: How would you describe Riot Balance Team by only using 1 word?
: Only a few more days... - Volunteer Event [Merry Christmas!]
RNGesus has abandoned me, let's prove me wrong here.
: Can't help those who don't help you help them. Better ditch them and help your other teammates do some work. They'll more than likely appreciate your effort and actually attempt to achieve something with you. Of course you always run the risk of the condescending self-entitled ADC becoming too much weight, but that's a real risk that exists as soon as the game starts, regardless of your decision making.
Yeah, I ganked mid some time around lvl 6 or 8, got flash out of them and then ulted for the kill in between turrets and I got that nice "GJ!" we love oh so much from my mid :P
: Self-entitlement in its finest. Like the guy I found in the boards weeks ago that said that "Supports are only coward people that can't carry on their own, and their only reason to exist is to provide me the game on a silver platter and die for me" People that deserve to lane alone, honestly. There's always 5 people in a team, as a Support main, I never find a lack of teammates that I can help, instead of getting stuck in lane with a condescending ADC :)
Had an 0/6 Jinx once who was VERY bad, I was playing Sion support. She died a couple minutes in because she kept getting hit by Nami bubbles and was spam pinging me with the MIA ping. All I did was get laning phase over with and head on over to get mid and top some kills and turrets, and I peeled my actual carry (mid), not that Jinx. She once said "omg noob support peel for me" and at the end of the game I just told her that if she wants her support to peel for her, she should stop flaming her support for her own mistakes and failure to avoid skillshots like Nami bubble and maybe try to not end up 0/6 at 15 minutes.
: People that play champs like Yasuo Zed or Lee Sin just to do flashy plays are mostly seeking for attention, thats why they spam the mastery emote and laugh so much, because they wanna rub that one flashy play they did in their entire life right into your nose, but most of them suck anyways, and i am happy when i play Teemo, got my Nashors, and that squishy early game Lee just comes to gank my lane and died by my poison :)
My solution to a mastery 7 spamming yasuo is 5 man gank his ass and watch him cry in all chat over "how I can't 1v1 him" while he's doing the usual stupid shit they do with his dash in our jungle, just dicking around. Or I pick Teemo into him >:) Had a Lee Sin once on the enemy team (I was Thresh), we ganked him by his tier 2 turret, he deliberately came into range to laugh and spam mastery because he thought he was safe with a minion wave right behind him. Guess who threaded a needle and hooked that cocky bugger while he was dashing away ;D

: I agree with you, as i sometimes play vs bots, i think they should be harder to play against, or at least have a hard mode.
To be completely honest, they are hard enough already with the quantity of bots you get these days in your team. Just had a 34 minute game earlier because I had 3 bots in my team lol.

: Well, the last step are Doom Bots. :^)
I'm having some sick flashbacks right now... Good times, 4v5'ing that lvl 5 doom bots on 1st try... But the nightmares, those are still there.

Or you could just be bad. either one Nah. I know when I play badly and try to improve upon it, but even when I play at my best I sometimes get hyperbeasts like a 20/0 veigar at 25 minutes or pants on head retarded players that think they belong in Challenjour, usually ADCs or Junglers funnily enough. Not surprising though, playing ADC fucks with your head.
> Not surprising though, playing ADC fucks with your head. Tell that to us poor bastards that have to support a Twitch wanting to 1v2 a Draven at lvl 2 inside of 10 of their minions and somehow it's my fault he died.
: yes somthing like that
But make it usable when you want it at least, I doubt many people can spend their entire birthday playing to make use of that IP boost, since they'll either be working, in class, celebrating with someone, etc.

My main is normals only. I've been learning different champs and roles and make a "smurf" so I could play ranked and master two roles.
I stayed away the whole of season 4 before even going into ranked because I just hit 30 at the end of season 3. I'm no challenger, but I can tell you that if you go into that hell hole called ranked without the proper knowledge, cs'ing ability and a good set of runes, you will not only make others suffer, but they'll also make you feel miserable if they turn out to be of the toxic kind... Especially if you go up against a Riven and feed her.

: Great idea to lesser the AFK players and bad games
Would definitely be nice to not have to log in and start a custom game just to find out if I can actually play or if my internet is being a douche.

: What is your problem with Bronze players?
I personally don't hate Bronzes, but I do prepare for the worst when I get some because of personal experiences (and I've been through Bronze 1 because of shitty placements). The majority of Bronze players usually refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and learn from them, thinking that if they died against someone with the same item, they can now 1v1 them when they have 3 items more. At least the ones I have encountered. And their tendency to flame and simply give up after their team is at a disadvantage at under 8 minutes is just too damn high. Then there's those that just don't know what the hell they are doing on the map after their or their enemy's turret goes down and they just force bad fights, get caught or simply chase a support instead of focusing turrets or other objectives. Oh and don't forget the "whole enemy team missing? BARON TIME!" throws. You tell them Baron isn't needed because there's only an inhib and 2 nexus turrets left and the enemy just lost 3 guys, but there they'll be, doing Baronio with 40% HP or less when they could have just ended, get aced and it's gg rekt. To finish this: I don't think I'm a pro chalenjour, but I did my homework, watched pro streams, absorbed the knowledge they gave me and try to apply it to my games as much as I can, and believe me, it works wonders when your team can make use of 4 people camping bot to get Rift Herald, 3 top turrets and inhib.

