I know you are asking what you can do outside of removing the config file or trying the new client, but honestly, these sound like good places to start, when take attempting to resolve this. The issue is likely to do with either file corruption which the reinstall should have addressed, permissions with any installed software/network or incompatible settings. Settings that removing the config files and having them redownload should address or update to the new client.

Players are provided with an email detailing the nature of the suspension. This may come as a surprise to some as details of the date and program detected are purposefully not specified, so as to preserve our detection technique methods. The core message of the mail (generic as it may seem) is accurate though. It is horrible to lose something that you have poured significant time and currency into. However I hope you can understand that we do not treat players who support us via payments different to those who do not. Meaning that expenditure grants no immunity to account actions on accounts that have breached our terms of service. Any attempt by an account to disrupt the competitive integrity of the game is handled in a similar manner. I do feel for your really unfortunate situation and and hope player support sheds more light on this for you soon.

I advise ignoring anyone who flames you and not opening a dialogue, however to answer your question people don't get banned for saying they are not going to gank. 3. Best to report them after the game than to open a dialogue chatting about your suspicions with the person, as objectively this achieves nothing. 4. Account history is taken into consideration when issuing permanent suspensions over behavioral issues. 1. How to identify a scripter? As a player the ability to identify script patterns comes from extensive knowledge of the game and or champion someone using a script is playing. Unnatural ability to land skill shots or dodge can be the the mark of a great player as well as a scripter, but a keen eye can identify when this is done naturally or appears robotic. 2. How does Riot identify Scripters and what are the consequences? We do not share our detection techniques, however it is very easy for us to identify the use of scripts or other third party software. The consequences are a perminant account suspension without appeal. 3. What can I do against Scripters on my own? Leaving a comment when reporting a player you believe to be scripting does help, as a high level of reports in this idea contributes to further investigation. 4. Why doesn´t Riot release an article about this often misunderstood and recent topic (or are you already working on it? Please?)? Bringing more attention to this area, can have a negative impact via raising awareness that such software exists, as well as have a positive one by shedding visibility on the very real risks of using it.
