: First off: This kit is overloaded af. I got a few questions/statements to clarify the abilities + some tips to maybe make them better: 1. Passive: What dow you exacly mean with x100% lifesteal? If you mean per 100%lifesteal it would have a negative scaling until you have above 100% ls, which makes no sense. This just needs to be clarified. 2. Q cd looks kinda weird with such a high cd lvl 1. This depends on the numbers though. 3. I like the concept of the W. Sounds really cool ^^ 4. E passive is poorly written. "Gaining 1life" would be absolutly broken. Try it with "Healing" ;). Also shouldn't have a point in there at Lvl 1 5. "Kills are rewarded to your ally, but give you the kill / bounty gold instead. ( The ally gains the assist gold. )" This is unnecessary. People will be pissed, that you "took their gold". Either you get full credit or they do (goldwise and killwise). Also, how does your q work, if you become one with your ally? You shouldn't be able to jump after all. I hope this will help you ^^
1. Rookie mistake. I mean the value of it is between 10 to 50 based on level. It gets multiplied by the percentage of lifesteal you have and benefits from 3% of your total AD. Unless you're getting Bloodthirster, you're not chunk-healing. 2. The physical damage and scaling on Q would be high, being a chunk heal ability if an ally is near the enemy. This cooldown is in case someone goes Death's Dance -> Lethality or other CDR builds. 3. Thanks... I was trying everything to keep it from being exactly Quinn's E. 4. If you look at cull, it says +3 life on hit. It doesn't mean gain health. Pluto would be a badass top-laner if that was the case. But it's just a simple on-hit heal, which is more effective the more battleborne you are. 5. This is to avoid being Pyke, and yet also avoid being Yuumi. You're still a marksman, and you still need items. However, you won't harm your ADC's K/DA because of it. ( Have you seen a 2/3/7 Draven with a 7/1/0 Pyke? ) That whole gold for kill comfirm is a gimmick for people to not think you're ks'ing. ( In reality you are but they get to have their Penta not stolen. )

She can just go full damage while having mobility healings, cc, lifesteal and tons of other stuff to be immortal I'm gonna discuss different things in this comment. I'd like to discuss the main concept of a support marksman. First, why do you want a support marksman, and how do you even define that role? A marksman is basically a ranged champion that deals a lot of damage with his auto attacks. So to call your champion a support and give him good cc/healing, etc. His AD/attack speed should be trash which then stop her from being a marksman. It feels kinda bad to give her wasted power (around her autos) while it could be used elsewhere in her kit. And is she supposed to build attack speed/crit/AD (If that's the case, she'll need a lot of gold)? Or does her spells scale better with support items? Also, there are some champions that uses that niche : * Thresh : His autos are very decent and you'll die if you ignore them + The first one is a nuke due to his E * Bard : He is auto attack based and the first ones are very strong due to his meeps passive (His Q is his only damaging spell). * Lulu : And of course Lulu with her fairy. Her autos are quite good and she heavily relies on them (Her Q is her only real damaging spell) So technically speaking (especially Lulu), they are marksmen supports if we follow that definition. But none of them have overloaded kits or deal massive damage with their autos. ___ Now let's move to my favorite part, the lore : I think we already have too many champs liked to vengeance and similar things and Kalista embodies that really well as the "Spear of vengeance". So it would be too redundant. I also don't think that an aspect would exist over a simple thing like vengeance (War is far greater and wider than vengeance). > Rumors spread about Mount Targon, though being unclimbable; could bring back the deceased. I also got a question about that. Is it something that you read on the lore? Or did you just made it up for this story? Because those kind of rumors do actually exist in Shurima and Ionia for example (officially in the lore). And Azir was revived thanks to that. Same for Sivir (not sure if she got revived or just healed from a critical condition). Shurima is much closer to Piltover and easier to reach than Mount Targon. So it doesn't seem very logical to go there. So you might want to reconsider her bio.
Thanks for your reply. This is... Pyke-ish. Forcing a playstyle onto a support. What I wanted to do was make a support who would scale best on lifesteal, without nuke shotting like AD Thresh. Anyways, Ashe is the shined upon "Marksman / Support." However this is because of her constant crowd control. An Enchanter marksman no-matter how you spin it will end up being close to Lulu. So a attack-speed focused champion who basically has Alistar's passive felt a little better for this cause. Also, the life on hit thing? {{item:1083}} Pluto would have short attack range, too. Her kit is both supporting herself or an ally depending on what you build, just like Ashe. If you're planning to support, BorK would probably be one of the first items you make. If you're not planning to support, getting an attack speed item would be the better way to go. For say if you were to go crit, you're missing a lot of AD for the bulky passive heals. But if you had attack speed, you have a steady stream of heals but it doesn't heal as much as you'd want it to. Revival on Mt.Targon was rumored in lore too! I didn't just make it up. I considered Shurima until thinking ahead with how that wouldn't really work out too well. Unless taking place after Azir's ascension, and even so then; I don't think anyone ( Or Azir if talking about post-lore. ) would be willing to let random trespassers ascend. Mt.Targon provided a perfect reasoning and will which carried the power of who Pluto is. She died trying to save her child and her family died for her to rise again. She would only feel justified to seek vengeance for them all. A narrative like this would be much more suitable for an aspect. I could see the title "Aspect of Redemption" fitting as well, but it doesn't really hit the lore like other sub-names do. However there are no ~~offically classed~~ Shuriman supports if I recall correctly.

