: Am i still worthy of a permanent ban?
Many people massively missing the point - people who elo boost deserve a ban, I'm not disputing that - however my intentions was to not sell my account like riot though which warranted me a permanent ban, anyone who read the replies are usually the ones who are supporting this, if riot handed out permanent bans for elo boosting I would just accept it however due to many people just getting 2 week bans I felt it should of been more appropriate, just hoping a riot member can help me with this or tell me straight, many other emails were just blanked without any actual proper replies.

Sorry friend for sounding facetious, I recovered the account fully and the ban was warranted after the person sent in the report, It got banned for attempted account selling which warrants a permanent ban instead of elo boosting which doesn't - if they don't know the ownership I believe they lock the account however in my email I provided more than enough information to get it back
: upvoted. i hope you get it back

Okay, yea but it brings me back to my initial point, where I mentioned a close friend who got an elo boost only ended up getting a 2 week ban and maybe many more where boosted players don't get permed, which is why I made this, I did deserve the ban HOWEVER riot misunderstood by thinking I was intentionally trying to sell my account when it wasn't the case at all.

Agreed, however not really, there are several disadvantages with your points, okay, so you want to get to plat from gold, you're evidently going to buy an elo-boost because you just cant do it yourself, regardless of who you duo with you will automatically be playing higher MMR'd skilled opponents so if you struggled before you'll still struggle and the harder the elo the harder it will be for him to carry, so generally it is just going onto accounts, I sense you're just insinuating that I was attempting to sell my account which I wasn't hence why many agree with me, so I got permanently banned for something I didn't intentionally intend to do, regardless I still agree I warranted a ban, maybe a perm was too harsh tho.

So, all the people who get 2 weeks ban for eloboosting were saved of a perma ban because those who went on the account didn't want to keep it? Just ended up with a physco, not like I intentionally was trying to sell my account :/ Eloboosting is account sharing btw.

Look at my other posts, initially all I wanted was a gold boost, he ended up wanting the account for himself, once I recovered he got it banned, sent in a ticket, might have been really convincing
: Am i still worthy of a permanent ban?
Further proof of the ban for any who didn't believe me; this is when I recovered the account when the person refused to give it back http://i.imgur.com/ZJX6V97.png And about 2 weeks later once he said he would get it banned this email occured http://i.imgur.com/iyFtzMH.png In the times every email just got instantly rejected and only recently from a lot of people telling me to take it on the forms for more visibility has it raised my attention that I hopefully have a glimmer of hope of getting it back.

Which brings me back to the original point, as shown in the photo above my friend who sent me that did the exact same - like others and received a 2 week ban, mine was only a perm because it had been seen as account sharing from the person who reported it when in hindsight it really wasn't only now I have time off I desperately want to get it back, just a stupid mistake that happened a long time ago.

: My advice. Admit to the whole story. You were new and inexperienced, so you opted for the easy way out and had some guy boost you, then he screwed you over once by stealing your account (which you retrieved), and then he screwed you over again by saying you sold the account, when in fact 'all' you did was have it boosted. It does seem strange you would be perma banned for an offense that would usually result in a 2 week ban and stripped of ranked rewards and exclusion from the current season, but instead resulted in a permanent ban. You need to understand that going through this path means you'll have to take responsibility for your actions (which I believe you already have), but the decision is not up to me, and you may be held accountable and thus punished more severely, very unlikely but I have to leave this disclaimer as I am not affiliated with Riot Games in any way and cannot speak on their behalf. Chances are you'll get it back with a dark stain on it, but at least it will unbanned.
Alright I'll give it a go, thanks for taking your time to respond, hopefully I don't just get the dull response back like the last few times, a good year + ban has been enough but I guess I understand if it stays banned, cheers :).
: Just because he was on it for a week doesnt mean you were selling it, if he didnt have somekind proof of advertisment that you want to sell that account/chat transcript/transaction then the report was false.
Well I got banned, he said he would send a report so I assumed he could have made a believable story that linked in with previous messages on the account, but as he went on the account it's solid proof, thanks though really opened my eyes.
: i up voted, maybe riot will see this :) btw + no ur old acc nickname.
Thanks man, means a lot :).
: I am pretty desperate to get diamond border (I dont care about master and challanger tbh) but I would never want my friend to get me that because I would know that I didnt deserve it and wouldnt be accomplishment for me but... if he was lying, then why riot even banned that account ? I mean if didnt have any evidence (except that he was on that account) then the report should have been rejected as for not enough evidence.
I don't think you understood, firstly I didn't really understand the concept of the ranking system, I was still new to it and didn't really value how much ranks meant to some people, forward to now I would never ask or do this for anyone, however as I said I was still new and the border just seemed really cool so I wanted it, the person who did it (excuse me for not elaborating) wanted to keep the account due to the skins and their value on there, we weren't friends IRL or anything like that and I think we met on runescape and stayed connected on league, he thought blackmailing would work but I recovered and thought that would be that, he then sent an email saying I tried selling the account, obviously the evidence is overwhelming as he was on it for the past week.
