: I don't think she needs any buffs. She is already pretty much unkillable in laning phase because of her egg of course if played right, easy to farm, has cc. Ofc I don't know how much impact it would make having her vision with the wall, but I think it is unnecessary. I don't think it would make that much of a difference anyway.
If, as Anivia, you decide you camp under the turret the entire laning phase, you can be unkillable. If you decide to do anything else, and the enemy knows what to pick and how to play against Anivia, then you might have some struggles. The wall's vision (That was present in earlier seasons) provided a way to avoid face checking every brush in the game. It was such a small feature, but when used correctly and timed well, it was an immensely powerful tool. Compare it to placing Orianna's ball in a brush to provide vision, but longer cooldown, and less duration.
