: Improving, Tilting and Affecting my Life.... Help
Some easy solutions to get better and stop tilitng at the same time! 1. Don’t take the game to serious it’s a game in the end even if you look at it competitive it’s a sport and people who play football in big leagues play it because they made their dream a reality (playing their favorite game and making money with it) you know not because they have to. 2. Don’t tilt tilting is an endless loop once you start you are stuck if you don’t just stop tilting. If someone is bad, if you are bad, if your friends are bad…… just laugh it off. It happens and at some point it doesn’t you will only see the good and fun parts less and less if you focus on the bad ones. 3. Play with friends this makes you less tilted even if they are bad or better than you. (You can add me if you ever need someone to play with and have no one else)

: How do supports carry the game?
Doom Emissary already brought it to the point. In general even with an adc that isn’t feed you can still do a lot as support since you specialize in {{champion:117}} I recommend that you in case your adc isn’t feed, once one of the bot towers is down you stick to one in your team who seems to be doing good they will mostly appreciate a sudden speed boost or polymorphed enemy wile your adc can use the alone time to get some solo exp and passive farm, freezing bot. In team fights {{champion:117}} is really strong. You just need to make sure to time your spells and especially your exhaust right and not use them just because they go off cool down. Exhaust is the easiest way to for example shut down the full kill potential of an approaching assassin wile a well timed polymorph can make the enemy cc bombing tank or anyone who is feed completely useless, giving your team a chance to engage or counter engage. Your ultimate can save lives with the extra hp but its biggest potential lies in the aoe slow/knock-up it gives when cast on your tank if he decided to engage on the enemies letting them fly into the air and leaving them with no chance to run from the tank other than to flash away, the extra size on him also makes him a bigger spell blocking target.

: If Cassiopea can't wear shoes, why Nami can?
You shouldn’t think of the items you can buy, in the shop, as real boots or weapons. I mean where do the marksman put the swords?? Do they put them on bows and guns? All items you can buy in the shop are just magically enchanted keychains XD you basically just buy badges and stickers that provide you with effects. And Cassiopeia just doesn’t like them because the boots ones are made from snake skin or something! {{sticker:cass-cry}}

: but aint it limit my speed or something? i mean if im with zed now and im with locked camera, lets say i want to W and R someone when i W my screen jump and i gotta hover my mouse again over the champion i want to ult but when im with unlocked camera i can W and R stragiht when i click w again thank you so much you so helping me man!
You are half right about that. But that’s where the difference comes in a little. Of course with free camera your mouse won’t move from your target and in theory you can be like 0.2-0.3 sec faster…. That is if your target is fully CCed and can’t move from the spot they stand at that time. And believe me the higher you climb in elo the less they will keep standing at the same spot when you engage them. They will mostly walk/dodge or do something to dodge your skills be it that they flashed the moment your ult animation ends and they leave you standing there or even during your animation to pull you into the tower. Anyway when they do so you would have to move your mouse anyway and that leaves you in a spot where you have to learn when to "just combo on the spot seeing your enemy not moving" or "when to adjust mouse and camera fast enough to follow enemy movement". With fixed camera no matter how the enemy moves during your combo or ult the mouse will always be at the same distance away from your champ you left it in. Of course you have to adjust but no matter the situation it will always be the same mouse movements needed and thus the time will only depend on how fast you can execute your combo that you trained over the time. Saying it like this you can imagine someone with lose camera ulting and than having to re adjust camera and mouse position losing like 0.5 at fastest 0.2 sec calculation human reaction time in, which drops in situations that aren’t a general routine. And someone with fixed camera who always has a loss of about 0.2 at fastest 0.1 seconds, mouse staying the same depending on your position which is during your combo always the same making your reaction time become faster and faster over the time. So in the end like I said once before you have to chose the play stile you can handle better since in the end you will ALWAYS have to adjust to how your enemy moves to combo correctly. And you will always lose about the same amount of time depending on how fast your mouse speed/reaction time and your own precision are. It’s just that fixed camera lets your movements become more routine over time in my opinion making you not lose in speed over someone with lose camera if not faster in general. The true factors that make you lose fights are the last 2 Speed factors mentioned, your reaction time and how good you become over time in judging the situation during your combo so basically your skill as a player. And that is something you train in every game and changing your play stile with the camera gives your player skill a huge reset and you have to learn all over again. But be it lose or fixed it gives you no huge advantage or disadvantage its just a matter of preference. Many streamers learned how to play with lose camera for their audience since following camera movement that isn’t constantly moving makes it record in a higher quality and makes it easier for the audience to see what is happening.

