Logins should be back up?? I was in a game, got the "attempting to reconnect" error, client same error before exiting on me, now i cant log back in for the last hour??

: Logins are opened once again with changes. We're keeping a close eye and ranked remains disabled while we monitor.
I haven't been having issues with login all night, however ever since the start of the all stars event, I have noticed a higher usage of data and that I've been getting higher ms in game, its been 3 days?? seriously unplayable at this point can something please be done about this?{{sticker:slayer-jinx-unamused}}

I have been having the same issue, it was fine yesterday throughout the day till around 7 pm CAT,thats when i started noticing my client had beeen draining more on my connection,but also causing latency issues for other people connected to my internet, riot please do something about this,
