You as a player are the only way you can have impact on the game in any way at all, you can´t impact how any of your other teammates plays at all, so why bother with it? Yes there might be luck, still, if you are unlucky, then you are unlucky, you have to accept that, no matter what you think about it. And if you can´t get out of your rank for whatever reason, then you can´t, if you need to work extra hard to get out of your elo, then you have to do that. People should really start to take responsibility, both for their games and for everything in their lives aswell. And even if things are out of your control, you can still take responsse-ability for it and decide how you react to your current situation. If everyone did that this whole community would be alot better.

Maybe people will perceive you more seriously if you put up a serious thread about why you think X champion should be nerfed. What you fail to understand about high risk/high reward champions, is that they just do damage, take for example a Zed. What utility does he bring to a team? A slow? Thats it, he can´t be a tank, he can´t peel for his adcarry and he really doesn´t bring that much when his abilities are of cool down, or if he can´t burst his target down. This means that if he gets behind he get useless, he can´t do anything. Compare that with for example an Anivia, Annie or Orianna. These champions all got CC in their kit, both Anivia and Orianna bring quite usueful utility to their team, Annie will still be able to stun the enemy adcarry, even if she is behind an ap item, Anivia can still save teamates with her wall, she doesn´t need ap for that. You seem to struggle against assasins (since all of the champions you listed are assasins), a good thing to do is to play a couple of assasins yourself, it will greatly improve your understanding of the game. Or you can simply ban a champion you don´t like to play against.

Like this: Urgot targets an enemy champion for 10 seconds, gains a vision of it and launches continously missiles at the marked enemy, dealing 3/4/5% of his opponents current health as physical damage (max. 30/40/50%), if Urgot is in a range of 700/900/1100 units. If Urgot killed his opponent, he gains 50/70/90 movement speed for 3 seconds. Missiles can be blocked by marked champions allies, dealing half of the damage to them. If there is a better ultimate idea, itd be cool to see it (this idea wasnt mine, it was someone elses)

But your idea is quite interesting (even if 10 missiles is a little to strong. If you want good numbers, try to look at already excisting champions on lol wiki and compare, for example with Jihn´s ultimate)
