: If you constantly play and show good behavior you will improve the status, it's not exactly a time limit, but for 14 day suspension it take couple of months. It's better to avoid chatting, becuase even the small mistake if somebody report you and the report is not fake because of a small negativity or flame you can get ban, so just say SS, mising, maybe do baron?, etc, avoid catching a lot, spamming, and argue with other. /mute all or /fullmute all if you start to die, or get behind in jungle, for sure team will flame and you can get trigger, if you see stupid people that make bad mistakes and start ping for sure they blame others for their inability to plan so again mute. - If you see people that are very polite in champion select "hello guys" "let's own and not flame" "let's be a team" thao are usually players that end up flaming and blaming so MUTE. - If you see people that chat a lot and give opinions, "oo take that it counter x champ ", "you take that and counter that", "you do that and i wil do that", those that think they knwo everything and order around are toxic when things go bad so MUTE.
Thanks for the info buddy! I need to improve my behavior indeed. Muteall is a good one but I don't always use it, maybe i should from now on..

But you still were toxic. So you got perma banned Simple People are playing video games to have fun, and you flaming them ain't gonna make the game fun. You agreed to the rules when you made your account So too bad so sad Also, posting this multiple times ain't gonna make it any better
And i'm going to assume that you've had a 14 day ban I did, years ago. I thought that shit resets after showing good sportmanslike behavior WHICH I did for a long time. I post this multiple times because riotler deleted the first two posts. Fact of the matter is: Riotler is too sensitive when it comes to cussing. Calling someone a %%%%%% in real won't get you arrested for a week, let alone a lifetime.

During preseasons i hit high platinum and after placements i got placed in platinum 5. Edit: This season i didnt play during preseason, i was platinum 4 and after placements i got placed in gold 4.
Now that's motivation! Thanks buddy, crystal clear now.

I have got the same issue. I can play games like Overwatch ultra 60 fps no problem but league on low? 30 fps lol. It's on their end, now ours. I know people with gtx1080 who get 50 fps on lol xD Kinda sad they haven't fixed this yet...

Could there be something wrong with my (very silent) fan? shouldnt he be running at full speed all loud when tempatures rising this high? Quite often this is the case as I mentioned above - laptop fans don't like being controlled normally. They're controlled by the motherboard/BIOS, and don't allow external control (whereas desktops you can normally get a few of the fans manually controlled). Technically speaking, the fans should increase, yes. However a lot of manufacturers intentionally don't increase fanspeed much. I remember when I tested with my old AMD graphics card, when they were close to overheating they were only running at about 40% speed - I believe this is due to how loud they get at higher speeds, and also how quickly the bearings can wear out. The only thing you can probably do is check for BIOS updates, if there are none, you'll need to work within the parameters you've got at the moment.
That makes sense now. So basically not much I could do. Coolingpad inc.! xD

It does seem to help a tad. But not enough! > > How do I setting my usage to 99%? Thanks for your reply m8 Assuming you're on Windows 7: - Open the start menu - Search for "Power Options" - Ensure you are using "High Performance" - Click "change plan settings" beside the "High Performance" option - Click "change advanced power settings" - Find "Processor Power Management", and set both "Minimum" and "Maximum" processor state to 99% - Apply/OK this Basically this will turn off any turboboosting you may have. Turboboost is a technology that can boost one core beyond it's normal performance limit - so for example it may boost a 2.2GHz core to 2.6/2.7GHz when the second one isn't in use/needed. The problem with this is it generates more heat, and sometimes they don't take this into account and then heat begins to affect performance. By dropping it to 99%, it disables this technology. As I said performance may differ, I found it helped in one of my laptops but others, it may actually hinder performance - so be sure to test it! :-)
I thank you for this dear sir! I will try this out and am now searching for ways to speed up my cooling fan because I can barely hear it running. However fps issues are tricky.. and very annoying, have you tried disabling/turning off background programms like your AV and other not needed programms? A full virus/malware scan cant hurt either. hmpf me posting before i was done x.X
Yeah I figured... Thanks for your time bro!
Eambo (EUW)
: Also, a very simple method of improving air cooling is to prop up the rear of the laptop. If it's sitting flat to the desk, there's very little room for cold air to get in - if you prop the rear of the laptop up, it gives more room for the intakes to work (as they're normally on the bottom of laptops) - allowing more air to enter and thus cooling better. Also in you power properties, you can try setting your minimum/maximum CPU usage to "99%". this turns off turbo boost, which is a common cause of heat issues in laptops. This could potentially result in worse performance though, so try it in a custom game and see how it performs.
Yes I tried propping up the rear of the laptop. It does seem to help a tad. But not enough! How do I setting my usage to 99%? Thanks for your reply m8

