Jax uses conqueror but the total amount of extra damage he deals because of it is completely fair and not that much. There are 15 champions with true damage in their kits, 2 of them are complete executes (urgot and pyke). That's about 10% of the entire champion pool so not many at all. Then there are conqueror users and IE users but those amounts of true damage are so low that they really aren't worth mentioning here. Especially since the old IE without true damage was actually stronger until around 300 armor or something.

i dont mind the friend request and is not the issue in this case ( he was added, then unfriended = blocked) end of story.. but its the GAME history (chat) that i feel that need attention.. listening for 25 minutes having 1 person calling ppl MF, Nazis , %%%%%%s, losers, feeders ; bringing teammates mothers and sisters into the chat ( i asume you know in what ways) etc, setting up deliberately bad team fights /ambushes etc.. just "trolling" as we all see so often.. but this case was at such an extreme level i have never seen before.. 3 reports from 1 game is just not "fair" enough to get away with and i want to know if there is a way to export chat from game and send to Riot.. i DO believe Riot care!. they are very determined to punish bad behavior, thats why this game need more that just "3 report" attention to be noticed.. If there is no way, then thats how it is, but i would rather see it differently
: first of all, block the person. second, all you really can do is report them, just be sure to write down in the report what the person did. if the person is extremely toxic, chances are they've gotten reported many times already
