And I am talking about their origin, not their individual champions.

: Demons are indeed good against mana-dependant comps, but that's the way they're supposed to be. There are several good team comps in the game that do not depend on mana, like assassins and gunslingers+blademasters. Some team comps will inherently be stronger against certain types of comps, but that' how the game will always be. I haven't had enough experience with demons to say if they're too good at the moment, so I won't comment on that. If you're having trouble against them, I'd recommend either playing demons yourself, or going for team comps that do not depend on mana.

The issue is that Demons are excessively good against most comps out there simply due to the way their origin functions. Even supposed counters to Demons are a gamble at best. All you need to do is look at the current state of the game. When in a lobby of 8 players 6 of them play Demons, you'd expect there'd be a lot of contention over the Demon champs, but even then the Demon players will still win against the other comps more often than not. And going for a team that does not depend on mana? Every team comp out there either depends on mana or has champions with a mana pool which will just get burned.
