Fiora, Darius, Cho and Camille aren't tanks. Fiora, Darius and Camille do little to no damage if they build purely tank. They need items to deal damage. Cho is his own special class of juggernaut/tank/mage bastard child and his entire damage is basically his ult. If tanks brought nothing but CC, they wouldn't be threats.
From what you've written I get the impression that you've never played top. Darius can go full tank and still deal a ton of damage thanks to his passive that gives him a lot of AD, applies a bleed on the enemy and of course the true damage dunk that RESETS on kill. All this while having a pull, very low CD slow and a huge heal on his Q. He's MAINLY PLAYED as practically full tank with titanic hydra. Camille gets a true damage Q, stun and huge mobility on her E, heal and slow W and a "prison" + knockback + % HP damage R. She can oneshot a carry while being full tank with titanic hydra in her build. Cho CC's the shit out of you, deals a crapton of damage while doing so, and then finally just noms you while being either full tank or tank with ROA. That's exactly what thanks should do. What's the point in playing ANYTHING else if tanks can CC, heal, deal tons of damage and be almost immortal unless focused by the entire enemy team? I just played a game that was won only by two tanks in the enemy team. In the current situation you focus down the highest damage carry quickly and then gets assf*cked by the tanks. If focus the tanks you deal nothing to them while being picked at by the carries. The only games that are AT ALL enjoyable are the ones where no one picks the standard full tank immortal oneshotters. Tanks in almost all other games are there to ABSORB DAMAGE and CC. In league they do everything better than everyone else. Burst, heal, true damage, percent damage, high mobility, hard CC, soft CC you name it, the tanks have it all.
