That is going away from my point. You don't get punished for one offence do you unless it is a absolute must. So multiple warnings can stack I assume until you have X amount and they see reason to punish you.

This would not cause stress to see that false reports are removed and no longer there.
My point being yes I know I never did wrong so the warning will not account for anything but as a player how do I know this has actually happened?

So with this is the report removed from your account?
Why can't players see the reports made against them and see them removed when false. This would be a nice little feature.