No it doesn’t make you a worse player you will just have to use a different play style. For example someone who plays with free camera uses zed ult on an enemy has to position his camera in a way he can than after the character ulted, use his other abilities so they dont miss. Someone who plays with locked camera always has the fixed point on his own champ so even if you ult someone your camera will follow your zed ult instantly and enable you to aim your skills in a more regular manner since the camera doesn’t change from the fix pint (your champ where your skill shots come from etc.) So basically it’s just a matter of preference and how you get used to the game. I main Talon and before he had the wall jump he had a blink that made him jump instantly to the enemy like zed ult but faster. And since skill shots are coming from your champ it’s a lot easier to aim them if the middle of your screen is at your enemy at the same time your champ is since you don’t need to adjust cam. As for not knowing if your skills will hit it depends on if you use smart cast/no smart cast or smart cast with indicators you can of course memorized all the ranges from all skills but that’s annoying. Let’s say you play as jax and you want to know if you are in range for your jump if you have indicators or no smart cast than you will see the range of the skill in form of an indicator I personally play with all my skills not on smart cast and or on smart cast with indicator so I can see where the range of my skill ends/starts. Many people complain that not using smart cast takes more time to cast skills but that’s not true (ask my enemies, getting deleted in 0.1 second or less makes them hate me allot). The best thing you can do is use the new training mode they implemented, place some training dummies at different places or together and so on than set your cd to auto reset and just try out the different things like using locked cam during your combo vs. free cam right after another to get a better feel for how it makes you play or using different cast types like smart cast vs. no smart cast just to see how they work and how they work for you do that for like 1 hour test all kinds of things that way you can find your own play style. If it helps you let me know if not ask again I will try to help more if needed. {{sticker:slayer-pantheon-thumbs}}

: changed to unlocked camera and its super hard for me
Dud you don’t need to change your camera to get better I myself am Diamond, and I play with fixed camera all the time since forever. You can look at it this way: what is the most important information that should be on your screen all the time??? Right it’s what happens with your character. If you want information ramp up the minimap scale to max so you can see the entire information better listen to pings from your team and like driving a car where you watch into the back mirror every 5 sec do the same with the minimap and you are good to go. The only reason why you would need to switch to lose camera is if you get motion sickness when looking at the screen moving with your character. You can also enable in the options that you can have a semi lose camera when moving your mouse over the minimap holing right mouse button and dragging it over the map if you need a better insight and the moment you let go it snaps back to your char. If someone tells you, you need to play with lose cam to be good that’s just wrong.
: Playing against talon
1. Against his roam place deep wards so your team knows when he is gone so they stop pushing. 2. Every cc other than slow cancels his jump over walls and the jump from q does no dmg if he gets cced after casting it. 3. if you can’t dodge his first part of w try to doge the second one at all costs that’s the part that slows and does more dmg also he won’t be able to proc passive when he engages on you if only one part hits. 4. As you said yourself just now clear the wave faster than him and he has to stay mid or you get his tower. Also it’s hard to freeze as talon since your w mostly hits all minions and it’s the only counter poke he has. I am a Dia {{champion:91}} main if you want i can help you more just ad me.
: Trying something new
Trying something new is always fun and also a really good thing as it gives you a bigger champion pool to play with if you manage to find something you like. But you should never play in a normal or ranked game when you first time something. just play some custom games to get the hang of it or even better with your premade friends first. After like 2-3 games like that you can go to normals. You can’t master something in your first 30 games or more so don’t get down on getting flamed but you can prevent a total fail by practicing before normals. Some people can only play like 2-3 games a day, so ofc they rage more when one of the games someone feeds even if it is unintentional. {{sticker:galio-happy}}

