Riven is easy to understand, but pulling off her combos is ridiculously hard to do. It's nearly impossible even in Practice Tool for a beginner (like me), let alone in an actual fight. I would describe her as the "Master Yi of abilities", i.e. she gets shut down by hard CC just as badly as a Yi, but if you master her she is a force to be reckoned with.

That is correct, even Ashe's previous post-rework Frost Shot used to be counted as a critical strike, but technically neither of these does critically strike, they're just bonus damage.

Well, anyone needs items to be relevant. I don't think it's worth mentioning it. My whole point is Draven has a much easier time delivering insane DPS compared to those he/she mentioned.

I'd say anyone who's almost always flaming/inting/trolling/AFKing etc. and doesn't make any conscious effort to reduce their misbehaving totally deserves to be in the prisoner's island.

I like the idea, although the extra wings look a little out of place. As for obtaining it - maybe (since now we have that statistic) it should be given to those, who manage to do second+ damage to objectives (on your team) in combination with (but not necessarily both at the same time) shielding more than a certain % of the total damage that would be dealt to an ally without your shields/heals in four games (you'd need 4 tokens, right?). Of course there would a minimum threshold of damage that must be dealt, but still. Although tank champions would probably have a hard time achieving that...

It's called playing save, lol. If they sit at 100 hp, sure, they deserve to die, but if they're at like 75% Health I don't think so.

So he takes 1764 damagem multiplied by 4, we have 7056 Health. I'd like to know what he build to get 142 armor and ~7000 life at 20 minutes, I would like to go that build too. More likely you exaggerated or made things up to support your claim. So to answer your initial question: Yeah I think it's ok that a champ with 142 armor and over 7000 HP can tank 10 shots from an Outer turret

Well, nothing good is done easily, I guess. Technically it's just an algorithm that checks whether a certain "IF" returns "TRUE" as an answer. It shouldn't be difficult, but definitely time hungry.

If you press W to late or early, you are dead in those situations. Fiora's W could be the best AND the worst spell in the game since its so much timing based. I am not saying she is not strong or anything, because she is better than other picks in the current meta. Champions like malphite, jax and pantheon still wreck her in the laning phase if they play it correctly, although some more meta stuff is currently in favor of Fiora. She does deserve small nerves, but I dont think its Fiora, I think it is trinity force on Fiora. I build it every game and deal so much more damage then with cleaver.
Can't compare Fiora's passive with Vayne's Silver Bolts - for one, the latter require 3 shots on the same target to trigger the damage. As for Riposte - outplay is outplay, but it has its limits too. I'm not changing my mind on that one. Even if it blocks everything, at least fix it so it blocks only from the front. I tested a full build Fiora in Practice Mode some time ago. The level 18 Lux bot instadied from 1 Q. And I still had 2.6k Health. Glass Cannon? I think not. Even if Lux had built Zhonya's Hourglass she'd still die or at least remain one basic attack from death.

I suggested an ADC concept a while ago (back on my EUNE account), whose E ability was exactly Xayah's Bladecaller (E), except it didn't have a 1 second root. That, and also Jhin's Curtain Call (R) was in another one of my concepts, except the bullets didn't slow and didn't pass through anything (unless someone else suggested both before me, that is). Maybe Riot reads that section of the Boards after all :D

: oh man, i like the champion presumable character :) abilities are another story though. for starter, something with so much utility can't be resourceless. charms/tauts/fears immunity is a cool idea,but would certainly need a cooldown. for three basic abilities to be hard CC is another impossible thing. full combo (since Q and W are autoattack enchancements it leaves the full combo pretty without a counterplay) would lock down a person for 5 seconds at max level. well, actually that would be infinite CC, considering those cooldowns. not that anyone except toughest tanks would survive more than 1-2 cycles. by the way, no more knockups for a while please, yasuo players already have it easy enough. reducing, refreshing whole team cooldowns - no, nope, nope, nope. TL;DR - OH, HEEEELL NO! :D :D Most of your points are valid, though the total complete lockdown would be 3.5 seconds at level 18 - the Ground effect only prevents the usage of movement abilities. In comparison Morgana's Dark Binding + Soul Shackles combo has a lockdown time of up to 4.5 seconds, Rakan + Xayah's abilities can also lockdown someone for 3+ seconds, it's nothing new, but Slam's cooldown will have to be increased. As for Armor and MR reduction - at 50 the champion has 33.(3)% damage reduction. 50 - 30% = 35 = 25% damage reduction 50 - 54% (Black Cleaver added) = 23 = 18% damage reduction And on top of that you need only 2 out of 3 Lethality items to bring that 23 to a negative 7. The number of attacks would have to be reduced though.

