So you ban Teemo, a champion that's not necessarily banworthy, over champions that could actually turn the game into their favours, then complain about this person trolling? Welp
: LEAVE RIOT !!!! AND STOP PLAY!!

I've been playing since the beta and I've had a 3 day ban once, cause I was jokingly flaming my friends (and they flamed back), didn't realise the other players on our team could actually report me for it. So yea, I have about 9 level 30 accounts, had a 3 day ban in the past and I've been playing for what... 7 years? I don't feel restricted in what I can say at all, just be nice towards allies and enemies and you'll be fine. Try to not be toxic :))

New players won't have a chance to beat you as an experienced LoL smurf and thus you are giving them a negative experience (and especially, this being their first matchmaking games) isn't a good thing for the community at all!
: UI dissapeared
If I get it right your UI is vanishing on mouseover? In case it's the alt error, you could try setting your keyboard settings to US (in your taskbar there should be an icon showing a keyboard, click it and set it to US) then trying to alt/other key (' if I recall correctly) combination again!

: Smurfing is griefing?
Even though smurfs are annoying to new players, you can't really punish them. As recently said by Riot, smurfs aren't necessarily trying to grief games, some people do it for other purposes; like playing with new players (low level friends), or perhaps a secondary account to go through the thrill of raising your rank again once level 30. They do have a system that is able to detect smurfs quite well, I think I am an example of that. I'm lvl 24 now, I believe, but I've been getting matched with high silver/low gold lvl 30 accounts since level 18.

: Is MK Jogo still bannable ?

It is still bannable, yes. I believe MK Jogo shows the timers on the actual game screen (if I understood correctly, never used it) rather than the score screen which Riot uses to show the timers. Even though it's not a huge advantage (anyone could just hold tab for a second), it's still a small advantage!

: Curse (Curse voice?)
> [{quoted}]Two elements of Curse Voice aren’t allowed under this new policy: > 1. Automated timers: while our design team is still exploring whether we’d want to add any kind of built-in timers to League of Legends, we agree with many of you that having it accessible only through a third-party app is a clear competitive advantage between those who download it and those who do not, and isn’t acceptable. >2. Automated voice calls: We have no problem with players hopping on Curse Voice (or any other voice chat client) to coordinate with their friends in-game, but when the application begins directly connecting you with dozens of other people in unfiltered (and untrackable) voice chats, it can make for a huge negative player experience in a space where we can’t help. This is what I could find, posted by Riot Sargonas back in 2014. An alternative you might want to consider is Discord, it allows free servers, friends list as well but takes less bandwidth and the voice quality is higher in general!
: DCed from a Normal Blind Pick game
Hey! Are you still having the same issues? It could've been temporary due to many outside influences (the weather for example).

: New laptop&moving out
Don't worry! I believe Riot has a more sophisticated way to catch account sellers and the likes! Not 100% sure how it works, but this should not be an issue! I personally switch from playing from my parent's place on my home desktop to playing on a uni laptop at uni, back to my own laptop at friend's and I've never had problems!

: Promo games gives you trolls?
Even though AFKers are a horrible experience to the remaining players, there's not much you can do about it, besides reporting them after the game. As for trolls, I don't think matchmaking necessarily puts you into games with the worst/most toxic players around just during your promos, I think these people you consider trolls are on every level. They just appear more clearly in promos as these games are more significant to you. Just don't give up and at one point you will get through your promos!

: Shen support still works!
Interesting post, actually makes me want to give the new Shen support a try myself! I do think that in the end, to a certain degree, anything could work as support! Not perfectly well, for example, some kind of CC or sustainability to your ADC is kind of required (Master Yi does not appear like a great support!) but up to a certain level I believe skills > champion picks.

: Got chat restriction because of premades.
Note that you do not get punished for a single game. Not to forget, as far as I know, no matter how many reports you get in a single game, it's the amount of games reported that matter, not the amount of reports per game, which means you've most likely done things considered toxic in the past as well. If you think you got the chat restriction for no reason you could always contact Riot Support and present your case, but the chances are low they'll reverse this! Also, a reminder, not just flaming is considered toxic, sarcastic comments to mock players, complaints and asking for reports are all examples of toxicity as well. Basically, everything that could be negative to another player's experience could be considered toxic, is report-worthy and the system WILL act on this. Either way, 25 chat restriction isn't too bad, I'd say, just play through it and be more careful with what you say in the future!
: Have you been punished? [poll]
On my main account I've had a chat restriction and a 3 day ban (long time ago). The 3 day ban, in hindsight, was silly, the cases that were shown were pretty much all of games where a real life friend and I played together, usually when sitting next to each other in real life. We'd flame each other jokingly and laugh it off in real life, but we didn't realise this behaviour would still influence the other 3 players on our team! Just plain sillyness back then, but I did learn from my mistake!
