: Hey Joule, I'm just a humble player. I like that this Idea has not been done yet, an overall legfighter, I tried to understand the mechanics, though I dont know Chun Li. I think the timing is really bad for this champ, as there has just been released a champ that uses his body to do the job, {{champion:875}} . The Ult sounds a lot like janna, but it does damage I guess. It sounds very counterintuitive for a melee champ to kick enemies away. Also xin does this.
Hello there, I will be answering you by topic from now on. " I think the timing is really bad for this champ, as there has just been released a champ that uses his body to do the job, {{champion:875}} . " According to Riot's balance team, in order to counterpick healing champions like {{champion:36}} or {{champion:8}} , or even {{champion:114}} , {{champion:240}} got buffed on his Q, making his enemies hit get 60% healing reduction for a few seconds. It might not be much but it helps deal with champions that either have increased healings or life steal. {{champion:875}} 's passive makes him gain a lot of regeneration, the lower hp he is. This is a massive thing against him because those 3 or 5 seconds of that effect being applied makes the champion's passive rather useless. I could see a way of adding another champion that could have this similar mechanic but be more of a bruiser-esk type of champion instead of a Diver. Perhaps having a healing reduction on the opponent in one ability as well, who will know? And to deal with tanks, there is two forms, there are either juggernauts that either have armor penetration({{champion:122}} for example), or true damage/max health damage, like some bruisers({{champion:114}} comes to mind) , perhaps adding a niche mechanic like this, like Armor penetration to an auto-attack reset ability on her, or adding some niche that would involve true damage to the mixture, I am just brainstorming here. "The Ult sounds a lot like janna, but it does damage I guess. It sounds very counterintuitive for a melee champ to kick enemies away. Also xin does this." I was refering to a knock back on the enemies, but it could be something else, like the opposite of Diana's ult. Like, its a knockup, but it pulls also the enemies away from her a bit. Its still different from xin zhao's ultimate due to that. Because one could potentionally be airborne (to actually maintain the synergy with Yasuo on Legends of Runeterra), while the other, Yasuo can't do so. A Reverse Pull Knockup.
