: Well, yes, it's pretty hard to take care not taking kills from your adc. But you'll manage her once you see how much damage her skills make. Then you can just watch out, and when your ADC is dying, you can just burst/kill the enemy in order to save your team mate. And also, like Lux support, later in the game you can go full AP mage. :)
: Any champ can support to some degree, it's just a case of there isn't typically a justifiable reason to pick them over a different support, as anything they can do the meta support can typically do better. Take Lux for example. She has some supportive qualities, however there are just flat out better support picks that can pretty much do what she can and then some. A new support tends to emerge when they fulfil a niche that was previously unoccupied, or if they dethrone another support who filled that role. For example, Morgana support emerged due to being a counter to most any of the meta supports, Naut support emerged because he got changed and could satisfy the role of a tanky kill lane peel heavy support, and Trundle is currently emerging due to his unique ability to manipulate the battlefield. Also giving his team a free Void/LW on a target is also very useful.
I get what you are saying but i like to play diferent champs sometimes for fun. Right now my best supports are Leona, Karma and Tahm (i know he is recent but i love him so much) and i will pick them in any serious game, but for normals sometimes you just want to troll (in a good way, in a helping your team kind of way)
: {{champion:34}} {{champion:22}} {{champion:63}} {{champion:36}} {{champion:60}} {{champion:79}} {{champion:74}} {{champion:59}} {{champion:10}} {{champion:107}} {{champion:113}} {{champion:134}} {{champion:17}} {{champion:48}} {{champion:45}} {{champion:161}} {{champion:106}} {{champion:101}} {{champion:83}} {{champion:115}} {{champion:85}} {{champion:39}}

: You could take almost any champ as support, a friend of mine plays rengar support. He can drop targets health very quickly tend snare them. They have to play very safe as they never know if he is in the Bush.
I like the cat, will try it.

: Ah I see :/ I was playing against someone yesterday who went as Swain supp. It was effective for the poke part although when it came to protecting the adc etc it was hard but I suppose it's worth a try?
he does have a good area stun and damage dealing skills but i'm a bit skeptical about his R in botlane although i can switch to full ap lategame with some ease...

: You should add Lee Sin {{champion:64}} to your list. He likes sight stone {{item:2049}} anyway has some poke in his q and good damage early and uses energy. Later in the game you can somewhat peel with r. He has no longer an attack speed slow on e though.
I dunno i just cant handle his playstyle... i need to train him but the learning curve seems a bit hard for him... I'm sure he is a good support if you know how to play with him though

: Well, I also played {{champion:103}} as a support. And she wasn't even that bad.
Yea i can see it. a well aimed charm can be deadly. Im just a bit worried with her "securing kills" because of her w but i will try her.

: Extend Tahm Kench's Dance
I support this. I love Tahm he is so much fun to play. I love saving allies and isolating big damage dealers so the team can bust the rest of them.
