: Can't watch replays without crashing 'A critical error has occured'
Any moderators or Riot officials able to advise when this will be fixed? Literally been weeks and I can't watch my replays properly, pretty frustrating when you watch every single game back trying to improve your rank :/

: For general purpose. There are no real "bad luck" plays. When you decide to make any play, it is you who decided to make, and it is you who needs to execute it. Failing to execute is clearly your fault. For example missing your spells, over-estimating your damage potential etc. And what about decision? When you make play, you decide whenever you want to make it based upon available information. In case that you happen to miss something available to you, it's your fault again. Example of this would be trying to ambush enemy while sitting on their control ward. Another part of decision are "risky" plays, these are based on "incomplete" information. You may call them "bad luck" if they fail, but at the end you never had to make them in the first place, so taking risk goes on you. Important thing here is to be able to analyse risk/reward ratio. Dying for baron steal has much better reward than dying for caster minion, thus trying to steal has good risk/reward while caster minion has miserable one in this case. Things that you don't see might be many, it might be enemy wards, enemy summoners, or unseen enemy champions. But majority of these "incomplete" information situations come from lack of vision control. Wards can be swept, and your own wards can be placed. You cannot get "unlucky" by getting surprised by random enemy, if you see him coming (thus no surprise). Realistically only "unlucky" situation is if you get dc in middle of the fight. Even things like "lucky" level up can be expected at certain times. Also another thing regarding risk plays, if you decide to make them, try to figure out plan B, what you gonna do if it fails.
: When analysing games, how do I assess whether some deaths are just 'unfortunate'?
Thanks for the responses guys. I understand now. For clip 1, mid was missing and their jungler was missing, I walked through a ward and I didn't have vision on the brush near mid or above dragon, so I walked into a danger area, that's my fault. I could have exited with team or recalled to base even. For clip 2 it was pretty unlucky that Xin was there to counter gank. For clip 3 I made an overly aggressive move when their team was missing and I lost control of the jungle and I paid for it. Thanks :)

: Situation 1 was definitely your fault. The enemy entrance to the river was unwarded and you had to assume that the enemy would come to try and contest dragon (you even walked through a pink ward), but then you left your team to walk into the danger zone. If you wanted to go back to mid lane, you should have waited two more seconds until your escape was up and against two enemies with gap closers you should have immediately ulted back to your team in the dragon pit. Situations 2 and 3 are less clear, but again you were walking through completely dark terrain. If you do this, you NEED to have escapes up. Your ult in the third video was on cooldown, so that was a big nono. It was up in the second video, so there was no reason for you to die there. You should have used it immediately.

In situation three I just respawned, saw Zed as I ran out of my base, and thought %%%% it he's low lets kill him lol xD

: Those links don't 'work'. It looks like you might have put the link to your uploaded video but to where it is in your own personal space, not a publicly viewable part of youtube. So the links would work for you but nobody else. Edit: The link takes me to "my videos".
Ah yes you may have been right, I took the link from the top of the video, and not from the video in the creator studio. I've changed the links to the video URL from the creator studio. Are the links working now? :)

: We can't see those videos.
Damn, I'm not quite sure why. They're set to 'public'. o.O What error message is it giving you?