And possibly still outrun Alistan if someone on Fiora's team has some sort of AoE slow. She's just ridiculous and overloaded.
It might just be because that Fiora was bad, but I destroyed her in lane as Lucian top. Never had a close call either. Then I played against her as someone else (I forgot which champ) and god do I remember the PAIN.
: Try not to pick support or fill as your secondary role or you'll keep ending up in that spot more than 80% of the time. Try selecting a popular role as your secondary one, like top or mid. The way i see it, the system creates parties based on their two roles. It gives more importance to their primary role but, if there are many people who demand that spot, the system then judges your matchmaking based on your 2nd role. If your secondary role is even more popular than your first(higher demand) then it tracks back to your primary role and finds you a group based off that. If your 2nd role, though, is slightly less popular, you have higher chances of receiving that one. I undestand your frustration with the secondary role but, it's the only way they could reduce the waiting time(altough me being an old TB player had no rpoblem with a little waiting).
I myself don't mind waiting a bit, but basically being forced to pick support as secondary in a 3-man premade after 6-10 minute queue times because there's nobody to match us up with (and we only had a single conflicting role each time) is kinda shitty. I don't mind supporting, as it's what I've been doing for 2 years, but dammit, I wanna learn new champs in other roles (I gotta admit though, Udyr support was pretty damn funny). I'll deal with it though, since I can imagine that it'd be quite hard to find a fix for this... "issue".

: Taric jungle?
Don't know about Taric jungle, but Taric top is so much fun. it's so ridiculous to wipe the floor with whomever they throw at you after buying Iceborn Gauntlet. Stun, AA, W, AA, walk out, Q if they persist, AA, Ult for intimidation (you'll have it back the next time they try to get fresh with the Gem Master). Most short trades will go in your favor because you will just outheal or barely underheal the damage taken if you max your Q early on.

: 15 things I think a newbie should know
Can't tell you guys how much I hate having an ADC who never use their trinket ward in 20 minutes or change their trinket. And I get bitched at for not having a ward up 24/7 in the early minutes of the game, because god forbid the cooldown on my trinket is longer than the trinket lasts.
Hat (EUW)
: If you lane is going downhill then you are f*cked anyway. And 250 gold is stil cheaper than most fo the itmes you can get, and a trinket upgrade is more useful or the entire team.
I agree with that, but if your lane is screwed, most of the time you back (because god knows how that ADC is suddenly bursting 80% of your HP with 1 AA and a skill) you DON'T have 250g. Hell, I sometimes have to back right after getting to lane because my ADC was stupid and decided it was a good idea to 1v2 the enemy ADC with more farm and 2 kills on him and I had to save his behind. I always get a pink if I can (and deem it necessary, I don't really get one if all lanes are being crushed by our team and their jungler is so behind in levels, he's completely worthless) though, or at least 1 stealth ward if I haven't been able to complete sighstone yet.

He started bitching so much about me not poking (because my lvl 2 Q will instagib them while Vel'Koz blowing all his stuff into my face will do ABSOLUTELY no dmg at all), I left the lane and went to help mid and top. Bastard still had the nerve to report me for verbal abuse after that game when all I ever said was "I like to not give up a free kill for a 120dmg on their adc". That happens to me to i dont get it why dose evry adc or marksman be soooooo bitchig and a braaaaattt
It's like they see Annie, think she can instagib someone at lvl 2 like she can at lvl 18 with 1k AP, but don't realize the other support is someone with much more range and poke oriented while you're an all-in champ leaving you at a disadvantage because you're going to get more damage dealt to you than you'll be able to deal. If they're gonna bitch at me for not playing the role I've been playing for 2 years like they want me to, the least they can do is know the matchup and the disadvantages of being an idiot and giving them first blood for being overaggressive and getting destroyed by all the poke. Hell, I played Kennen support once and had a Caitlyn with Tank syndrome telling me I have to protect her from a 17/4 Akali that instabursts her while I was busy keeping 3 other people away from her squishy ass or that I have no idea how to play my role. Like it's my fault she decides to be the front line while the tanks are dead lol.
Hat (EUW)
: Stil not that much, and extra wards will help you to play safely. Knowing when you can farm safely and when you need to run to a turret will help you more than 10 ad from a longsword in some situations. It's not all about highest AD
Never said anything about getting AD, just said that when you're support, 250g can take quite a long time to gather if your lane went downhill faster than the intro to DragonForce's Through the Fire and Flames at 2x speed.

: ANd why does no1 ever upgrade their trinket at level 9? It gives so much more mapcontrol for only 250gold..
Because when bot's going to shit fast, 250 gold is a fortune XD
