It's never gonna happen but here's what I should think the abilities would look like: 1. Passive should be a thunder/lighting sign that's gray and when you press E it turns a bright yellow and zap noise 2. Q (ideas?) if none make it classic 3. W an emp grenade or something that spills an acid 4. E should either be a taser or since it's pikachu shoot a laser somewhere out of it's body ( i don't watch pokemon ) 5. R should be laser zaps the animation should be instant and slowly fade away colour should be dark bright purple/blue.___

Yous I think everybody agrees that the delay is unnecessary soo why not implement it? if its too powerful you can nerf the heal amount idm

Make a new account and go full tryhard in your placement matches. Don't bother wasting your time in bronze or silver if you believe you deserve to be higher. The problem with low elo is you can't rely on your team sot it's really a gamble of who gets the good adc or jungle, your just wasting your time so make new acc {{sticker:sg-soraka}}

If you read the first thing I said it was ''Out of combat mana regen is useful in late? NEVER, if you are a heavy mana user you will buy items to solve that problem not kill a drake." I said in late, i never said it was useless in early game or mid game that's why i proposed to maybe make it easier to kill or to change the stack if you kill elder dragon to not be regen. {{sticker:sg-soraka}}

Your not even listening to anything i'm saying, I know drakes are important I never throw them away (stop making assumptions) a big reason why teams that kill drake are more likely to win is that they won bot side early on and had the time to take drakes not because the drakes made them win. Yes elder dragon gives 45 true damage but what I'm saying is why does it stack with previous drakes when half of them are early based stats? e.g out of combat mana/regen + extra turret damage and minion damage. Extra turret damage isn't really useful as if you have just killed elder dragon you probably have already destroyed most objectives and for minion clear, that's only necessary for defending and say your inhib is down, but what chance will you get to kill elder dragon (assuming you have already found the chance to kill mountain drake previously) if your inhibs are down and your defending against super minions? {{sticker:sg-soraka}}

: I love cloud drake. Who doesn't like a free pair of boots when roaming? Sure it's not stats you can really see. But if you look at it like cloud drake is worth 300g of OOC stats per 1 you take then it don't feel as bad. When it gets changed it'll be even stronger if you're running celerity.
Yeah who wouldn't? But would you focus your jungler on bot side to compete for it as nearly as much as you would for say infernal drake

: I can agree about ocean drake, it is the least useful one. But cloud drake is good enough even now and in next patch it will also give in-combat movement speed, which will easily put him on par with mountain drake. Also you can't really compare baron and elder drake, their buffs are very different. Baron is good on its own, but it doesn't give you much power and instead buffs your minions. And elder adds burn to your attacks that scales in power based on amount of other drakes taken, while also doubling their bonuses. So basically baron is good for pushing and elder for fighting.
I didn't really explain my point well okay i'll tell you now. Elder dragon is only for late so it should have late buffs Say for example mountain drake + elder dragon is good for clearing minions and taking turrets faster. In late turrets will melt anyway and its not worth competing over, clearing minions is difficult but only when your inhibitors are down but how will you take down elder dragon when you're defending base? ocean drake + elder dragon I don't see anyway OUT OF COMBAT regen will be competed in anyway. elder dragon + cloud drake this is good for out of combat m/s I understand this as split pushing power and roaming. This is arguable but I still don't think this should be the reward for killing a huge dragon. infernal drake + elder dragon This is by far the one that makes sense that will be competed for. The thing that I don't understand is why elder dragon buff depends on early game stats? (not saying cloud drake)

: if players stop being 4head just like you and look for the WR with the ''useless drakes'' they are indeed the ones that win most . just cause it does give ms out of combat or health regen . it doesnt mean it is useless. just learn to use it at its max. roam/gank for wind small trades for water. get out that box players like you are the one hardstuck
That is why I said COMPARED in capitals for people like you. Do you ever plan to kill cloud drake to roam? no, you just do it because it gives gold. I'm saying that if there's an infernal drake up both teams will compete for it in bot side whilst if there is a cloud or ocean or mountain people will just see it as an bonus instead of something to compete over.
