: Game sometimes won't respond to mouse/click commands
I've also had this happen a few times, usually around 2-3 seconds long each time. Unable to click new pathing, attack minions/structures/champions. Skill shots still seem to work however during these moments with quick cast.

: its a lot of control wards, if you get proper items as {{item:3312}} u dont need more wards no matter they destroy wards u have more after backing and u know where they are cause you know where u planted them, and in mid game always take {{item:3364}} so u can save a lot of gold and vision. Buy more active items and try to master them in teamfights, when to use and how , not all at once. As much active items , more u can show that they dont mess with you or your team. And as for ranked, its different because a lot of people in Normal games play for fun, in Ranked everybody is serious and 1 mistake can cost u to be flamed,tilted and etc of your teammates. Sometimes its like chain reaction, 1 guy flame u, then whole team , and if your enemy see that ,they take it in their advantage. I'm just saying that to be prepared what is coming, since you are going to play with low ranked players at start. My advice is to mute them if they start to flame, it will not cost u nerves and possible reports from them if u continue to chat. And remember, its just game, Ranked or Normal , it doesnt matter, you are here to have fun, and not to get serious like your life depends on it as some think it is. Sorry for long post. GL & HF

I used to by around 8 control wards a game, but over longer (50 min) games it has increased to 12-15. And I always switch to Oracle and kill wards I find - I usually end up with a pretty high vision score at the end, considerably higher than anyone elses most games. : One dodge never gives the "queue timer", if you got it then you must have had these issues before or you queue dodged yourself. Let's hope it was just a client corruption, if this issue starts happening more often, make a new thread.
That's what I thought. I've seen plenty of games where someone left during champ select, but I've never done it myself (I want to play the game and get better, and am a noob, so I don't know what to dodge, or actually how to dodge). I also haven't played ranked yet (so no reason to dodge?), only normals. I can't remember any other crashes on the account I was using or any DCs. Unless there is a bug where the servers aren't correctly identifying the champ select leaver... Or the client bugged and made me a "leaver" when someone else left and the game was cancelled... Who knows, there isn't enough evidence yet, but I will monitor it and relog if something happens again. Ta.

: Hello 1n5tanc3 Were you having this issue only in one champion select or more? Are you still having this issue?
Hi, It just seemed to happen the once on champ select - hasn't happened again since. Out of all the in game AFKers and champ select leavers I've seen, it seems a bit stupid to get a dodge timer when this is the first time I've knowingly left champ select. (due to client bugs or not). Maybe the whole system is bugged and it think I've left loads of games.. {{sticker:slayer-pantheon-thumbs}}

: riot needs to add something to make sure people take smite if they're jungle...
On the flip side, I played as {{champion:19}} jungle in my last game and the enemy had {{champion:222}} and {{champion:51}} playing bot - both with {{summoner:11}} (one took {{summoner:4}} and the other took {{summoner:7}} ). Yes I did remember to take {{summoner:11}}. {{sticker:slayer-jinx-catface}} Knowing that the duo ADCs had less escape options than usual made for some fun ganking, and mid/late game picks. It can work both ways, and bad Summoner choices don't necessarily ruin the game for the enemy... {{sticker:slayer-jinx-wink}} My team had one feeder (not int'ing), one afk and a {{champion:21}} who was ult'ing on enemy wards/ empty lanes (but did contribute a bit), they also had a feeder (not int'ing) - so it did balance it out a bit in the end... But I think that something should be done in respect of junglers taking {{summoner:11}} . I was jungler once where the client bugged on Champ Select. After restarting the client and managing to reconnect, I entered the game 3 levels behind as {{champion:5}} with no {{summoner:11}}, and that really really really sucked.
: What should i do when someone is intentionally feeding on the enemy team?
I've seen games where the lane with the int'ing enemy tries to ignore the enemy. The lane will get ahead anyway but it makes the game a little more even and gives the enemy a chance to 4 v 5 - whether this is a good thing or not, I guess that the jury is still out. Some would go for the easy game, some would go for the fairer game. Does the enemy want the game over with, or do they still want to try and overcome the disadvantage?
: ***
I may try 1. - although I may find that tricky at the moment. I've been focusing on CSing while harassing and avoiding harass and ideally would like to get that really well established before I add something else into the mix. 2. Agreed, in these games the Jungler stayed away (don't blame him for trying to help the other lanes snowball) - will keep trying this. 3. I thought of this, but it still leads to the enemy ADC getting fed, making me very vulnerable to their ADC due to the item difference and possible level difference. I feel like the ADC role is more natural for me, but think I may try Top, MId and Jungler more and see if I get on OK...

: Farm and aim for the usual ADC-overlord state later in the game. Some lanes are just not ment to go well.
in other games I've been able to do that. In these games I did try to farm up and stall until the late game... however the enemy team had other ideas and kept finding me!

