: Riot Live Chat?
I would say 2 business days (Mon-Fri) would be the norm for expecting a reply to a ticket.

As an Iranian player I don't blame Riot, but the US government. But if what you're saying is true and the new strict sanctions are for the sole reason of denying any business trades, Iranian players never had a chance on that to begin with! Riot has never had a business with Iranian players through any possible means - since Iranian banks are not supported by Riot(or any other country - so fair!) and other middle companies never allowed Iranians to use their services either! So what exactly is it they are restricting? Our FUN? I mean I'm a real guy and I know people in this world are more obsessed with NightBlue3 drama than supporting and standing up for justice and I can't make this a political discussion but the US government represents the people of The United States and it has never done any good to my people. I'm so done with this but I believe justice will find US one day and I hope it doesn't affect the lives of innocent American people the way it did mine.
If I am understanding it correctly, it would all come under the umbrella for "trade and services". Although it is just a game, it is also a service by legal interpretation; the provider (the company) grants a license to the user (the gamer) to make use of the service (the game). There have been reports that the US has requested a UN hearing for this Monday coming regarding things that have happened recently - specifically the locomotion about the drone and the freights. Generally when matters escalate thus far, it is not uncommon for sanctions to be imposed timely and prior to alternative avenues It's a really crappy situation for all ordinary people to be dragged into, but you're correct in acknowledging that it is not a decision taken by the company, but more so a government, and with that being the case then the company's hands are tied, sadly.
: Someone mind explaining what exactly is happening ?
Would appear that the US is going for a total economic sanction against a number of countries - Iran and Syria included - and that will prevent any US company doing any business or trade. Some people are wondering why a new server could not just be added, but it would make no difference as although the servers are located in different areas, they are all still tied to the company ultimately. I'm presuming that the US elected to proceed with stricter sanctions as opposed to their alternative initial approach which was military retaliation. We live in a mad world.

: Well that sucks, hopefully they can work out whatever caused them to make the law so they can reverse it
I wouldn't hold my breath on it being reversed anytime soon sadly.
: Just got my third account permanently suspended
This is a good example of why I'm not overly keen on using the chat functions except to wish everyone a good game at the start of the match and tend to stick to using pings only. If you don't speak, you will be told you need to _communicate_ and that if you do not, then you are creating a disadvantage for your team. If you do speak, then if anyone does not agree with whatever it is you say (which is inevitable), then you will be told that you are _nagging_ or _harassing_ team mates. You're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't if you happen to be in the wrong game, with the wrong team mates and the wrong time. Just make a habit of using pings and avoiding the chat altogether. Personally, I wouldn't consider you flaming. It looks to me that you were not keen on the ADC pick, and another team mate was not keen on your presumably support pick... That is common in low elo.

: |POLL| Increase the requirement to play rank-games
Normal and aram games are generally a lot more friendly than ranked games. I don't think it would be a good idea to flood them with even more negative people to be honest.