1. With a rune like this, it could become a meta pick. The Meta and off-meta brackets are thinking ahead at what champions could use it the most. 2. I didn't know about those 1 damage abilities, it's probably implemented there for those champions to effectively use runes. ( For example, I can see the 1 damage Trundle using Elect / Conq. ) That in mind, maybe there will be a base damage to work off of; meaning the 1 damage abilities hit with a vengeance. But it means the power of it will go down significantly, which can double bonus as the cooldown can be brought down. 3. The CD is ridiculous because of the rune. Sadly it's not like the rune can tell a Janna auto attack from a Veigar ult. That's why it has the per champion cooldown instead.

Thankfully the game isn't pay-to-play yet like your next mobile game but holy SH*T its nowhere like it was. Remember that pajama party event from loooooong ago? That attracted my whole collage dorm to start playing the game. No joke. Now everyone has stopped playing ever since these pay-to-participate events.

Riot doesn't care about modding as long as it's not stealing or impacting gameplay. Wooxy used to be a really dependable modding medium. ( Yes, I used it myself too. I made Academy Zoe. ) You couldn't get banned from any of it since it prohibited gameplay mods. However ever since they changed their file format, Wooxy has gone defunked and the only skin modding tool is modskinlol; which can directly rip Riot skins onto classic skins for free. And for some reason, this wasn't even a thing ever since that file change.

Tahm was made to be a tank support, though his main role is tank officially. Shen is a pure tank, and since it was never officially stated that he's a support; it doesn't count. Don't get me wrong, I play my fair share of Kayle support weekly.

: Lethality is a means of punishing those who don't build armor for being unprotected or out of place. You say these champions do their jobs better than {{champion:238}}, but actually Zed can delete squishies with very little exposure to any danger when he has his ult. I was a fed {{champion:80}} in a recent game, and an underfed {{champion:238}} deleted me with his ult and there was zero opportunity for counterplay whatsoever. Was I mad? No, because I had not built armor and it was my fault for letting him kill me like that. Zed's purpose is to do exactly what he did there. Also if you removed lethality, then the meta would just change and you'd have something else oppressive. You have to realize that itemization/classes in League is essentially Rock/Paper/Scissors. Of course the Scissors will complain that Rock is op... Do you want the tank meta to come back? I found that much less fun than the current meta personally. And there will **ALWAYS** be a meta. Go build your lethality on {{champion:254}} or {{champion:120}} or {{champion:80}} and then go and take on a top laner like {{champion:114}} {{champion:2}} {{champion:83}} {{champion:122}} equipped with even just 1 solid armor item and tell me how it goes. You will get completely shit on, assuming the skill levels are around the same and you are not considerably more fed than they are.
I know tanks aren't supposed to be as untouchable as they were in Season 6 but... I don't know, if I'm a Ornn with Frozen Heart; and Zed who has Duskblade and Youmus' ults me; I still die?

I'll take the offensive: Skillshots, especially the short ones; will always have the "Luck" range. Luck range is the additional range given to the skillshot since it's normal range would be... not that great. A really REALLY good example is Thresh's Death Sentence. ( Q. ) I'm sure everyone has had a moment in time they thought that range was broken. And they're kinda right, because the range is basically a circular projectile. Same as Blitzcrank's Q, but much bigger. Many people sidestep Thresh's Q but still seem to get hit because of this. Zoe's Q has this factor as well, as it almost goes one third farther than the Q's indicator. There's also the negative luck factor. Blitzcrank's fist during his Q WILL go over the indication by a lot, but doesn't grab anything. Don't forget hit'*box*'es. Poppy's Q indication is curved, her Q imprint is a rounded square while the hitbox is a box. Ahri's Q goes out, then goes around 5-8 units ahead before redirecting back. Mini Gnar E is a box, and thus almost never misses a hop.

With the slows and bomb going off after a ton of DoT damage, I see what you mean. But I fear the fact I'll never be able to keep up with Tristana as soon as late game hits. And they'd only win the gank if Rumble's overheated, because I think the stacking slow should scare them enough.
