ØLDMAN (EUW)
: Barring Ranked for unskilled players, the soft way.
> [{quoted}](name=ØLDMAN,realm=EUW,application-id=NzaqEm3e,discussion-id=MnKW5tj5,comment-id=,timestamp=2017-09-08T01:29:58.473+0000) > _**until you win a normal game on any champ with grade A or better**_. My conjecture is: if you read a sentence 3 or more times, you might start to understand how stupid it sounds. First, let's start with 'normal game'. As you know, normal games are different to ranked games. Less communication, team mates are random and matched less to your skill level (e.g, you could match with Bronze 4 players as a Plat 4 player). Plus, a bunch of other issues that normal games provide. > [{quoted}](name=ØLDMAN,realm=EUW,application-id=NzaqEm3e,discussion-id=MnKW5tj5,comment-id=,timestamp=2017-09-08T01:29:58.473+0000) > _**any champ with grade A or better**_. Well, you really should read this again to see how flawed this system is. What if I have a group of players that are dedicated to giving me all the kills and assists? What if I am a support, but stole every single kill from the adc? What if I went out with the sole purpose of taking all the cs from my team, kills, and refused to work as a normal team member because I am a support who needs to get an 'A' to play ranked. Does that sound fun to you, if your support begun doing that in normal games? Also, if that's not flawed enough, why not look at the implicit meaning too. **any champ**. Well, I could play Mid lane, my specialist lane, play Zed, get an A+, then in ranked, I could switch to support (through autofill for example), and feed the entire lane, and go 0/12 in 15 minutes because I never play support. I don't have time to go through every reason wrong with your idea, but they are a few.
: Reporting due to bad playing
You cannot be banned for false reports. Each report is looked into by Riot staff before making a decision - that is, the ban system is not automated. Letting them report you as an 'unskilled player', benefits you, and the community for several reasons. 1. Sending multiple 'false' reports that result in no action on the player's account will result in a report 'restriction', which means that account is no longer able to submit player reports to Riot. In other words, if they continue their behaviour of false reporting, their account will be restricted from reporting people in the future.
: Permabanned
I'll start with each game, and what you did wrong, then I will give my summary on why you got banned: Game 1: * Negative attitude. At the very beginning you said, "ff15, I'm done", very clear you gave up and had a negative outlook from that point forward. * It is against the rules to say to report someone in chat; it is a form of 'bullying'. * There is some harassment / trashtalking going on. You should have ignored people at this stage. Game 2: * Less issues than Game 1, but as mentioned above, you shouldn't state to report someone. Conclusion Overall, you wouldn't have been permanently banned for just doing the above. You will have had to been punished multiple times within a few months to be permanently banned. In other words, you are consistently toxic. And if its the case that you are consistently toxic, such that you have been punished multiple times (e.g. chat restriction, etc), then you will deserve the ban. If however it is your first ever punishment for being toxic (which I don't believe to be the case), then I would say your permanent ban would be unfair, provided it is your first time being punished.

: afk farm nasus
Firstly, you have to realise that each champion has their own unique aims and objectives when it comes to this game - some are split pushers, some are tanks to start the fight, some are peelers to protect their ADC's, and some are designed to damage people. Nasus is known as a farming champion. That means his main aim is to farm the entire game and have his enemies come to him. Just because he didn't directly contribute in the way you envisioned, does not mean he was feeding, or making it harder for you. In fact, by him farming top and pushing top, would force the enemies pushing mid/bot lane to come to top to deal with Nasus. That means you had the opportunity to separate each person on their team, and utilise this advantage by I) Helping Nasus kill the isolated enemy players, or ii) split push mid and bot lanes while Nasus was being pursued. Another example is Jax: his main goal is to split push. People believe that by Jax split pushing all day, is him trolling, and not contributing. That is actually not the case. By jax split pushing, not only does he gain more gold for late game power, but he forces the enemy team to stop what they are doing and deal with Jax. As Jax favours enemy isolation, he wants the enemy to drop what they are doing and run to him. That gives you the opportunity to split push, or isolate their enemy team - which applies to Nasus. Your problem is that you refuse to see the individual character, instead of the entire game. Playing as a team does not mean grouping up as 5 players for the entire game- it can also mean split pushing and isolating the enemy. But, other strategies are something you need to learn and accept. It seems to me that you were the problem, not the Nasus. If a player is being uncommunicative, then base your strategies around the player; if you know the enemy is going to him, then hide in a bush, set up a trap to isolate their team to defeat them. Finally, let me digress something here: it is very common for low ELO players to group up mid; one team might have 4 players grouped, where the enemy has 5 players grouped. If you are out of position, and the enemy team dives your group, and you all die and blame the single person who was split pushing top - YOU and the three other team mates mid, are the problem - not the person split pushing top.

: Soraka is [Censored] in Mastery Pages
I'm not sure I understand what some of you mean. I was able to write 'Soraka' as a name of a champion mastery 2 days ago. In the last 12 hours, I am not able to. So something must have changed fairly recently.

: That would make the game a 4v5. Beside you can't balance it properly.
You can balance it if you make his spells especially powerful. Just controlling every creature on the map is enough to change the game entirely. In fact, if anything, this champion (in the long term) would be better than 5v5; if you can control ALL creatures for 45 seconds, it means that the enemy will have no minions for 45 seconds, and that means they cannot attack turrets. It will, although it seems like a 4v5, effectively change how we play with a Jungle Master. Once he has his 'final ultimate', then the game changes drastically. He will be weak in the early, but extremely powerful in the late game.