: How do I find a role or champion that I like when I always mess up and play very badly?
Normally you just play a lot and someday you get stuck at the one champ that you really like. That can be because you are good at this champ or because you like his design or just because you find him funny. I personally played a lot of random stuff just the things that were free at the start but then I sat down and took like 30 min and looked at all the champs that there are. I than picked out all the ones I liked the visual design than I looked at the skill sets they had and was like I am going to test these 3 and among them I found the one I main now. You can also do what a lot of new players do watch some montages on youtube until you find the one that makes you go wow that’s cool I want to do that to and try to master it. But don’t forget to have fun it’s a game after all.
M ok looks like you are right and I apologize for the sudden cut off on contacts and I hope you good luck with your future league games. But I also hope you understand my situation I had over 40 coaching requests and I just didn’t have the time to 100% check every person over so I sorted people out a bit quicker and sometimes like in your case ended it on the wrong foot. Since my new job started on Sep 4. I also closed the forum post and said my good bye to another 29+ people already who didn’t need me anymore. The coaching was a thing I did for the community of league and for my own free time and I did not take money for it. If you really need a coach try looking up the forum some more, the league community is great and there are a lot more people offering to help a lot even better than me at this game. So once again I apologize and wish you the best. But hope you can understand my situation to and won’t hold it against me. So train hard and see you on the Rift.
: Doesn't that bother you man? Doesn't that make you lose fights? If you played years and it still happens to you, then i probably wont get it either
I am Dia and i always play with locked cam. works best for me, since the most important thing in the game for you should be your champ if you want info on other lanes etc use minimap/ or hold minimap and drag the screen, once you let go it snaps back to your champ.

: I need help early game
1. Play save rather than aggressive. 2. Frequently look at the minimap to get a hint on the enemy jungler AND your junglerss movements so you won’t get ganked and know when to ask your jungler for help. 3. Top lane in general works 2 ways you are an aggressive champ like Renekton or Darius than you fight and deny farm if you are a passive one like Nasus you stack abuse your passive for sustain and wait for late. 4. In your example as xin vs Nasus first of all nasus got buffed so he is realy strong at 6 but anyway you need executioners calling early to counter his lifesteal passiv but most importantly Nasus slow is point and click and super strong so get something to escape it so you don’t have to burn flash. 5. Nasus is stong 1v1 since he has this Op one man slow and his q but even as xin with a junglers help you have a chance ref: to point 2. And you can also save your R to hit a minion and push Nasus away if needed. In general there is no good way to go around in early game as a beginner. All you can do is slowly get better at the basics like farming watching movements of enemy and your jungler getting timings right learning the skill cd windows of many other champs and so on. You can also try to get advantages due to champion skills called counter picking if you know what champ your enemy picks. And example against Nasus is gangplank, if Nasus uses slow he can cleans it with oranges and his q has range and the barrels have a zoning potential against his farming. Learning things like what champ can I play and what champ would be good for my team or against this specific opponent helps. I hope this can help you at least a little if you need more help for top lane tips and tricks try out watching some youtube videos from pro top lane players and look at how they position and play against different opponents.

: It does not work every time, checked on dummy, when you go to melee q range and double click q, aa is not executed immediately only after about 1s, unless u issue attack move after q. This is very annoying and game breaking bug for talon.
yes and 1 sec is the world of time for an assassin it gives the enemy time for like everything from zonya to flash and even gives the enemy team time to react this is so bad.
Doomley (EUW)
: They didn't remove the aa after his q. The aa still occurs if you don't queue an ability during your q. The change that the patch made is taht the aa after an ability no longer overrides a command to use another ability in quick succession.
it still doesnt work sometimes when used as smart cast and you hit it to fast or 2 times its so sad. Also the target losing is bad to.

Don’t let it get to you man. If you want to feel better look at me XD. I play for like 5 years to and have 1000+ games (most games EUW) on Talon{{champion:91}} still no PBE acc. Let’s just hope the Testers who can play do a good job and our favorite champ gets the loving he needs. Like making the new passive better visible when Talon gets invisible since it’s hard to see when the screen gets tinted.
