I really like the skin concept and artwork, but I'm unsure if the staff wouldn't look a bit too "bulky" ingame. Then again, it perfectly fits the skin and I don't really have an alternative to offer.

very well done, but I think the color would be needed to get changed a little, since everyone of the PROJECT skinline has a unique color and this looks too much like Fiora. But the concept is cool ;D{{sticker:slayer-pantheon-rainbows}}
: This kit hits all of the hallmarks of low interaction gameplay... P: This where problems start. It an AoE that has passive effects that you can't play around other than not being in the AoE. The player doesn't interact with it, the enemy doesn't interact with it. It's just there. Q: Kind of same issue as the passive, but with some initial damage tacked on. W: Functionally similar to how A Sol's W passive works, but significantly weaker...unless it's the slow. Rank 5, that's a 67.5% for just standing near her for 3 seconds, so being a short range is a death wish there. E: This rather overloaded. Large MS steroid, minion execute that free pushes without siphoning gold from the carry and a nice chunk of AoE damage. You need to take something off of that, and probably lower the strength of another effect it has. R: That sounds like a stronger Requiem, if it strikes every target each second. Add to that the fact it's AoE, each bolt can hit more than one person so that damage potential would increase quite a bit. Honestly, the only effective way I see of dealing with this champ would be kill her instantly. She has too much passive power with too few options to combat them.
I deleted the additional damage for E, limited the minion executions to 5 and changed the R a bit

Even though the Ultimate bares some resemblance to Mordekaiser and otherwise I see some parallels to Azir, this concept is the best I've seen here in a while. You have undoubtedly put a ton of thoughts into it and created an awesome champ. Also the lore is genius and the quotes are clever. judging from your description this would be far too strong since it would make Vayne E, Poppy E or even Gnar ult useless
: I feel like the dmg on w is as well as the passive on e. I feel like he needs more dmg in his kit honestly, seen as about 80% of his dmg is based on shattering mirrors, i feel he needs a more predictable source of dmg. Like the general theme though {{sticker:slayer-pantheon-thumbs}}

I see your point there. Though I kind of thought the E would be sufficient with the relatively high scaling. And in my mind i thought playing him with Nashor's Tooth {{item:3115}} to get the most from his passive. thanks for the feedback though {{sticker:slayer-jinx-catface}}