: a 2.2ghz core is very low
You think? My old laptop had a 2.3ghz amd duo core (so roughly the same) and I never had problems on that one. I could play on HIGH settings with a fixed fps of 60. I really doubt it's the proccesor. What about virusses and spywere? My dad is into this Root and jailbreak shit and it often brings alot of spyware and virusses along which I may clean up afterwards.

And well, yeah it isnt uncommon for laptops to overheat in these situations even if cleaned etc. Something you could try is a cooling pad (not sure if thats how they are called in english) basically some kind of platform with fans, powered via usb from the laptop, wich help to keep the system cooler.

: Sorry mate, I was being a technical asshat. There were two things wrong with the unit used: * **m**bps: Capital M should've been used here. m stands for milli in IS, which is 10^-3. M, on the other hand is mega, which is 10^6. * m**b**ps: Smallcase b is for bits. Capital B is for bytes. One byte is 8 bits long. As TeiX mentioned, ISPs tend to use bits to inflate their numbers. So yeah, the connections are typically expressed in Mbps. But let me stop being an asshat there and help figure out what kind of connection is needed for smooth LoL experience. The last time I checked, an average, 35 minutes long game of LoL noms roughly 50MB of data. Let's say that your game took 45 minutes and that it actually nom'd 75 MB worth of data. In order to safely accommodate that, you'd have to have a transfer of at least 0.028 MB/s between Riot's server and your computer. How much is that? Well, surprising insignificant 0.222 Mbps. So, if we add some overhead and assume that LoL is not the only thing that's using your connection, realistic minimum would be 512 Kbps connection. More often than not, you'll be receiving more data than you send, so we can assume a safe 1:4 ratio for this connection. 1:8 might work as well, but it would really be pushing it, IMHO. So, to sum things up, 512/128 Kbps connection should, in theory, do an adequate job of providing smooth LoL experience. Because 512 Kbps is more than double the available throughput than our theoretical minimal limit of 256 Kbps, sudden traffic spikes such as teamfights shouldn't cause noticeable lagspikes. TL;DR: Your throttled 1-3 Mbps connection should not be a bottleneck for LoL network performance. HOWEVER, speed is just one factor. Latency and packet loss are far more important, but more often than not, you can do very little to improve them (short of changing your ISP, of course).
No it's fine. I'm bad at this lol. But I actually got most of that haha! It took me 15 hours to download the game and i'm very surprised. I hardly lagg! I have a slow but fixed internet connection which allows me to play at 80+- ping. Which isn't great and i'm used to 15 but hell, it's enough to play! Thanks for your explanation mate!

Yes exaclty, it is. Children hear it from their brothers, friends, elders. And so they mimick them. It's a never ending cycle man. It disgusts me. Where I come from/born in Utrecht. People are much more respectful to each other in terms of cussing etc.
: You would have to ask Lyte for details. The only thing i know is that some regions don't have all systems. I have no idea which systems are online on which server. But since Turkey is quite a small server, i assume they might be one the servers that don't have funcioning systems yet.
The way how the Turkish server functions reminds me of EUW 2-3 years ago. Server crashes quite often and 8 out of 10 people DC without having loss prevention games. Like I have had last night.

I play in an internet cafe located nearby my home and there are little kids of 10-14 years playing CS and cursing, flaming like a 30 year old. It's because they grow up hearing these curse words and think it's normal. Not to mention how people cuss at my age... it's like squeezing a "fuck" or "disease" word in between every 2 words of a sentence. OFCOURSE.... there are regions in Turkey where this is not the case. I just happened to live in a very rotten town full of immigrants.
