons+elder, now 6/8... only +3??? for 5-6 dragons?

: Whatever you say dude. You think you know it all, but you don't. I've done my research and informed myself with professional builders. Forums, reviews, etc. You name it, I've done it. Are you telling me that [THIS](http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Bulldozer/AMD-FX-Series%20FX-8350.html) won't run ANY GAME now and in the near future (3 to 5 years). Maybe not at "Mega Ultra" settings, but still. Mate, do your research too and get out of your high-horse. But if you are so sure that I'm wrong, why don't you link me a game that requires much more than that? (none of that VR bs) Also, you don't need a 8200RPM drive. A 7200RPM will do just fine. I guess you like to waste money. Gaming isn't demanding at all. You don't need "super amazing" components to play ANY game at high performance.
I misspelled there 7200 for 8200. You don't even know that there is no 8200, advising an expensive PSU, saying that cpu will run any game for 3-5 years to come. Like i've said it before and i will say it again, please stop advising a person on a topic that you have very little knowledge about. I'm not here to argue with you, so this will be my last post on this topic. You don't have to be a genius or tech specialist to know that this statement is false "ANY GAME now and in the near future (3 to 5 years). "

: well it will be pretty hard to connect a cable through the entire house, from the bottom floor to the top floor so that's why I would use wifi, and I bealive I won't feel the need to have the best internet while playing offline games and LoL, since my ping already is good, and I don't really have alot of money extra for a gtx 1060, and what do you mean with overkill MB? 2x8gb ram would be nice, but since it would be alot more expensive, I would rather buy 1x8gb and then upgrade later when I have the money.
MB overkill i mean that you don't need to spend that much money, for fancy lights or software that comes with a more expensive MB. You can get a cheaper one. Also if you are going to buy it by parts, i highly recommend you researching a LOT, about everything, because there is a lot to it, unless you mainly want to stop at that 700 euro mark point, get some advice if you are building it, if not then just do a little research and buy from a shop a made one, 700 euro is not that expensive to hassle a lot for it.
Febos (EUW)
: I can point a few things. 1 - You should favour hardware with less capacity for a few reasons: 1.0.1 - If it fails you the replacement is less expensive (meaning you wasted less on the 1st buy) 1.0.2 - You rarely need more than a few GBs of space, so that extra space is just being wasted 1.03 - Larger capacity hardware take longer to do disk analyzes For me, 1TB is too much, but those aren't that expensive nowadays so it's fine. Just don't push more than that if all you want is to use your computer for gaming. 1.1 - Instead of a 1TB HDD storage device, you could get a 500GB + 250GB SSD, making it 750GB total storage space (that's plenty). SSD will speed up the loading process of your OS and any software that you install on it (loading speed =/= game speed). 2 - Your CPU is over the top. It'll run any game on the market right now and possibly in the near future. But what if instead you get a cheaper component? I'm talking about this: [Your CPU](http://shop.amd.com/en-us/components/processors/FD8350FRHKHBX) and [Alternative](http://shop.amd.com/en-us/components/processors/FD8350FRHKHBX). At the cost of 50$ you get 4 extra cores and a tad more frequency. Although I'm not a big fan of integrated graphics, I'm sure that GPU can run most things you throw at it. Just keep in mind that it comes at the cost of your RAM. That works with [DDR3-2133](http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Bulldozer/AMD-A10-Series%20A10-7870K.html). 8GB RAM is probably not enough, but something like 16GB will work. If you chose to go with integrated graphics you won't need to spend on a GPU. ######Again, take this with a grain of salt. You are saving 50$ + whatever you would spend on a GPU (in this case ~160$?), but that comes at the cost of "lower" performance. [Here you have a comparison](http://cpuboss.com/cpus/AMD-FX-8350-vs-AMD-A10-7870K) of those two chips based on on CPU performance (not including the integrated graphic's card) 3 - Don't mess around with wattage. You must be sure how much wattage your components will demand. If you do this over at your local pc-building shop they'll sort that out for you. You should always have a bit more wattage power than what your components need, just to be on the safe side (like 10..20% more). What you have: HDD - ??? CPU - 125W GPU - 300W RAM - ??? Minimum - 425W + 10% = 470W. Even without knowing the other two major components, I would say that you need at least 600W. 4 - Motherboard socketing. I don't know which RAMs you intend to use, but this is something you need to be aware of too. If your sockets don't match you can't install the component. Your GPU is PCI express 3.0 and your motherboard has PCI 2.0, but those are backwards compatible. All in all, the build you have is enough to do anything you want it to do. You don't even need more RAM. 4GB dedicated graphics is more than enough to do anything gaming related. Personally, I would downgrade a few components, but if money isn't an issue for you, that should work. Just make sure that everything is compatible and check that power issue. The last thing you want is to boot up your PC to have it just turn off. ######You should have someone build that PC for you. Not only are they (likely) more experienced, but they can also give you good feedback. Good luck :) *** Well, I took some time to reserach what you listed here and now I saw what others have said. Let me add a few things: 1 - Don't buy Intel. Intel is more expensive and not necessarily better. Just make sure that you have GOOD cooling mechanism. AMD can get quite hot. 2 - You don't need 16GB of RAM IF you have dedicated GPU. Although those RAMs (x2 8GB) aren't expensive, it won't boost your performance at all. At best you can have more processes running. That's about it. 3 - I can't stress this enough. You must be sure that your power supply is enough! 4 - One thing that I didn't mention is how large your case should be. Your case should be as large as you can handle it. The larger the more space to cool-off it has. Also, more space for cable management. Just don't over do it, after all, someone needs to move that thing around ;) 5 - Pre-built computers are better. Not because the performance is better, but because you can have them cheaper. Most of the times, shops will have specifc setups on demand, so they buy more of those components in bulk, making the build itself cheaper.

