660Ti ?????? and i5 which Gen ? there is a hugh difference between 3rd gen and 7th gen. My old Laptop have a GTX 950 and 16GB Ram 17-6700 and it barely runs at 60fps with med settings. So you are basically here to complain how shit your pc is ? Also i am interest in what other games you can run with this set up in 2019.

: If you change it through the client itself, it's not a problem ( i guess?) but concerning 3rd party programs that changes the voice and so on and keep everything in your desired language, i wouldn't take the chance of getting banned.

: I know exactly which program you mean. The LVOC (LVOC change only the voices and announcement). You DON'T get banned for this, but they said not to recommand it because your game can crash ( not starting up or your voices isn't korean but in japanese). Again, there is no problem if you use only this program. I asked riot myself too for it and they do not recommand it but it's oke if you use it. As long the gameplay itself doesn't effect (cheating) >that is offcourse bannable. Just normal r+w+q+e, keep on going in same order the final e will kill the dummy. Ugrgot cant do it ,and there is a weird animation when even the dummy its right next to you, it will push it away then pull it in. but you can't kill the dummy.it will be right next to you when the animation is done

Small note: It's not worth to rush redemption, it's base value is smaller and at earlier levels it also heals less AAAAND it scales with shield heals increases from other items.

well i am a mid main and when i get auto filled sup i just play zyra or bard or karma (or galio and blitz if tank is needed), and i've never got honored once whenever i got auto filled as sup. sad{{champion:32}}

actually if you are running on Windows 10, just go to XOBX and switch off DVR. because i have Four GTX1080 with cooing system and 32GB Ram yet when i just updated to new windows 10 the maximum Fps was 60! after i turned it off it went back to 400
