: Ranked matchmaking is severely unbalanced
two days ago I ranked in on some second account and went w:8 l:2 and ended up in silver4 but because rank doesn't equal MMR, which is the thing matchmaking is actually using to match you with other players, I'm playing mostly against silver 1 and gold 4 and some gold 3 players. this completely normal during your first 50 ranked games of the season. in your case, it means, that you are a good player who just needs more lp.
: another discussion about "ez"
most of the time you say ez just mean: "this was so close, I'm surprised we won this how the %%%% did you manage to lose this, I'm so happy that I can not resist the urge to rub this in your face."

What other than you wanting to maybe take the opportunity to troll once in a while could make you want that. sry, I was quoting incorrectly. What I wanted to say is that it's not always clear if someone is a troll or has a bad game or something, so because people who consistently get honoured by their teammates are probably not trolling and are probably overall the best players to have on your team, they are the players that deserve to be trolled the least so if that is possible, the matchmaking should try to only get them into games with each other. That also means that the trolls will end up in games with other trolls so even if they troll, they don't do a lot of damage. And if that isn't possible, for example in soloQ, you could put the trolls in games were, except for one player on the other team, everyone is a little bit better than they are so they will get frustrated over time and stop playing the game on their own. But I am almost certain, that rito already has these sorts systems in place and just doesn't tell anyone about them for obvious reasons.

: Hey there, Here are my predictions: - Season 9 starts, Devs decide to show Shaco some love and buff him - Shaco starts being picked up in LCS matches, 100% win rate until all Teams decide that they don't want to deal with him anymore - Shaco starts being picked up in Ranked after players see how OP he became - Petition for Shaco to be removed from the game will be forwarded to the Devs, Shaco mains start a counter-petition - Shaco mains win, but Shaco is nerfed so hard he becomes so bad that he cannot even 1v1 a small raptor - Shaco is accidentally picked in the EU LCS spring finals by Broxah while at a 2-2 score. His Team and the fans are desperate, they already start blaming Broxah for losing the finals. Somehow he manages to score a pentakill before the minions even spawn after a failed invade by the enemy Team, he then snowballs and manages to carry his team and get the win. Everyone praises him for his performance, remaining as the most memorable League performance for years to come - Devs decide to create a Victorious Skin for Shaco Have a nice evening!

: One Troll can cost You 3 Games
Also what other reason could you have to not want harsher penalties? the problem here is, that trolls can be really annoying even if they don't say anything and that rito can't always tell if you just %%%ked up or if you wanted your game to be that way, but I think something that could really help a lot would be to have preferential matchmaking for players who often get honoured.

: > So I just heard of This Nightblue thing from a Reddit post, where Riot seemly ban "off-meta" picks, and this post used Nunu support as a Prime example of why "off-meta" picks should be banned. You should read the whole thing, he was banned for being toxic and playing support teemo mid when his midlaner didn't want him there and left his ADC to 1v2 bot, off meta picks aren't actually against the rules

: Allow player to drag the surrender message again
How about removing it from ranked (and maybe replacing it with something like a draw after 45 minutes or something)

Well, there is a big difference between scripting and being naive.

: > But someone actually hacking the account, either by brute force or somehow managed to crack the password, by someone who lives on the other side of the continent/planet is not the account holder's responsibility. Thing is, this isn't how people are being "hacked". If someone honestly just guesses your password, then your password is either very simple, or on a common password list which you should **always** avoid. Brute forcing isn't used unless you have access to the database file itself, since you'll actually have to go through **all** login attempts with the delay the client has for authentication. This would literally take years upon years, and Riot would notice and the account in question would be locked for security concerns. A couple of common methods of losing an account is, but not limited to: * You use the same login credential on other services with poor security. Password leaks, and people simply try the credential other places and find accounts that way. * You enter your credentials on a fake site that promises you a reward, but in reality it's a scam that only wants to steal your account. * Your e-mail has been hacked into, generally through the first listed method. With access to your e-mail, they can request a password recovery and delete the mail before you see it. * You've shared your account with someone that ended up using third party services on your account, with or without your knowledge. The last one is actually far more common than you may think. --- > Imagine if banks had the same stance on customers getting their bank accounts hacked into/money stolen. "Sorry, it's your responsibility for keeping your money safe." But if you share your VISA details on unsecure sites, it generally **is** your responsibility, not the bank. --- > It's the company's responsibility, if a person's account got hacked into by no fault of their own, to ensure their player's account is safe and secure No, it's not. As the examples above, the company can't be blamed for this. Those are all problems caused by the user, and that's the common problem. --- > Honestly, Riot should be going about these situations differently. Instead of banning accounts and say "Sorry bruh, it's your problem", they should be helping victims. The problem here is: How? If you say that they should not ban people that were banned due to someone gaining access to their account and using third party software, don't you see that this would just open up for people to use third party software and claim they were hacked when they get banned? It's extremely easy to mask your location so that it appears you're playing from a completely different country.

: >too bad riot is childish with these things, "it's your fault it's your account you're responsible for it" I mean, it's the same concept if your house get's broken into for not using locks, or sharing access with someone else etc. If something goes missing, it's not your fault, exactly, but you are responsible for the actions that go to that point. ----- Accounts can only really be stolen through sharing, entering your details on phishing websites, or having a password that is easy to guess/similar to other log ins you may have, that may have also been compromised. So yeah, all the ways they can be stolen are ways that are the players responsibility to prevent. otherwise "I was hacked" would be the go to defence for everything.

it's also about how strong your enemys are. I'm a really bad player, but i do ok in bronze. but this doesn't change that i'm a really bad player

: If they didn't respond, you can ask Vaevictis (but you need to be girl). At least you have good game stats to join their team.
he is in silver, my dude
: i want to join fnatic(application)
I don't think fnatic will be too interested in a silver player, but, if you want to improve alot, i would try to find a really good player who is willing to play ranked on your account for warmup, so you have to play against much better enemys. of cause it will be frustrating to loose much more often, but you will improve much faster. (this will work much better if you also watch a lot of challenger gameplay and videos about tactics in lol) I wish you luck xD {{champion:203}} Carries? They're all mine to take!
