: look man, i don't know why u even got it personal, this was not meant for you, u are doing a great job even reporting the problem and helping others. but u have to understand the players, we are facing a problem and we don't know everything since we didn't all get degrees in Telecommunication, but the way that u replied to me at first was very rude, telling me to stop talking instead of giving the information out, and u did the same now by offending me when i did not offend u. and knowing this information doesn't mean u are the smartest guy out there when u are even one of the first ones asking Riot what is happening and lamenting so next time try being more polite and when u actually know what is up either say it or don't speak at all instead of offending people ! and yes regarding my problem in my country or maybe other ones, it seems that some of the ISP are routed to Croatian T-Com, before being routed again, so the best temporary solution for now is using a VPN, it has fixed the issue for me.

If on that path there is overload going on or issues with a certain node some packets may get lost and if the packets get lost you lose your connection resulting in a disconnect. Your ISP didn't %%%% up routing but a different ISP is having issues that need to be addressed. The point where your and my ISP "%%%% up" is there routing goes through the problematic node where some other ISP's from our region don't , resulting again in some people not experiencing issues and some are. If you have any other questions ask away. And next time before asking "What are you talking about" maybe you should look into what is currently being talked about and actually educate yourself on the issue instead of going on her guns blazing like you know how everything works and there is a riot conspiracy theory happening. Zvao sam ih nekoliko puta.Dok dobijem agenta,pa dok me preusmjere na linije,pa cekanje.Pa onda...jeste li pokusali resetirati router..? Znaci ako mogu...otkazem ih i predjem na B-net i sve je u redu? Odgovori ukratko ako nije problem. I da..hvala sta pokusavas rjesit na sve nacine ovaj problem za sve nas.

Da u teoriji to bi rjesilo problem ovisno o tome da li ISP koristi isti routing ko t-com ili drukciji, ali uglavnom ako nisi do sad imo problema s internetom ovo ti je veoma glupa stvar za mijenjat ISP, ako si duze vrijeme htio mijenjat isp onda ti nemogu savjetovat koji tocno imaju drukciji routing od t-coma.

Contacted T-com again today talking to a different "agent" that literally just blew me off and told me that they cant do much about most likely not even understanding the issue, i really don't know how to go forward about this i'm bored of tech support people being ignorant and not even redirecting me to someone that can help me with this...

When problems like this are localized to one geographical region, it **is** an ISP issue somewhere on the connection. It doesn't even have to be your local ISP, because they're still connecting through other ISP's on the route to Riot's servers. These things suck, but there's actually not much Riot can do other than wait for the ISP in question to correct the problem. Sure, they can put pressure on a company, but customers of said company can provide even more pressure.

We literally have to wait for the issue to get resolved by "itself" we won't have any news on when it happens or where it happens but there is a damaged part of the network from our isp to riot servers that needs to get repaired from what i understand.

What most likely is happening is a problem in routing meaning at some point packets traveling through and from croatia get lost at a routing point that most likely has issues or doesn't work at all, the fix would be to change the routing settings so that they avoid that route point which again could be done by our ISP most likely but its Croatia so you know nothing is gonna get done about it. EDIT: The problem started happening before patch 9.4 at least in my experience.

Eh trust me i believe that it's most likely an issue on our side but our ISP is very incompetent and i'm very frustrated cause i can't play the game right now and i'm fairly certain it's gonna be a long time until I can again with the way this problem is being dealt with on our side. Anyway we appreciate you chiming in on the issue.

: Unfortunately due to the issue involved, we will require platform downtime to resolve. As you can imagine, taking the game down for a relatively small issue (compared to the overall game experience) isn't something we want to do, so this issue will most likely be fixed either next week during our hardware maintenance window if we are performing downtime, or with the next patch.
How about we get a response from a rioter on a much more important problem like constant disconnects happening to people, there is a pretty big thread here on the forums but we didn't even get a "hey we're looking into this".
