: Exactly that is why I said that teaching is a pain in the *** Basically get yourself a two or three mains and learn their mechanics really hard to keep up with your friends. Play Garen or Teemo to learn more macro based plays although you can also just trust a lot in your premades when you're voiced up. Write a list of all major items, sort them what you can use them for, learn their passives & actives and think about which are the best Play every champion in a free rotation against Bots to get to know their abilities, it's the easiest way to get a grasp about every champ. Practice Tool and Bots are really good for practicing mechanics and last hitting, try aiming for 10 farm a minute, if you can do that in a bot game you should also be able to lane decently against at least silver, again practice tool to lane and lane and lane Now would be the perfect time to condition yourself to using wards, just right click the control ward every time you are in base you might want to get a friend to 1v1 10 minutes matches of the meta matchups in your main lane (say play 10 rounds of trying to beat the shit out of Nasus if you're top) Use the attackmove command as early as possible, put it on spacebar or a mousekey, this way you can click next to an enemy and still attack them, using "target only champions" on a similar key can simplify things further change spells between quickcast and normal cast each game until you find a way you like, using normal cast might help to familiarize with the range and hitboxes, especially for important skillshots (Blitzcrank Hook, Tresh Deathsentence, LuxMorgana Binding etc.) The best thing to learn though is loosing, just play again and again and again Replays are also a good tool if don't know what exactly you did wrong Looking up builds for a champ is a good thing but try to come up with your own first, always ask why someone is playing that, adapt to the situation If there is any other specific thing you suck at you always have three possibilities: Try play a champion that is extremely good at that thing to make up for your weakness and slowly adapt to it Play a champion that is extremely bad at it and ignore it alltogether Play a champion that sucks at it and learn by failure The most important parts overall are: Try mastering at least one champion Learn about each other champion at least what they do Know all the items, their synergies and when to get them Find keybindings that are comfortable to use Don't flame, have fun! Also when does S8 finally start??????
That was a loooong read! But I appreciate the tips :)

: Try asking RL friends or simply ask people in game for your advice, add them if you like straight up teaching is pretty difficult, I wouldn't do it for someone I didn't know Youtube and experience are your best friends

Meanwhile playing vs real players feels pretty hard and I can't really do much aside from trying to stay alive. I did try playing with friends but the problem is they are all ranked Gold so they are waaay better then me and that leads to them always inviting me to games because they don't want me to start a game so they face off against weaker enemies they dominate easily, but the players I face when one of them starts a game are just too good for me so most of the time I either barely make it with help from the jungler or the enemy ends up being so fed early on that the game is pretty much lost early on. Either way i'm just a major liability for the team.
