: Hi Emam, There's a few steps here you can try - if these don't work you'll need to [Submit a Request](http://support.leagueoflegends.com) for Riot to take a look. A few things you can try though: 1) Powercycle your router Try unplugging your router for 30 seconds and plugging it back in again then trying the purchase once more 2) Reset IE back to defaults - Open up Internet Explorer (No other browser) - go to Tools (cog icon, top right) --> Internet Options --> Advanced - Restore Advanced Settings - Reset - Apply/OK - Close IE, relaunch LoL, retry your purchase 3) Try a VPN. I would recommend [HotSpotshield](http://hotspotshield.com) - basically download, and while it's running try to make your purchase. Uninstall HSS when complete as it can cause latency issues If none of these help, unfortunately you'll need to wait for a response from Riot on your ticket.