GPU ram =\ ram! 3. problem is with quality not amount of W 4. You can have more cooling vents in a normal case, instead of buying a huge machine 5. pre-built is far worse, they usually use some cheap materials here and there, it's only easier, bought and use.. without all the thinking and building to do

I don't want to waste a lot of my time searching everything what you listed. And use cable internet, so much better, get a very long wire if you need, but plug the damn thing directly. MB seems a bit overkill here? most likely yes. And get 2x8 gb ram with the max support on Hz for your mobo, they don't cost that much.

No wonder this things happen, they are everywhere, look at some sports football, basketball etc. Some cheer for one team and some for other. Same thing goes with this game and their regions. People always argue, fight, cheer for whatever reason they got, i find these people silly. We are all humans, if a team wins, who cares what region it is from, the team won, not the region, that team won other team in their region. People just need to stop wasting their time and making a fuss about all those regions. Just chill, enjoy the games.. It's the competitive scene with feeling towards something you like or is close to you by nationality, region, etc. People always want to show off, how good they are and in BM show how bad others are. People think they will make their region proud and look good... But it doesn't really matter.. Just enjoy the games.. where is the sportsmanship? huh?

First of all, you get a warning, before those thing happen. Second if your behavior was only "bad" you would not be permabanned, unless you keep it going for every single game. This means you were very toxic and it doesn't matter if you started flaming or was defending while flaming. And thirdly i do say and not only me, that flaming negatively impacts your whole team, not only making people sad/mad etc, but also provoking them to type back, which in turn makes them less focused on the game and lose it.
: About honors and Key fragments
After getting very little amount of keys for the past month, i woke up today, logged in... 4 key fragments.. i was like WHOOOOAAA
: I am the one who should be saying jesus 'cause that is a pretty aggressive response to someone.Either way I guess thanks for your help?I had read the Honour FAQ already before posting this but I just thought maybe someone had progressed to lvl 3 maybe in the PBE or something and has a general idea of how long or how many honours it would take to level up.
Response isn't aggro, it's a normal response. If you read FAQ, honor doesn't contribute a lot towards your progression, you just need to play games, seems that you need to pay more attention if you really have read the FAQ or made at least some effort to research about this topic. It has been verified by riot employees that we can get level 5 by the end of the season, which will be around november, which means we progress 1 level ~ a month, considering each level will be harder to get, then it's 2-4 weeks for level 3 and 4-6 weeks for level 4, then it should be around 7-9 weeks for level 5 ; with average 3, 5, 8 weeks for each, and then seasons ends.
: 4 Honours
What kind of question is that, why do you people don't read news and stuff, there is no calculation for it, play games and eventually you will get next level.. jesus.
: How much Honor do you need to get to the next level? (Reforming)
So many questions.. Honor has nothing to do with punishment system, any player can get punished, even challengers and players in tournaments. Be ready, maybe you will get another chat restriction, just because of how the punishment system works. They said something about weeks to get level 3 honor, but it's unclear. Don't be toxic, if people annoy you in ANY way, mute them with their pings. Add a bit of sarcasm to your thoughts about what they say. Yes reforming is hard, any big change is hard, but it's worth it, for you and for others. You can ignore/mute/ never type in chat, just play games, try to enjoy them and don't take everything to the heart. cheers
