: When accessing the page, I get a "404 The page you were looking for doesn't exist" so I'm guessing that no, it's no longer valid. On the other hand, if you're looking for information to clubs, this article is still valid: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/207994746-Guide-to-Clubs
So basically if the owner of a club is permanently banned riot will transfer ownership to an officer as it says in the body of the article? This is what I wanna know for sure. edt: ty for replying and for correcting the link.

: What if the ez just did not want 2 risk getting a shaco on the enemy team? It is ok 2 ban someones champ IMO, and it shoud not be reportable. inting however it the worst crime you can do in all of lol.
ez admitted to banning shaco to troll shaclone.
: Why do you think, that teammate banning your champion is worse than intentionally feeding? When you go into the que you already need to account for the risk of not getting the champion you like. Maybe opponents ban it or pick it before you. And even though teammate doing the banning is petty, the end result is the same as a normal and expected situation, that can and will happen. Intentional feeding however is always abnormal and downright malicious. And has much larger impact on the game result than being forced to play your backup champion. Also, please remember that "but he started it" excuse does not work past kindergarden, nor does Riot consider it an excuse. Your reasons are not as important as your actions. And intentional feeding is considered a bannable offense.
Because in this case its personal on the part of ezreal. He only banned shaco to troll shaclone. Thats personal and malicious.
: the only correct reaction to the shaco ban would be a report and move on. In that case, the ez would get a ban if he do it regulary and not him. Instead, he tries to fight fire with fire.
No ban option for "banning your hovered or known champion".
: So him throwing a tantrum because he did not get his candy is acceptable to you? Yes, it was a douche move to ban shaco, but that does not justify that respons.
Actually what the ezreal did is personal and malicious. It is the same thing as all the high elo trolls who would disco grossie. It is personal and malicious bullying just for the lols. The response on shaclones part is not as bad as the intentional bullying on the part of the ezreal.
: No. People who ban your declared champions are assholes, but saying that they are as bad as intentional feeders is simply wrong. It's like saying that guy who shot someone for cutting into the line was justified - the magnitude of the actions is simply not comparable.
Context is everything. Intentional feeding as disco nunu because grossie gore is on your team is as bad as banning his TF. It trolls everyone on your team in both cases. Shaclones "inting" in this case is no worse than the guy who banning the champion.
PH45 (EUNE)
: Tbh, Shaclone had inted million times before this insident with Ezreal happened. He would play Shaco and if he had a teammate he didnt like he would int so Id say it was completely justified ban. Banning someone elses champion is really bad thing to do but it is still miles away from inting etc.
As far as I know he doesn't do that anymore. Only int feed in response to team mate banning your shaco. And when team mates ban your champion that is worse than you deciding to int feed them in response IMO.

: What do you think Problem in this match ?
This divisional spread amongst teams in silver - plat has been common since the introduction of dynamic queue. After checking my own match history as well as friends, I would often see silvers on one team with plats in the other. Last year You had to play at really off times to play vs genuine plats as a high gold (as opposed to plats on 10+ game loss streaks after being promoted to p5) and normally you would see no more than g3/g1 spread of matchmaking. I have multiple accounts and I played at multiple MMR's last season and I never seen even a gold 1 in a game with a gold 5 ever in 100s of games. To get the divisional spread you show there you had to play ranked 5s.

: While things get a bit weird time to time, it's nowhere close to be the same. But if that makes you feel better about your own performance, ye go ahead repeating that.
I did not elaborate. Therefore, you don't really have grounds to accuse me of needing to feel better about my own performance. I haven't played - not even to grab a first win on smurfs.

: Ranked is better environment for improving as a player. People in normals or blinds are generally around high bronze low silver level. Sure if you don't care about becoming a better player, that is irrelevant.
Not any more. Boosted queue is no different to normals now.

we already know that solo queue ranking if played first for whatever reason will effect one's dynamic queue placing whereas the opposite is not true.

Solo queue definitely effects your initial dynamic queue placements should you do solo queue first so its not entirely separate. Where have you seen solo que?
: Separate MMR.
Not quite sure on this. Solo queue definitely effects your initial dynamic queue placements should you do solo queue first so its not entirely separate.

Make sure you always play with better players than your current rating so that you get boosted like the little beautiful dynamic queue player that you are. We all know you actually mean something else than "beautiful dynamic queue player..." Take your passive agressive behavior somewhere else. I am against boosting, that's for sure. But let me ask you this: why has there never been a fully organized front from the playerbase, dedicated to hunting down booster and boosted players?
aww did my sarcasm hurt the iddle biddle dynamic queue player.
: Dynamic Queue/New Champion Select Survival Guide
YOU FORGOT THE IMPORTANT BIT. 1. Make sure you always play with better players than your current rating so that you get boosted like the little beautiful dynamic queue player that you are.
: mate i am not saying the ques do not work or for that matter that they work, what i am saying that people hold an aversion to change, look at any champion that gets reworked, immediately the complaints start look at the complaints in regards to the preseason patch and so on and so forth ... merely just stating that people are not complaining about one facet of the change, does not change a well documented fact and in this case the fact is "that people hold a natural aversion to change" we will rant and rave throwing hissyfits.
But you have no point. Sorry for not replying earlier I didn't see this post in my updates. You seem to think that having a natural aversion to change somehow is the cause of people disliking the dynamic queue. I provided a counterexample to show that your belief isn't true. Just to show you the train of logic. I provide the example of a change people are happy with - the new champion select (except for the stupid lock-in button) as an example of people being generally happy with a change. Therefore your idea that disliking dynamic queue is due to the human beings natural aversion to change is - whats the word - complete and utter shit.

: Ranked will shutdown at around midnight and when it comes back up a few hours later, dynamic queue will be up with it :)
Thanks for removing ranked 5s. Where lots of players already played with their friends. Why isn't there someone hired to stop the idiotic decisions which just piss off players.
: this is a fact well documented in psychology, we as human beings have a natural aversion to change
> [{quoted}](name=manickmonkey,realm=EUW,application-id=39gqIYVI,discussion-id=uLMoxi1Z,comment-id=000300000001,timestamp=2016-01-16T15:42:45.340+0000) > > this is a fact well documented in psychology, we as human beings have a natural aversion to change How come nobody is complaing about being able to select a role? OH WAI cos thats actually a good change. Now you can queue as whatever you want/ mid and get your role. nobody is complaining about that. What people are complaining about is that dynamic queue removes solo queue and solo queue rating is meaningless now - not to mention the fact that high elo just got fucked.
: Lots of lone wolf soloQ-ers who are afraid of change and can only see the negative in this new ranked system... Reminds me of those demanding a replay system and ingame voice chat, while Teamspeak has been around for YEARS and BaronReplay amongst others to record your games for later review. *shaking my head* But then there's the still-toxic part of the LoL community. That's the one thing these new queues won't magically fix.

That's the one thing these new queues won't magically fix. OR Lots of players who play both ranked 5s and solo queue and would like solo queue to actually be solo queue and ranked 5s queue to actually be ranked 5s queue. Except now ranked 5s going to suffer because 5 man teams in solo queue and solo queue is removed - so players who like both solo queue and ranked 5s have their experience diminished.
: If the original poster would actually explain the issue with dynamic queue and elaborate his own opinion then maybe this would be a worthy thread with a basis for discussions.
