Over 140 champs you get to ban 5 (1 considering just yourself). So you wanna ban champs that are new or champs that are super in-meta right now? | > hope you understand what I mean. 1) Use my brain ? dude o show big lack of intelligence, so I need dumb myself down to your inferior level. Its classic sign of low intelligence human that start to be rude when lack arguments. Like I said op.gg will not show me champions that I played for 3-4 years constant that got me to platinum that I know very very good but then I took a break from them and did not play theme for 1 or 2 years, so op.gg will show I NEVER played that champion when in fact are my most played champions. Also champion mastery was introduced recently 1-2 years ago (don't remember exactly) so my most played champions in the game that I took a break from them since mastery were introduced have 0 mastery point. But ehh it's hard for you to think maybe not everything was like when you discover the game and things changed over 9 years :). Why if I took a break from a champion for 1 or even 2 season to not start to play it again in rank if no major changes were done to it ? if I was very good with a champion and got myself in platinum and that champion its same as before with minor changes not toal rework then I can do just fine with it, just because you forget what happened last week and have the memory of a goldfish don't label us same, some player actually knwo video games, some players like you complain being frustrated. 2) I give you perfect logic example why people should train and how and you dismiss it because you can't understand logic, but then you repeat what you dead to learn Twitch :)
I didn't mean to insult at all. I just said that doing 2+2 you would understand who is playing a champ for the first time. I apologize if you misunderstood. And sorry but in 2 Seasons a LOT of things change. Just from 2015 to 2016 (I think) the graphic changed a lot and the Assassins reworks with the introduction of lethality items changed the whole gameplay as it changed some champions too. Now with the big changes to the AP items. The game is changing every 2-4 weeks. I'm not saying you should play champs in normal every few weeks of course but you buy a champ and decide straight away to bring him to ranked just because you saw someone carrying the previos game you played or because you saw a pro player carrying 1v9 it doesn't mean you can do the same without even knowing its basic things. Let's say take your example, after few weeks a whole item can change,and you know that, so my question is, would you buy the same item? Maybe it was reworked, nerfed, buffed or even deleted from the game. One example that comes my head is the {{item:3085}} on {{champion:51}} . With one single patch they changed her whole playstyle and gameplay. Now, people coming back after few years or seasons, like you said, still build it and lose cause {{item:3094}} + {{item:3087}} is way more useful and powerful. I'm not asking Riot to make the possibility to play ranked only after reaching mastery level 7 but just 5 games in normal before being able to play them in ranked. I know this would not help much people from feeding or playing better but at least a minimum of experience would help them to understand some situations.

: In my opinion they should make it unable to choose a champion with mastery 3 or lower for ranked... This aint a big deal ur lvl 3 in like 10 games... And yes if you have only 1 champ with mastery 3...u wont be able to play ranked... Which should be another good thing.... Becuz fresh ppl in ranked sux as well.. If u think this is bad...im really curious why that would be....
Well. It's not thay you can buy 16 champs and reach level 30 without playing at least 1 champ to level 3.

Except that anyone just have to play the game for a while to have plenty of evidence of the opposite. Expecially when it comes to metasheeps spamming the same champ over and over because it passes for OP while they still suck greatly no matter the champ they play.
That may happen in silver 2 or below but already people that are trying to climb and dedicating to the game start to abuse some champs. E.G Warwick at the moment or even Volibear after the buff.

They didn't even know what their passive do. Not even bothering to read a simple description and guess what more? They ended up one 3/8 and the other one 1/10. > There is a thing called Normal/Draft and even practice tool for a reason. 1) like I said you can watch my history and see that I didn't play X champion but in fact maybe I played it for years but not in recent period that the op..gg show. 2) even if you force people to play x amount of games with that champion before they play rank its not guarantee they will ever read passives or fully understand the skills. a solution is to ban new release champions or reworked champions, I knwo that a big percent of times somebody that play a champion that was released recently will probably lose the game, but I still don't like to punish others that learn faster. I didn't play other queues then rank for like 2 or 3 years for leik 95% of my games, if a new champ is release I always test it in practice tool to see what it does and train a little on the dummy's with the spells, read his spells and passive and thinking at builds and runes, then I go in a bot game and play 15-20 min and I am ok with just that. Even if I don't like or want to play that champion I still do that so I know what it does so I knwo to play against it if it's the case. It's hard to play a lane against a champ and not knwo what it does. Everyone should do that with reworked or new champions to learn to counter them not only to play them. But for me is easy because I have years of experience with all champions so learning new ones it's not so difficult (of course at my gold division skills), also I have all champions and tones of BE to buy evyr new champ that is release.

: 1) how you know they play for first time ? a) many people lie to piss off people that get tilted like you b) many lie to excuse their mistakes c) if you check yourself maybe are old players like me with all champs that played for 9 years, and if you check my recent history you don't find the champions that maybe I constant played them for 3-4 years, so that i'll look for you as first time when in fact it's my most played ever champ. 2) really you get angry if you lose game if people miss skillshots ? or auto attacks ? so how then you define a bad game ? just if they get gank camped ? You realize everyone miss skillshots even in pro scene, of course some more than others and the percent of missing increase down in elo. Did you ever watch lcs plays when players miss flashes, miss skillshots, use ultimates by mistake and so on ? I forgot what game it was and when, was couple of years ago when 3 or 4 players in a team wanted to flash over an wall and all failed and was in pro team. I bet you would call them boosted right ? 3) allowing players to play a champ after release or rework its profitable since some pay money for the champs or buy skins, and guess what the company that make the game is not a charity ! 4) mastering 3 champs it's so little you need to know 2 but ideal 3 roles very good and 3-4 champs/role, but also its ideal to knwo every role since you can get autofilled. So you need to know to play 3-4champs/ role and 3 roles very good and 2 have idea about them.
1) Op.gg > Live game 2) It can happen how many times? Once or twice not that in a game you misplay because you actually don't know how that thing works. EG. Swain reworked. : >The people playing champ for the first time in ranked. >I really don't understand these people. That's basically why low elo exist ?
Kinda but not always.
: Implying that whoever does not play a champ for the first time never feeds, never flames and never trolls. LOL! {{sticker:sg-miss-fortune}}
That should be obvious.
