While it's highly unadvised generally due to the security risk, you could try uninstalling your antivirus temporarily and try a custom game to confirm if the AV's the problem. If not it may be unrelated to the ongoing issue, but if the uninstalled AV resolves the issue, we'd advise using another product until the AV companies update their definitions to resolve this issue :-(

It's AVG I have yeah, I'll keep toying with it and see what I can do. Hype to play new Morde!

: Hey guys, Do you happen to be using Avast or AVG antivirus? We're aware of issues from a few days ago causing LoL to crash with these antivirus products - unfortunately while we've engaged them, they haven't gave much indication of a fix being planned for this :-( In the meantime the only advice we can recommend is to add League of Legends as an exception to your antivirus, or consider using another antivirus product until this issue is resolved.

When I've had that issue I log out, run League as administrator (Right click > Run as admin) and don't see the problem again for the night. Worth a shot? :3
