Dr Wasabi65 (EUW) : I think that the problem for Riot is that they can't tell why a player disconnects. Your reasons are genuine; I am sure that this has happened to almost everyone at some point. But the server doesn't know if you are ragequitting or have legit DC problems. It is easy to fake a DC. As long as this doesn't happen often I don't think that there is a punishment beyond the leaverbuster, so I wouldn't worry about it. NB Rubix (EUW) in > Leaverbuster for obscene reasons it's just annoying because on weekdays i don't have time to play, it's usually 2 or 3 games, and for me to have 20 minute queues just because i DC from 1 game for reasons beyond my control they're like LOW PRIO BITCH... it's extremely annoying considering how many people tilt and sit in fountain for 10-20 minutes waiting for the game to end and they get no punishment, surely if you saw me reconnect after 5mins you'd think i didn't rage quit... not to mention pro players do it all the time, when they die in game and they're like i lagged as a joke and leave and come back.. but i dont see them getting low prio...
