try setting back your laptop by using the windows Recovery option. I did it once when i randomly had some issues with my computer so i installed a backup of windows 10 which was 3 days old through the recovery option and everything worked again

Riot can you give any statement why some people can only duo queue with bronze - gold people even though they were plat or higher? I thikn its because of a 2 week ban and no rewards for the season? If so atleast tell something about it cause its annyoing..

Well we both have 0 wins and had same elo.

We were both diamond and we are unranked now and we wanted to do our placements. On 2 silver smurfs we can duo without problems but not on diamond accounts