: There's no good players in LoL. No matter what elo you are, you will be always called trash. In bronze-silver every above elo call you trash. Gold-Plat you are decent, but people above diamond will still call you trash. Being diamond and master and challengers will can you trash. And last but no least if you get Master-challenger and get beaten by a silver player youa re called boosted and trash. There's no such thing as "good" player. Pro coaches tell these things to anyone who want to be good "If you wanna be good, don't lose"
That's OK - I am trash - I've only play 12 normals... {{sticker:slayer-jinx-wink}}

The grading system is actually pretty inconsistent when comes to judging player's abilities. First of all, it depends on a champion you play and wich role you picked. If you get Nidalee on a support and you just win the lane with decent KDA you have S granted because not that many players play her as a support character and because of that system has very little data to compare your game. Unpopular picks are easy to get good grades while popular are much harder. It also depends on how well majority of players perform on said champion. If overall statistics are poor, scoring S is easy and _vice versa_. And yes, 50% win rate is fine. But if you want to really improve your skills, focus on your abilities and not the score you have. Try to push your limits. See how much CS you can get within 15 minutes mark and try to push it further. Try playing passively and aggressively for a change to see wich playstyle is more suitable for you. Play draft and pick the weakest champion against your lane opponent to test yourself. When farming, try to pay attention to the map so you can build awareness. _Ect. Ect. _
This is all my way of thinking at the moment. But I was curious as to how accurate the grades are in respect of your skilll level. i've been focusing on CS quite a lot while trading with the enemy ADC (I'm maining ADC at the moment, although I would also like to get good at support). Also been focusing on map awareness, the enemy jungler, ally jungler, wave management and coordinating ganks with support and the jungler. I'm also trying to balance aggression with defensiveness and risk - trying to assess when to sit back and farm and go all in. My last 3 ADC games have gone pretty well, but I am aware that I've played against up to mid Silver ADCs. My win rate is 57% for ADC on normals, but that's only 7 games - so I feel like I'm heading in the right direction, but my game count is low and could be very much a skew that ratio so would expect it to drop. Your suggestion about playing the weakest champ against the opponent is interesting - I will try this, but i think I need to ensure consistency with my pool first. I'm really enjoying {{champion:18}} at the moment, and have got my eye on a few more ADCs to try out.

: I usually make 4 item sets for each champ I play. 1. vs Full AD Team 2. vs Balanced Team 3. vs Full AP Team 4. vs CC Team The item sets themselves are divided between 1. Items to get after first back 2. Core Items (1-3) 3. Other Items that are viable 4. Trinkets, Potions, Elixirs etc. If there's any unbuilds )like Korean Tank Alkali or Ahoi ads etc.) i make another item set for those.
Necro'ing a comment slightly, but I think I've found my method for arranging item sets - and this helped. Thanks!

: Most underrated roles are support and jungle. **Support** due to popular belief that you cannot climb as one and you're very dependent on your team making your own skills totally irrelevant. Wich is absolutely false as good support makes a far cry from awful one. But yeah, this role might feel a bit unrewarding. **Jungle** because it requires a bit of knowledge about clear path, when to gank and when to take objectives and make calls that might or might not be successful and in that case your team will be upset most of the time and would try to lay a blame on you for almost everything that goes wrong.
i do quite like the support role. I've had a few good games with Morgana and Lux - I've also played with Janna in bot games, but I've also realised it does also depend on your play style balancing with the ADCs. I had a horrible game playing as a Thresh support with a Draven that kept charging in getting squashed in less than a second each time, and flaming me for it, ha ha! I feel rewarded for being able to impact the game as support... snowballing and also getting the ADC to snowball too, even if other players don't show it - although I find that a decent ADC does acknowledge when I've supported well. (And also the team in team fights) I do enjoy the jungle role, but I'm not good enough at it (yet?). i tend to fall behind (although i have had some good games as Yi) and coordinating ganks with laners is sketchy, even if I ping in advance. Maybe bad timing, or I'm too slow - I'm not sure. Think I need more practice before inflicting my sub-par jungling on fellow PVPers...

: Black screen after champion select
I'm getting something similar. After champ select and the loading screen, the game crashes and fails to load. Presented with a blank screen, and sometimes the crash reporting tool pops up - I've submitted a few crash reports. Normally, when the game crashes and I go back to the client (running Windows 10 and the crash doesn't lock up the PC) the client says that I'm in game. However, in this scenario it doesn't and I'm free to try and start a new game. Doesn't look like it's possible to get into a game at the moment after this patch. (Sorry if there are any games currently running where I appear to be afk, I'm not afk - the game won't let me in...) (Actually, why am I apologising? I am trying to play the game...) {{sticker:sg-lux-2}}

: What exactly did you change in GeForce Experience? I am having the same problem, and nothing worked so far.
I haven't been on my Desktop since (where I had the issue) been playing on my laptop. Will have a look and see if i can work out what the offending setting was (and actually try and make the game crash, ha ha). I think I choose recommended settings, which put everything on max and 1080p. Then I used the customise slider to reduce 1 notch toward performance (I never play any game on max) and that worked for me. Unless the issue is more complex, i.e. the graphic settings were actually corrupt, or didn't exist or something...

: Unknown directx error when entering a game
After some tinkering, sorted the issue. It seems that the game's default settings don't like my setup, (driver/ card, who knows) and the default graphical settings have some sort of incompatibility. GeForce Experience had detected the LoL installation, so I (took a punt) changed the graphic settings though the GeForce application, and I was able to get into a training game. I will try a load up a game tonight (at risk of: You are AFK. Don't AFK or you may be banned message :( ). Bit of a strange one if you ask me. If the mood takes me, I may try and narrow down the offending Graphical setting a bit. Ta to anyone who looked. 1.
