: Many champions need Frozen Mallet in certain situations, and that item has 2 purposes, which it does serve very well: 1. Sticking to your target. 2. Kiting your target. That is what it's supposed to do, and that is what it does. Many times people require this item against certain matchups, but it's actually very rare to be part of any core build. If you take this away, that means you're taking away counterplay from many matchups just because you don't know how to deal with it. Might as well take away Rylai's Crystal Scepter then, no? Then how about we remover Blade of the Ruined King alongside them? And Hextech Gunblade? All items that offer any movements speed buffs/debuffs?
Hahahah you just proved my point. 1) FM is not that rare as a core item. It's core on almost all on-hit builds like on-hit Kennen and Teemo for example, it's a core item on Gnar every game and I see it a lot on Yasuo and the new Urgot. 2) Like your 2 points it's purpose is to to be able to kite and stick to your oppenents, HOWEVER whats the counter play when your PERMA SLOWED? When you can't turn on your opponent because he can kite away from you and you can't run away because he can kite towards you? In both situation s you are perma slowed. Also you argument is invalid when you say "take away" items like Gunblade and BorK because theres a difference between those items and FM. THose items slow you for 2-3 seconds while FM slows you forever as long as you keep getting AA'd.

Meanwhile I haven't gotten a proper answer everyone saying Boots of Swiftness helps but it doesn't change the fact that even with that item your still perma slowed, have fun running away or catching up to a Temmo, Gnar, Urgot with FM.

: you can go self frozen mallet, boots of switfness, go black cleaver to give yourself movementspeed. urgot self slows with his w and most chmaps have form of mobility. so if you are not a malphite you should be fine. otherwise forzen mallet is for slowing and 1v1s. so don't try to 1v1 him than. aslo there is deadmans plate, randuins omen, righous glory, yomus ghostblade and mercurial scimitar.
the problem here is that in order for frozen mallet and black cleaver to work you need to AA, tell me how are you supposed to get into melee range against ranged champs like Urgot? Assuming Urgot knows how to kite? If you flash then urgot can flash too, if you try to dash out then urgot can dash with you as he has a dash too or he can just ult to bring you close and then AA from some range and then your screwed. I know items like boots of swiftness helps but it doesn't changed the fact that as a melee champ you can't escape because you'll still be slowed. This doesn't apply to urgot alone theres gnar and teemo too.

Yes but with this item by itself makes "balanced" champs overpowered. How you played against the new Urgot with Frozen Mallet rush yet? Let me know when you do and you'll realise how broken this item is on ranged champs.

I agree it's not the junglers fault if I die 1v1 in the top lane, but it's definitely the junglers fault if I die 1v1 while the immobile enemy laner is under my tower all game and my jungler refuses to gank.

Thats the thing, Swain can carry but he can also be easily carried. In some games I have KDA's like 2/2/12 so I'm kind of like a support tank, but if I get ahead and stomp my laner I can easily get a KDA like 12/0/12 but still be tanky enough to be the front line while also having enough damage to one shot the squishy adc.

Tanky Swain is the easiest tank to carry in the whole game, you do insane damage and you don't die. Just build {{item:3027}} {{item:3157}} {{item:3065}} {{item:3151}} {{item:3089}} and any boots. You can literally Zhonyas in a 5v5 team fight with 1hp and be restored to full health while doing insane damage.

It happened to me once but they system decided I was reformed 2 weeks later, maybe because I play a lot.

The counter argument to this is you can ban him anyway if your team doesn't declare him, also you're guaranteed to lose the game if you can't depend on your team mates from champ select/

Your Ping has nothing to do with Riot, if you have unusually high ping then you need to contact your internet service provider. Also Ethernet cable greatly lowers your ping, I normally have around 25 ping with Ethernet but 50 ping with wifi.

You must be playing on a toaster, my computer is like 8-years old and it still runs the client at 100+ FPS although I've capped it to 60 FPS. If your FPS is that low then play on lower graphic settings. Also your ping has nothing to do with your computer.

I got skins for champs I have only 4k mastery points on and those were the champs I were forced to play in ARAM when I had no re-roll, I have a few 50k plus mastery points champs that I got no skin for.

Regardless it doesn't justify the fact that a lot of people are getting skins for champs they've never really played before, the whole point of "your shop" is to be offered deals you may consider buying. I will not consider buying a skin for a champ I was forced to play in ARAM 3-4 times and never played in normals/ranked.

Actually does it really count when you've played a champion a few times in ARAM, because you are forced to play that champion if you don't have a reroll. Also riot clearly stated "**The thoughtful Discountbot selects six skins that it thinks you’ll like and offers them at varying discounts**" why does the discount bot think I'll like a skin for a champion that I have 4k mastery points on when I have a few 50k+ champions that I play often?

You've misunderstood me, The splash does affect champions but it doesn't affect the champion you AA. For example enemy ADC and Support are very close together you AA the ADC, the splash deals 0 damage to the ADC because thats the person you AA but does full damage to the support if the supports in the splash range.

: Heyheyhey. Pure AD doesn't count just for autos, it also counts in to bonus damage from E. Plus scaling from Q. About Tabi - yeah, but this item is kinda bullshit overall, not just against Kayle. And even with that, buying Tabi bears disadvantages over getting mercury's - you get less damage, but are also easier to kite. Adaptive Helm - matter of matchup. You usually don't take both toplaner and midlaner as squishy ap's.
Wrong and this is proof you don't know what your talking about. Kayles E just increases her AA range and gives her on-hit AP damage that scales with your AP, so the bonus AD is nothing more than 64 extra damage per auto on Kayle and doesn't scale with the On-hit damage, although having more AD means more splash damage on Kayle this doesn't matter because the splash does no extra damage when attacking a champion. While AD does scale with her Q the damage is still insignificant compared to the old fervor as it still did 3x more damage than the current fervor on Kayle. And as for tabi you incorrect again the current Tabi does not affect her On-hit damage so she does her full E damage, but the PBE tabi removes 10% of all her On-hit damage.

Exactly no need to nerf or buff her, but also don't add new items and change old items so they can hard counter her.
: Lol, Fervor is actually better on her now, AD gives her more since her skills also scale with it. Not sure how that may be an indirect nerf. About items themselves, the thing about those is - if you make enemy build specifically just to counter you, you've already gained an advantage for the team. Plus those items are pretty much specifcally for tanks, which overall got nerfed in this patch. You will deal them less damage, maybe, but they also deal significantly less dps and have less max hp overall. So, more or less the same effect, but it will be easier to negate the damage received by your built in ms buff+heal. Relax, adding some way of counterplay usually means that there are ways to use it to your advantage too.
Not really the old Fervor gave 114 damage when full stacked which was doubled every 2 hits when your rageblade was stacked to 228 damage while the current fervot gives 64 AD, you cou;d do more than 3x more damage with the old fervor. I don't see how a tank building those items gives an advantage to my team Ninja tabi's will always be useful againt the adc and adaptive helm gives 55 MR and 300 HP which is usefull against the mid laner while countering Kayle damage.

If winrates mean something then Riot shouldn't nerf Yasuo because he has a 51% WR.
