: Obtaining a Tracert: * Press the [**Windows Key**] (that is the key on the left side of the space bar, between ctrl and alt)** + R** * Type **cmd** in the search bar and click "Ok". You should now see a black window with white letters. * Highlight and copy the command: > (tracert 185.40.65.1) > "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\Tracert.txt" * Paste this into the cmd window (black box with white letters) **by right clicking and selecting "Paste"**. Do not use the Ctrl+V shortcut as it will not work! * Depending on your connection, the trace **may take 5-15 minutes to complete**. A text file with the Tracert log will be **created on your Desktop** when it finishes. * Please check that the command ran properly - if Tracert.txt contains a single line, it did not run properly. * Go to [this](http://textuploader.com/) website to upload the tracert, set the expiration date to 2 weeks, and share the link in your post.

: Hi everyone, We have seen some issues from a few ISP's - the biggest one being Jazz Telecom followed by Vodafone. We're continuing to look into this. Can you please advise what ISP you are using? Thanks! Edit: If you're still unable to log in please provide traces following the instructions [HERE](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752674-Network-System-and-League-of-Legends-Logs#wq2) and we'll see where the problem lies.

It is NOT a glorified solution, using a vpn forces the route to the servers to use another less optimal path, so your latency will increase, which why this is a temporary solution in order to troubleshoot the issue. *** Update: 00:19 AM. You can do it like this: + Download & Install [HotSpotShield](http://www.hotspotshield.com/) or [CyberGhost](http://www.cyberghostvpn.com/en). + Run it and let it update. + Try to launch the LoL-Patcher as an admin. _Don't forgot to uninstall the VPN before ever heading into a game again as it can cause a huge amount of lagg_
it worked, with hotspotshield it enter the game, so the isp is blocking our acesse to the game....

: The game is testing the password correctly. I tried a wrong pass and it detected it as wrong in like 1 second. It's just doesn't go beyond that. Authentication sucesseful. Checking login queue status.... Loging on... (takes forever) Connection Error Connection failure: Unable to connect to the PVP.net server

after enter all information it start "loggin on" and we w8 for a few moments then the follow messsage apears "Connection Failure : Unable to Connect to PVP.net server" ...

Same, i was able to log in{{sticker:slayer-jinx-catface}} , but chat disconect and i could not conect again{{sticker:zombie-brand-clap}} , then i try to leave and enter again{{sticker:slayer-jinx-unamused}} with no luck,{{sticker:zombie-nunu-bummed}}
