Insec is too démodé... do the Ghost Kick combo. Yasuo can easily dodge everything, I have 200k on him, used to be a main. So that's hardly an outplay in Silver, people here don't even know how to shoot properly. Oh wait? Higher ELO? Uhm, I am still clapping my hands to Gold and Platinum players. Things get real in Diamond 3 and above. For me, outplaying is a part of the Macro. Because it's always important. Things like teamfighting are a Micro in my playstyle. I hate staying with people who don't know QWER buttons and their functions. In that regard, I love pushing, it's turned to a Macro in my gameplay. League is all about pushing, but my teams don't realise that. I almost won 100 games on Ranked on my own by just pushing, but my team was feeding hard and 5 people came on me, because nobody else came. What if someone else came at that point? I'd win those games perfectly fine. Especially if that one is either another split pusher, a tank or a support. ADCs would rather need me to peel for them, which I hate if I am not premade with them.

It also means that he have less time to survive for his next empowered Q (since he'll be down 1200 hp). His will also generally wait to be low before using Q to benefit fully from the heal (and revitalize heals more if you are low) which means that you just need to cc him once low so he can't heal and just die instead of doing that at the start of the fight. His W cost 20% of his current hp and 8s is an eternity late game. You're asking to kill all healing in the game... Are you even aware of what you are saying? 80% is basically making all healing champs useless.
Maybe just make different circumstances where the grievous wounds are applied? Or okay. 60%. But not less.

This post was more of a rant for how %%%%%%ed people can be to die early on from a late game champion.
: Hey there! I'd like you to look at what happened from a different perspective. Let's check the general rule: * **Early game:** You said you died to him 3 times at the start. So even if you kill him 5 times after that, you can't really say he fell behind in lane. * **Mid game:** You also admitted that your teammates fed him a lot. Just like any fed champ, he'll destroy everybody. That's how the game works, nothing to do with Vlad. * **Late game:** Then the game went to 45 min where you all were level 18 and full build. So "falling behind" or "being fed" don't have any meaning at that point since you all finished your items and levels. ____ Now let's talk about Vlad specifically. He's supposed to be a late game champ with a lot of scaling while being very weak early game, so it's normal that he's be very strong late game. ____ Another VERY important factor is your itemization. Nobody in your team bought grievous wounds (except Pyke as his very last item). You could easily buy them early on and destroy Vlad. Here are the 3 items that give them as far as I can remember: * {{item:3033}} for AD champs * {{item:3165}} for AP champs * {{item:3075}} for tanks If you bought Morellonomicon, the game would have been much easier for you. In case you didn't know, grievous wounds reduce enemy healing by 40% (almost half!!!). Vlad is a drain tank; it means that he isn't tanky at all and takes tons of damage. But he compensate for that by healing a lot. I'm pretty sure that he wouldn't be happy about losing 40% of his healing and would just die quickly. You wanted to hit his healing, and you got the perfect solution right there! All in all, it's not that Vlad is broken, but mainly because he was fed early on, your team couldn't close the game and then nobody bought grievous wounds.
Man, he healed for 3000 HP all the time, without empowerment, it was 400 HP. Even 40% is weak for such a champion. He'd still heal for 1800 HP if you can do maths. We need a buff on Grievous Wounds that makes healing reduction based on level, starting at 40% in level 1 up to 80% in level 18. That way it will be more possible to kill a Vladimir with 2 Zhoniyas (W being one of them every 8 seconds).

Her proccing on-hit effects is pretty iconic and shouldn't be removed; but it definitely shouldn't have a 1.0 scaling or crit. The big problem is crit would mean she would be balanced around that and it means she would HAVE to build crit to deal damage; and that's just a lot less interesting than having on-hit effects and having a lot of flexibility.
Iconic? Ezreal #2. Just remove it, it's whatever. Or ok. What about sacrifice healing for max AD ratio, that adds her more weaknesses.

Personally I'd be more interested in seeing lowish AD ratios on her R or E (.4-6ish); spread her damage out a little and make it more skill expressive (skillshots) instead of augmenting her unavoidable point-and-click burst. She is supposed to be a skill expressive champ and there's nothing wrong with leaning into that. I think she actually has some pretty dodgy design choices; pre-rework she was an autoattacking bruiser with strong teamfighting and post rework she's much more of an assassin/skirmisher who has stronger teamfighting, stronger splitpushing, and better utility. Riot need to decide if she's going to be an assassin or a bruiser and push her in that direction because her current build is kind of in the middle and makes her too versatile in high-elo and pro play; meaning she can never be buffed for lower elo. That might be intentional, of course; but I don't know if I agree with the philosophy.

Also, you want to add a .4 AD ratio to an ability with a resettable cooldown AND MAKE IT ABLE TO CRIT - that adds a potential .8 AD ratio to her damage profile; which is ABSOLUTELY INSANE. In a 1v1 fight she can cast up to THREE Q's on a single target within 2 seconds; allowing for resets with E and R - that's between 1.2 and 2.4 AD additional damage; or 157.2 damage BEFORE ITEMS with ZERO CRIT. Think about a late game build with high AD numbers and crit items like {{item:3031}} {{item:3508}} you're looking at adding several hundred damage to an already high damage combo - you haven't considered the LEVEL of buffs you're giving her and that's why I called you mad. It isn't my opinion; it's a simple mathematical fact. She DOES need buffs; absolutely; but this ain't it, chief.
Ok, the no crit part is ok. But she does need the ratio increased.

Irelia was nerfed a couple of times, she deserves a buff with all those Darius players around. Her early game is already fragile, so stop complaining and learn how to play against her. Don't like her? Ban her. She deserves a buff, I am staying on my word.

I have an argument for that: 1) Her E is one of the hardest spells to hit (despite of it's "infinite range"). It's a very thin skill shot that has a relatively long cooldown. But I guess, the cooldown of it could be made higher in favour of you whining, so that her Q buff won't feel oppressive. It also deals no damage, since you don't really build AP on her. 2) Her W deals next to no damage, yes, it's used for defensive purposes, I know. But still, I cannot count that as a damaging spell. It's damage could be nerfed in favour of this buff as well. 3) Her R was nerfed to the void, and I mean it. Before, you could disarm enemies with it and it was OP. Now it just slows them and deals a low amount of damage (yes, magic damage but eh... scales with AP), so again, almost no damage. 125/250/375 isn't a lot. So in order to be good with her - you have to main her. Her Q is her only real damage spell... it deserves some love.

: Here is how to counter kled... If he is fed DONT FIGHT HIM WITHOUT BACKUP and save your crowd control for when skarl ditches him. This way he cant get enough skarl courage to remount fast enough. Also you can anticipate and DOGDE bear trap on a rope and always back off when kled enters his stabby stabby 4 combo rage attack (w) which you can easily tell from his unenhanced auto attacks due to the attack animation. Limitations? He cannot be CC-ed during R, he cannot be dumped early game by anyone (unless it's a post-6 Olaf with R that rushed Black Cleaver) and then he got the buff which reduces healing, so champions like Darius who used to counter him are %%%%ed hard now.

: You could always play Kled. After the "mini esports" update on his Q, he pretty much denies his opponents to heal with lifesteal runes/items. Not to mention that Kled's Q can also deny Rivens all in potential wit her QQQQQQ E QQQ combo xD. Riven has also been strong for a few patches now since 9.14 and only received a small nerf on her Q cooldown. As a player who does not play toplane at all, I would honestly just ban her.

Uhm, what? I don't see any Tahm nerfs. Besides, he is one of the strongest top laners right now and Riot should make him unable to swallow enemy champions. After that, he will be relatively balanced.