I feel you, I had a laptop with 69MB of graphics memory (just to give you a clue how weak it was) and it wasn't possible to play LoL at all, even though it didn't threaten to blow up and take me with it :D The new client is pretty damn heavy and even Low-Spec mode doesn't really help :(

Silence. Maybe. Won't it be better and easier to simply reduce the scaling on mage abilities a bit? Look at LB's Mimicked Distortion for example. According to LoL Wikia, it deals 450 + 90% AP Magic Damage at max rank. Add to that Sigil of Malice's mark - 155 + 40% AP - and she can practically one-shot any squishy champion just like that. To top it all, you don't even have enough Life Steal from items to be able to endure at least some of it. Ask Jinx: {{sticker:slayer-jinx-unamused}}

I'm ADC main and what often happens is that I go for Dragon or even Baron on my own without waiting for help from anyone. But without vision I usually get killed and the enemy gets it and then they flame me for going solo. They're right, partially. But we're even at best, so you need an advantage to win. Even if I ping like crazy they won't come. Once my team jumped into a 4v5 while I was taking the enemy Red Buff. Luckily I ended up right behind the enemy backline - Lux and their ADC, whom I don't remember, and they didn't even know it. Coming out of the bush surprised them and I managed to kill them while they were busy wrecking the rest of my team. Then I took out Syndra and their other Tank. A piece-of-cake Quadra Kill. I had the element of surprise AND a tactical advantage. Just one ACE led to me winning the game. JUST ONE. Even if the team groups on mid, flank the enemy from behing and you win by forcing them to fight on two fronts, dividing their DPS and CC (if any). But who really thinks about such things in Bronze? Veeeeeery few, mostly smurfs.

5 Yasuos tried going top and all lose lane. Many Yasuos tried ADCing and fail too. I always say don't do it, but no, it's always the same "I'm a God" story. I'm a die hard Ashe main. But I have a backup champion and that's Sivir. I'm even trying Miss Fortune because of her Double Up's insane damage potential. Simply viable to carry games with her too. Even if I have no backup champion I'd simply apologize and try my best to help without feeding. Teamwork wins the game, not individual skill.

In the past I was pretty bad. My ranked win rate with Ashe was like 35% - way under the average, 'specially for a main. Back then I thought it was always my team's fault, but it wasn't, at least not all the time. Now, for maybe 2 weeks, I don't know, my win rate jumped to 47% which IS the average for ranked and keeps going up. I simply got better at ADCing as a whole. But don't get me wrong - sometimes it's really not your fault. Imagine having Jax top vs Darius, who ends up 0/9/2 and loses his lane. And he even says "STFU NOOB TEAM NOOB JUNGLER 0 GANK" or that kind of thing after politely asking him to play defensively. Sometimes me and my support carry games. Once I played in a premade group with a Gold IV smurf, I think Morgana main, but not sure. 3 of 2 games won. Yes, I carried and I was like 25/5/X, but if it wasn't for her I would've done nothing. In another game I had a Blitzcrank, who would always hook the enemy Leona into me. Obviously we both fed because of that. My fault? Nope. The "It's you..." sentence intends to prevent you from accusing others when it's your fault, but people tend to misuse it even when it's too obvious that it wasn't your fault.

Recently I played in a 5 man premade. We were against a 5 man premade, all Bulgarians. Worst experience I've had in ranked. They all flamed, even though they were snowballing their win. Only exception was their Mid, a Diamond Yasuo smurf.

Without tentacles Illaoi is useless. Q might be wide, but it's a skillshot, W doesn't work without at least one tentacle, E can be blocked by minions, plus you can just walk away and avoid being hit until the debuff expires, R is also pretty useless without tentacles and in 1v1 it will spawn only 1 tentacle. Dueling Illaoi is a piece of cake if you stay outside her tentacles and predict her moves to some extend. In teamfights, though, avoid engaging if she has her ult, otherwise she's still quite useless. Edit: Too many mistakes in a few seconds. First, Lux, Tristana and Wukong all go head-first in the bush, instead of Shen only, who's their Tank, letting Illaoi spawn 3 additional tentacles, along with the one from her passive. Second, Illaoi manages to hit their ADC with E, which allows her to practically one-shot Tristana, who has nearly 0 Mana anyway. Thirdly, nobody ignites her to reduce her healing. Fourth, Wukong's ult, Panteon's stun and Shen's taunt are all used at the same time, meaning the crowd control from them is greatly reduced, compared to applying them one after another. One could argue, that in such a situation you can hardly think straight about those things, but you are accusing the champion of being too OP, while it's the players, who do wrong. If only they had attacked her in a wide area, they could've killed her.
